Agnieszka Noworolska is a mentor, artist, entrepreneur, speaker, and consciousness researcher dedicated to helping people unlock what she calls their greatest quantum leap—the transformation that occurs when they change themselves from within. Drawing from her former scientific career and background in nanotechnology, quantum physics, and human potential, she has become an internationally recognized voice exploring the relationship between consciousness, creativity, and personal evolution.
Today, Agnieszka is the founder of KWANTOWY SKOK (“Quantum Leap”), where she mentors individuals around the world in creating lasting transformation by aligning mind, heart, and consciousness. Through her educational programs, live events, digital platforms, and coaching, she empowers people to trust their inner guidance, cultivate heart-brain coherence, and step courageously into lives that reflect their deepest purpose.
Her philosophy is rooted in one simple belief: our greatest power has never existed outside of us. She teaches that abundance, success, and fulfillment emerge naturally when individuals reconnect with their inherent worth, embrace love as their greatest strength, and live in alignment with their authentic selves.
The name KWANTOWY SKOK translates to “Quantum Leap.” What was the defining quantum leap in your own life that changed everything?
It happened during my former career as a scientist, while I was working on a nanotechnology research project alongside Harvard scientists. For months, I couldn’t obtain clear images of the nanostructures we were studying, no matter how many times I adjusted the microscope settings or prepared new samples. Everything changed when I stopped trying to change the conditions of the experiment and changed the observer instead—myself.
Because I had studied quantum physics, I knew that the act of observation influences the outcome of a measurement. Nobel Prize winner Eugene Wigner even proposed that consciousness may play a fundamental role in the measurement process.
Around that time, I also came across research from the HeartMath Institute suggesting that intention in a state of heart-brain coherence could influence isolated DNA in a test tube. That made me wonder: if that was possible, why couldn’t my own state influence the samples I was studying? So I entered a state of heart-brain coherence, experiencing profound peace, gratitude, and bliss. I set a clear intention for the experiment to reveal accurate results and remained in that state for a few minutes.
When I opened my eyes and looked at the screen, I was shocked. After months of seeing nothing but noise, I was finally looking at clear images of the nanostructures I had been trying to observe. That moment changed the course of my life. I realized I wasn’t here simply to study reality through science, but to explore the extraordinary power of consciousness and humanity’s highest potential.
Many women spend years waiting for permission to step into their power. What finally gave you permission to trust yourself completely?
During one of the darkest periods of my teenage years, I had a profound spiritual experience unlike anything I had ever known. I felt an extraordinary energy flowing through my body and an overwhelming sense of love. I experienced complete unity with God—in both my body and my mind.
From that moment, something extraordinary awakened within me. I went from being the worst student in PE to excelling not only in sports but in almost everything I was passionate about. It felt as though I had gained access to abilities I never knew existed. That experience gave me something no fear or doubt could ever take away: absolute certainty that a greater intelligence was guiding me. Since then, I have simply trusted it and followed it.
Looking back, who was Agnieszka before she became the woman the world knows today?
She was a very shy little girl who was bullied at school. It was such a difficult period that I escaped into dreams of living an extraordinary life. When I was eight years old, one of my schoolbooks asked, “Who do you want to be when you grow up?” I answered: a businesswoman, a painter, an athlete, and a singer. It still makes me smile because I have no idea why that little girl wanted to become a businesswoman or an athlete—especially since PE was my worst subject. But I believe she was already connected to the wisdom of her soul.
I eventually became an entrepreneur and an artist. Today, my art has also become a profound part of my work and another way of creating transformation in consciousness. The girl who struggled in PE became a Jiu-Jitsu National Champion. I’ve realized I didn’t become someone else. I simply became the person that little girl already knew I could be.
What does the word Goddess mean to you at this stage of your life?
To me, a Goddess is a woman who embodies her divine potential. She has the courage to embrace her own genius, regardless of what other people think or expect of her.
She knows that her greatest strength is love. She shines her light without sacrificing herself or trying to save anyone else. She doesn’t need to convince, fix, or rescue people. She simply lives in alignment with who she truly is, and by doing so, naturally becomes a source of light and love for others.
Was there a moment when you realized your intuition was more powerful than logic?
Yes. At one point I was working a full-time corporate job while building a YouTube channel about quantum leaps and personal growth. As my audience grew, more people began reaching out for one-on-one sessions, and deep down I knew this was what I was meant to do. But I was afraid to leave my job. Then something happened that I had never experienced before. I heard a voice as clearly as if someone were standing beside me. The only difference was that it came from within.
It said, “This is the moment to leave your job and start your own business. Don’t worry about anything.” Although I was scared, I trusted that guidance completely. I left my job almost immediately, and within a month I was earning nearly as much as before. My income continued to grow from there. From that moment on, I never doubted that there is wisdom within us that knows the way far better than our logical mind ever could.
You often speak about transformation and consciousness. What is the greatest illusion women must overcome to create a new reality?
I believe the greatest illusion is thinking that our worth, security, and safety come from someone outside of ourselves. Through years of working with hundreds of women, I’ve seen how often they allow others to define who they are. Real transformation begins when a woman reconnects with the divine potential within herself and realizes that the true source of her power, security, and worth has always been within.
What part of your journey required the most courage: becoming visible, trusting yourself, or allowing yourself to receive?
Without question, becoming visible. Because I was bullied at school, being seen meant being humiliated, rejected, or laughed at. I learned to hide my light and avoid anything that made me visible—even people who genuinely wanted to appreciate me. I’m grateful I finally found the courage to show up as my authentic self.
How has your relationship with abundance evolved over the years?
After graduating from university, I earned minimum wage while living in Warsaw in a tiny rented room that was about the size of my grandmother’s chicken coop. I remember sitting there and thinking that maybe one day—perhaps ten years later—I would live in a beautiful villa.
Instead, it happened within five years. Today I’m not living in my dream home—I’m living in a home that exceeded my dreams. The interesting part is that financial abundance was never my goal. My greatest desire was to experience my highest divine potential, a love beyond words, and share my passion with others.
Abundance became a natural side effect. I became so focused on helping people transform their relationship with money and witnessing their incredible results that I hardly noticed when I earned my first million. To me, abundance has always meant far more than financial success.
What role does feminine energy play in leadership, business, and creating lasting impact?
Feminine energy is the force that creates. It gives birth to vision, beauty, creativity, and the kind of presence that naturally inspires others. Its greatest power in leadership is the ability to recognize the highest potential in others, nurture it, and create a space where people feel safe enough to become who they truly are.
What separates those who experience a true quantum leap from those who continue waiting for one?
Those who experience quantum leaps possess three things: deep desire, great courage, and profound trust.
Together, these give them the strength to leap. I often compare it to an atom. A quantum leap happens when an electron absorbs light, giving it the energy to move to a higher state. I believe the same is true for us. It is the light within that gives us the energy to transform our lives.
What is one belief you once held that you now know is completely untrue?
I once believed that my worth depended on how other people saw or treated me. Today, I know my worth exists beyond anyone’s opinion, words, or actions. I believe this is one of the most important lessons—especially for women. Our worth has always been there, and it is absolutely unquestionable.
If you could speak directly to the woman who feels stuck, disconnected, or afraid of her next chapter, what would you want her to know?
I would tell her that she carries far more worth and power within her than she can possibly imagine. Often, we are more afraid of our own power than we realize, which is why we hesitate to embrace it. But we also carry an incredible force within us: love. Love is one of our greatest sources of protection. The more deeply we learn to love ourselves, the safer we feel embracing our power and allowing our light to shine.
What are you currently being called to become that you have not yet fully stepped into?
The final dream on that little girl’s list was becoming a singer. For most of my life, I believed my voice wasn’t good enough. Recently, my inner guidance told me to sing during one of my live events. I was terrified, but I did it.
When I saw people crying, I knew something extraordinary had happened. One woman told me it was the most beautiful experience of her life. That moment gave me the courage to embrace this new path. I don’t know exactly where it will lead, but I trust that my Higher Self is guiding me toward horizons I cannot yet see.
As we celebrate the 8.8 portal and the energy of expansion, what intention are you setting for this next chapter of your life?
My intention is simply to sing the song of my soul and step into this new portal dancing to its rhythm. I also welcome even greater depths of love into my life. And that is my wish for every woman—to live in alignment with her soul’s song and from a place of love.
