Her story is one of courage, spiritual growth, and the unwavering belief that every challenge serves a higher purpose.
Arlé, welcome! We’re so excited to have you with us today. To kick things off, could you tell our audience a little bit more about yourself? Perhaps something we wouldn’t already know from your Instagram or website?
Thank you so much! I’m honored to be part of the 40th issue of GOSS, especially since I just turned 40 myself. This moment feels so aligned, like divine timing at work. For my birthday this year, I made a promise to myself to help and empower at least a thousand women by the end of the year, and being part of this issue feels like a step in that direction. I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity to share my journey.
That’s amazing! Turning 40 and making such a meaningful commitment to helping others is truly inspiring. Can you give us more insight into your background? Tell us about your roots, your career, and perhaps any personal experiences that have shaped who you are today.
Of course! I’m originally from Peru, and I live in Lima. I studied economics and went on to earn my MSc in London, but there’s a hidden part of my story that I’d love to share with you. I’m the only child out of four pregnancies who survived. That experience, especially losing my youngest sister just two weeks before she was due, was incredibly traumatic. I was 11 years old, and I vividly remember the fear of losing my mother during childbirth. My bond with her was so strong, and being outside the hospital that night, praying to God in my father’s car, left a profound mark on me. Doctors said it was a miracle that my mother survived, and from that point, I felt an immense responsibility to meet her expectations—especially when it came to being successful.
Wow, that’s such a powerful story. It sounds like that experience really influenced how you approached your life and goals. How did it shape your personal and professional journey?
It did. After that experience, I became the quintessential “good” child—focused on academic excellence and always striving to be successful. I prioritized my intellect and career, becoming an economist and working in government. But, for most of my life, I was completely disconnected from my emotions. As an economist, I developed a strong analytical mind, but very little emotional intelligence. It’s only in recent years that I’ve realized how much I’d neglected my own emotional needs and true desires.
That’s such an important realization. What was the turning point for you when you began to embrace your emotional side and make significant changes?
The real turning point came in my mid-30s after two very painful relationships. I was married at 23 and, unfortunately, my husband was unfaithful. Ending that seven-year marriage was incredibly difficult, especially because we had two daughters. But I knew I couldn’t let them grow up believing that infidelity was something women should tolerate. Afterward, I entered another relationship, hoping for a fresh start, but eventually, I realized that he wasn’t willing to commit. I stayed in that relationship for five years, unable to face the thought of being alone. When I finally discovered he was seeing someone else, it was a wake-up call. I recognized that I had been creating these cycles of pain and that I had to break free.
It’s so brave of you to share that. How did you begin to shift from that emotional dependency to a place of empowerment?
Once I understood that I had been unconsciously creating these struggles, I realized I also had the power to create solutions. That realization was liberating. I opened my heart and mind, began to consciously create the life I wanted, and started living in alignment with my true self. I also embraced my role as a lightworker, dedicating myself to helping other women find their power. Looking back, those painful experiences were blessings in disguise. They taught me to face my fears and grow.
That’s incredibly inspiring. If you could go back in time, what advice would you give to your younger self?
I would tell her: “You are never truly alone, and you never will be. Stop searching for love outside yourself. YOU ARE THE LOVE you seek.” We spend so much time looking for love and validation outside of ourselves, but the truth is, everything we need is inside. We are full of life, and full of passion.
Such wise words. How do you incorporate that understanding into your current mission and work with women?
Over the past five years, I’ve surrendered to a divine plan that has been unfolding in my life, guiding me to help women return to their hearts. My mission is to create a safe space where you can connect with the divine within you and unlock your true power. In this sacred journey, you will discover within yourself the greatest love of all—the innate creative power that comes from God. I invite women to face their fears with courage and embrace their challenges, recognizing that every obstacle is not a setback but a stepping stone toward becoming the most resilient, powerful version of ourselves that we are always meant to be. Together, we can transform your pain into purpose and empower you to live a life of authenticity and fulfillment.
That’s such a beautiful and powerful mission. Can you tell us about the services you offer to help women on this journey?
Besides my digital products, I currently offer two main services. The first is my one-on-one “Break Free” session, which can be done either online or in person. It’s designed to help women identify and release limiting patterns that are holding them back. These sessions are highly personalized and often lead to immediate shifts in perspective and clarity. The second offering is a longer-term private mentorship. This is for women who are ready to commit to a deeper journey of self-discovery and growth. This mentorship provides a supportive space for profound self-reflection and empowerment, fostering resilience and authentic living. Through the powerful practice of sound healing, we work holistically, addressing your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, to recalibrate your mind, body and soul, creating lasting change.
Those sound like transformative experiences! On the topic of transformation, do you have any daily practices or rituals that help you stay in an abundant, high-vibrational state?
Absolutely! Gratitude is the foundation of my daily practice. I make a point to express gratitude for everything in my life, from the smallest blessings to the most challenging lessons. Keeping God at the forefront of my thoughts is also essential. I sing to Him, I dance, and I connect spiritually every day. These practices, along with conscious breathing and my own sound baths, recalibrate my heart and mind, expanding my awareness to see the beauty and miracles in every moment. I also regularly reflect on my journey, acknowledging my progress and the lessons I’ve learned, which keeps me grounded and confident in my path.
That’s beautiful. How do you feel about the concept of balance in life? Is it something you strive for?
I believe that true balance can only be appreciated after experiencing imbalance. Many people, especially my clients, are constantly seeking harmony, but I encourage them to embrace the chaos as well. There’s magic in chaos, in disorder, and in the challenges that life throws at us. If we can learn to navigate those moments with grace, we develop resilience and that’s how real growth happens. My approach is to accept both the light and the dark, knowing that they’re both essential parts of life.
I love that perspective—embracing the whole spectrum of life’s experiences. Let’s talk about your soulmate clients. Who are the women you’re calling in to work with?
I’m calling in women who are ready to step into their freedom. These are women who are willing to take bold actions, face their fears, and honor their true power. Every woman has a deep sense of power within her, but many have not yet tapped into its full potential. I want to work with women who are ready to explore just how powerful they can be and use that strength to create the life they truly desire.
That’s so empowering. As we celebrate both your 40th birthday in Manifest issue N.40, what are you manifesting in this phase of your life?
I’m manifesting the ability to impact millions of women around the world, particularly Spanish-speaking women, as that is my mother tongue. I feel called to expand my business and reach new horizons, empowering women from all walks of life to free themselves and discover their true power and potential. While financial success is a natural outcome of this journey, my primary focus remains on making a deeper impact—transforming lives.
