Tell us about yourself. What’s something people wouldn’t know from your online presence?
Most people know me as one of the original fitness influencers or as a business coach who helps entrepreneurs create aligned and scalable businesses. But something they might not know is how much I value simplicity and connection. My perfect day includes helping someone feel less alone, supporting my clients in making breakthroughs, creating fun content, learning something new, and spending time by water—whether it’s a beach, pool, or even a cold plunge. I’m a Cancer–a water being at heart.
How did you transition from fitness to business coaching?
I built a pretty large audience in the fitness space from 2014 to 2017, but by 24, I knew fitness wasn’t my true calling. People in my audience kept asking me how I grew my social media platform and started my fitness coaching business, so in 2018, I shifted to business and transformation coaching. Over the years, I’ve received certifications in Spiritual Psychology, Somatic Breathwork, explored self development, marketing, money, and communication—but I keep coming back to entrepreneurship. It’s a space where all my passions converge, one of the most expansive self-actualization playgrounds there is.
What’s your approach to helping entrepreneurs succeed?
I created a framework I call The Integrated CEO, which includes the six core business identities: The Creative Visionary, Energy Steward, Intentional Marketer, Master Architect, Top Tier Lover, and Wealth Wielder. If you can devote yourself to developing your skills and character in these six core areas, it’s pretty much guaranteed that you’ll create businesses that are profitable, sustainable, and deeply fulfilling.
What inspired the development of your six core business identities?
After a decade of entrepreneurship, I noticed recurring patterns in how businesses grow and scale. These patterns crystallized into six core identities: the Creative Visionary (soul of the business), Energy Steward (fuel of the business), Intentional Marketer (mouthpiece of the business), Master Architect (infrastructure of the business), Top Tier Lover (heartbeat of the business), and Wealth Wielder (flow of the business). Each represents an essential pillar of a thriving, harmonious business.
When entrepreneurs integrate these identities as skillsets, habits, belief systems, and their self concept–they realize what it means to “become the person who has the result they way.” This process is really the science of manifestation–blending nervous system regulation with parts work and business strategy.
The best case scenario of doing this work? Having a business that’s profitable, thriving, energizing, and sustainable in the long-term. My clients are building their legacies, solidifying their deep wisdom, and helping elevate humanity with their work. Their businesses need to be set up for THEIR alignment so they can lead their big missions.
What’s been the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your journey?
Burnout. Tripling my revenue four years in a row from $50k to $1.2 million was very fun and exciting, but the pace and volume of work weren’t sustainable. I hit a breaking point because I lacked the systems, boundaries, and capacity to manage it at the time. Tearing it down was one of the hardest decisions I’ve made–at first I was ashamed and embarrassed, but once I got over that, I realized that God was giving me the opportunity rebuild with far more intention. Now, I prioritize alignment and sustainability, focusing on how I want to feel while achieving my goals. And I’m more prepared, capable, and resourced than ever to create transformative, fun experiences for my community (without the burnout!)
Tell us about The Path.
The Path is my signature program that guides entrepreneurs finally create the highly profitable, soul-aligned brand and business that represents their unique gifts. Our curriculum walks them step-by-step through outlining their Whole Self Branding Identity, the transformation they want to be known for, the offer suite that will get them to multiple 6-figures, and the marketing strategies that’ll attract their ideal client.
With our CEO Identity Upgrade System, our clients spend a year internally and externally developing their six core areas of businesses needed to run a soul-aligned, sustainable multiple 6-figure business.
What is your vision for 2025?
In 2025, I’m focused on filling The Path with 40 soulful visionary entrepreneurs, hosting community-building online and in-person experiences, hiring another A-player team member or two, becoming HIGHLY visible on video.
Financially–my next milestone is that 7-figure mark. Having been there before, I’ve spent a lot of time in the past four years rediscovering what this financial milestone means to me.
Now, at 31, it means that my souls gifts are impacting at least the right amount of people they’re meant to, my business systems are set up for success and sustainability, I can take care of myself and my family, and be extremely generous with what I can give back to my community by leading from a place of overflow.
I’ve shifted from “how much money can I make from my community” to “how much can I give to my community. In that shift, I found more God, more truth, and more of my own value. To me, that approach is what leads to true abundance and wealth.
What advice would you give entrepreneurs about staying aligned?
Redefine what success means to you every year, or even every quarter, to ensure you’re building a business that grows with you, not one that cages you. Ask yourself, “is everything I’m engaging in aligned with the life I want to live and the person I’m becoming?” Invest in building strong foundations—in financial stability, health, relationships, and mentality—so that when challenges arise, you’re prepared. Above all, trust your instincts and honor your truth. Authenticity isn’t just a buzzword—it’s the most powerful frequency you can operate from. When your decisions come from that place of deep integrity and self-trust, you create a business that not only thrives–but represents everything you are meant for.
What are your rules and rituals for cultivating an abundance mindset?
Abundance is, first and foremost, a state of being. Even during times when scarcity was tangible in my life, I discovered that I could always resourcing safety, gratitude, or love within my body and nervous system, I could feel abundant in the present moment. From that space–no matter what I was going through–I was able to take actions aligned with my most abundant self.
Here are the practices that anchor me in abundance:
- Breathwork to release stuck energy and create space for new possibilities.
- Prayer for truth, alignment, and staying connected to divine guidance.
- Journaling to center my mind and clarify my intentions.
- Movement and Nutrition through workouts, yoga, and biohacking to sustain vitality and balance.
- Creativity, Art, and Sensuality to integrate emotions and reconnect with the joy of self-expression.
- Action and discipline for self-trust building, forward motion, and integration.
Scarcity, I’ve learned, can also be a profound teacher. When I hit burnout for the second time, I uncovered my deepest money blocks. It became clear that if I wanted to live with an open heart, earn generously, and serve others, I needed to become an immaculate steward of my resources.
Abundance thrives on a strong foundation of systems, strategy, discipline, and boundaries. The stronger your “house” is, the more momentum you can build, allowing you to operate from a place of overflow and give generously.
The world is a better place when heart-centered leaders are in financial and energetic abundance. From that state, we’re able to serve authentically and lift others without depleting ourselves. Abundance isn’t just about wealth—it’s about creating a ripple effect of impact, generosity, and joy.
What’s your magical formula for living a harmonious life?
For me, harmony starts with building a sanctuary—a dream home filled with love, laughter, and growth. I envision a space where my family feels deeply connected, supported, and joyful, alongside a trusted community of friends and loved ones committed to uplifting one another. My Cancer sun thrives on this vision of cultivating and protecting a nurturing, peaceful foundation.
In my professional life, harmony comes from having a business that is not only profitable–but also impactful and FUN! It’s about figuring out systems that allow for seamless scalability, supporting thousands of people each year in my community, and creating meaningful connections through both online and in-person experiences.
I’ve found my purpose, and ten years from now, I see myself operating on a grander scale—bringing people together, transforming on a deep level, and having an absolute blast while becoming our best selves.
Finally, harmony is about community-driven impact. By that time, I know I’ll have achieved many of my personal goals, allowing me to dedicate more resources to giving back, creating opportunities, and amplifying the missions of others. For me, a harmonious life means integrating love, purpose, and community into everything I do, all while embracing creativity and joy along the way.
