From traveling the world to Empowerment

Andreann Duquet is a multilingual entrepreneur, educator, and mentor whose mission is to empower Francophone women to find confidence and self-expression through the English language.

A former professional figure skater who performed around the globe with Disney on Ice, Andreann later became a sought-after yoga and meditation teacher, known for her ability to spark transformation from the inside out. That understanding of embodiment and mindset became the foundation of her teaching philosophy and ultimately led her to create L’anglais votre meilleur bagage avec Andreann Duquet (LAVMB) — a thriving seven-figure global company empowering Francophone women to find their voice in English and in life.

Her innovative teaching method merges science and soul combining neuroscience, feminine energy, and creative play to make learning both fun and transformative. Through her signature programs PURE Beginner, the six-month FUNdation & REFINEment journey, and her Premium Membership, Andreann guides women to fall in love with English, grow in self-assurance, and discover the power of their authentic voice.

Beyond education, her work is a movement of personal growth. She believes that learning a language is an act of self-love, a declaration that you are ready to be seen and heard in every version of yourself. L’anglais votre meilleur bagage (LAVMB) has helped thousands of women become confident, expressive communicators who speak with ease, confidence, and purpose.

Based in Québec City, Andreann continues to expand internationally, bridging communities across Canada and Europe. Her mission: to make learning English a lifestyle, a celebration, and a gateway to becoming more of who you truly are.

There Is Power in Evolution

There is a quiet power that emanates from Andreann Duquet, a confidence born not from perfection, but from evolution. Once a professional figure skater touring the world with Disney on Ice and visiting 67 countries, she now leads a flourishing educational and empowerment brand that helps Francophone women fall in love with English and, ultimately, with themselves.

“I’ve been an entrepreneur in my soul my whole life,” she smiles. “Even as a young teenager, I was choreographing solo performances for numerous skaters in our annual show. I was twelve, and I already had clients,” she laughs. “I was always creating, always striving for more.”

From the Ice Rink to the World Stage

Born and raised on the south shore of Québec City, Andreann learned early what it meant to follow intuition over logic. At just sixteen, she auditioned for Disney on Ice without speaking a word of English. “At eighteen, when I left for my very first tour, I had never even been on a plane,” she recalls. “But something in me knew I had to go.”

That leap of faith changed everything. Over eight years on tour, she mastered English, discipline, and resilience. “I would always sign up for extra work backstage. I wanted to understand every department, the whole production and the big picture,” she says. “Even then, I was already building the mindset of an entrepreneur.”

A Calling Beyond Performance

After years of performing, Andreann realized that the stage had shaped her but no longer defined her. “When you live in the frequency of performance, eventually you fall out of it,” she explains. “I wanted to bring joy, learning, and evolution into something deeper.”

That calling led her to teaching English. What began as a creative outlet soon became her vocation, an approach infused with neuroscience, feminine embodiment, and play that transformed traditional language learning into a holistic journey of self-expansion.

At first, her decision to teach a language that wasn’t her mother tongue raised a few eyebrows. But Andreann never wavered. She knew the power of her method because she had lived it herself. “Every fear, every moment of self-doubt my students feel, I’ve felt it too,” she says. “I didn’t grow up with English, and that’s actually my greatest strength. I teach the way I taught myself when I was eighteen, through movement, music and visual associations that make the language come alive.”

What once drew criticism has become her greatest asset. A reminder that staying true to your calling often means believing in yourself long before others do.

Her company, L’anglais votre meilleur bagage, helps women not only learn a language but evolve into a new version of themselves in the process. “It’s never just about grammar,” she says. “It’s about authenticity, self-trust, and discovering who you’re meant to be.”

The Method: Where Science Meets Soul

Andreann’s teaching philosophy is as unique as her path. She blends psychology, mind-body awareness, and creative movement into an enjoyable learning experience.
“After twenty minutes of focused learning, your dopamine peaks,” she explains. “That’s why my beginner program is built around twenty-minute sessions. Just enough to keep learning fun and sustainable.”

Her signature programs build upon one another, guiding women from the foundations of English toward full expression and self-mastery, where language becomes the medium for deep personal growth.

“We talk about mindset, confidence, desires, manifestation and purpose,” she says. “Women evolve so much as they learn English. They find their voice, literally and spiritually.”

For Andreann Duquet, learning isn’t about memorization. It’s about connection, embodiment, curiosity, and transformation through joy.

A Mission Rooted in Expansion

What began as teaching in 2016 has evolved into mentorship. “Some of my clients start their journey with four-out-of-ten confidence,” Andreann says, “and by the end, they’re at nine or ten. They transform not only in how they speak English, but in how they show up in life.”

Within the LAVMB community, something magical happens. The women don’t just learn English, they form genuine friendships through this shared dream of self-expression. They call each other ‘my English friend,’ a term that now carries deep meaning. What begins as a learning experience often becomes a sisterhood, a circle of women who lift one another up and evolve side by side.

Andreann Duquet’s mission goes beyond vocabulary and grammar: it’s about giving women permission to take up space in any language. “When you start expressing yourself freely, you stop hiding,” she says. “You begin to embody the woman you were always meant to be.”

Manifesting the Next Chapter

Currently enrolled in House of Haute with mentor Melanie Ann Layer, Andreann Duquet is expanding her vision even further. She dreams of reaching and impacting more women across her province and throughout Europe, bridging the gap between language, empowerment, and leadership.

“I want Francophone women to feel free, to express, lead, and dream in both languages,” she says. “To show them that learning English or anything new isn’t just skill development. It’s soul expansion.”

On a personal level, she and her fiancé are manifesting a second home of their own for their life split between Canada and the United States — a story of love, freedom, and bold manifestation.

Words to the Women

To every woman standing at the threshold of change, Andreann Duquet offers this:

“My story is a reminder that magic never happens in stillness, it awakens the moment you move. The moment you begin, the Universe begins too.”

And for Andreann Duquet, that movement has only just begun.
