Alejandra Jaramillo | Where Real Transformation Begins

Reclaiming the body, the truth, and the self that was never lost

Alejandra Jaramillo is a Somatic Healing and Inner Transformation Coach, the founder of Awakened Woman Academy, and the creator of Embodied Healing: Somatic Inner Child Integration™. Her work is rooted not in theory, but in lived experience—an experience that led her back to herself in a way no external method ever could.

Like many of the women she now supports, Alejandra spent years searching outside herself for answers. She explored therapy, healing modalities, and personal development, gathering insight and awareness along the way. Yet despite everything she learned, something remained unchanged. She could understand her patterns, but she could not shift them. She could name her wounds, but she could not move beyond them.

Through her deep immersion in somatic experiencing, attachment healing, nervous system work, and inner child integration, she uncovered what had been missing all along: the body. The nervous system. The earliest emotional imprints that quietly shape adult behavior beneath conscious awareness.

That realization became her life’s work.

Today, through Awakened Woman Academy, Alejandra guides ambitious, self-aware women across the world who have done the work intellectually but still feel disconnected in their lived experience. Her methodology bridges the gap between knowing and embodying, allowing women to finally live the transformation they have long understood.

She is on a mission to support one million women in remembering who they are—not by standing above them, but by walking beside them.

The Moment That Changed Everything

The moment that shaped Alejandra most profoundly was the moment she stopped running from herself.

“The moment I finally stopped running from myself.”

For years, she carried a quiet, persistent feeling that something was missing, even while her life appeared full and beautiful from the outside. There was a sense that she was performing a version of herself rather than fully living.

“I had built what looked like a beautiful life — and still, something underneath felt hollow. Like I was performing a version of myself rather than actually living.”

She sought answers everywhere. She invested in therapy, explored healing practices, and committed deeply to self-development. Over time, she gained clarity and insight into her patterns. However, that clarity did not translate into lasting change.

“I could see my patterns, name them, trace them back. But none of it was creating real change.”

The turning point came when she recognized that no one had connected the woman she had become to the child she once was.

“Nobody was connecting the woman I was today to the little girl I had once been.”

Instead of continuing to search outward, she made the decision to turn inward fully and without escape.

“One day I simply stopped looking outside… and turned inward. Fully.”

What she discovered was not a broken version of herself, but a whole woman who had simply forgotten who she was.

“Not a broken woman who needed fixing. A woman who had simply forgotten who she was.”

The Truth That Changed Everything

The most transformative truth Alejandra has claimed is that everything she had been searching for had always existed within her.

“That I have always had everything I was searching for — within myself.”

For someone who had spent years trying to improve, fix, or adjust herself, this realization shifted everything. She understood that it is not possible to create lasting change while remaining at war with oneself.

“You cannot heal what you are still at war with.”

When she stopped viewing herself as the problem and began recognizing herself as the source, her entire relationship with life transformed.

“The moment I stopped treating myself as the problem and started treating myself as the source — something softened.”

This shift moved beyond intellectual understanding and into embodiment.

“That shift doesn’t happen in the mind. It happens in the nervous system.”

It is in that moment that a woman realizes she has always known the way back to herself.

What She Is Building Now

Alejandra is building a space for women who are ready for depth—women who are no longer satisfied with surface-level solutions.

“A safe space for deep souls who are done with surface-level solutions — where they can finally come home to themselves.”

The women she works with are highly self-aware and have already explored many paths of growth, yet they still find themselves repeating patterns.

“They are intelligent, deeply self-aware… and still wake up inside the same patterns.”

Her work addresses the root of this experience by focusing on the nervous system, the body, and the inner child.

“The wound lives in the nervous system… until we work there, lasting change isn’t possible.”

Through Embodied Healing: Somatic Inner Child Integration™, Alejandra offers a pathway that goes where other approaches stop.

“It goes where other approaches stop.”

What she is building extends beyond a single methodology. It is a global shift in how women relate to themselves.

“Healing that begins within one woman ripples further than she will ever fully know.”

The Standard She Lives By

Alejandra holds herself to a standard that is both simple and uncompromising:

“Embodiment over performance. Always.”

In an industry where it is easy to present a curated version of healing, she chooses to live it instead of performing it.

“I’m not interested in looking healed. I’m interested in living it.”

She continues to meet herself in truth, even when it is uncomfortable.

“Sitting with my own discomfort instead of bypassing it… choosing truth over comfort.”

She understands that the space she holds for others is directly connected to the work she is willing to do within herself.

“You cannot hold space for someone in territory you haven’t walked yourself.”

The Invitation

At the core of Alejandra’s work is a powerful remembrance.

“Everything you have been searching for has always lived in the only place you haven’t fully looked — within yourself.”

This is not a journey of becoming someone new. It is a return to who has always been there.

“This is not a journey of healing or fixing you… this is a journey of remembrance.”

Every woman carries within her a version of herself that is whole, worthy, and fully expressed.

“She is still there. She has always been there.”

To step into your power is to stop performing and start living in truth.

“To step into your power is not to become someone new. It is to finally stop pretending to be someone less. Rise, remember, and come home to yourself.”
