Cato Vermeulen | Redefining Feminine Leadership in Business

Filed in:

Cato Vermeulen is an internationally recognized feminine sales expert, astrologer, and spiritual business mentor guiding entrepreneurs to scale with intuition, strategy, and soul alignment. Known for bridging the gap between cosmic wisdom and business mastery, she helps leaders create “WOW” offers, build highly scalable coaching programs, and cultivate magnetic personal brands on Instagram.

With over a decade of expertise in astrology and a master’s degree in communication sciences, Cato blends her Leo Sun’s confidence, Capricorn Moon’s structure, and Pisces Rising’s intuition into a signature framework that merges energetic mastery with tangible results. As the founder of Souled Out Mastermind, she leads women through deep transformation—healing childhood wounds, activating purpose, and aligning their business strategy with their astrological blueprint.

A trusted voice for conscious CEOs, Cato has been featured in Forbes, Flodesk, Nina Magazine, Astrology.com, and GOSS Magazine. Her global presence spans retreats and stages from Mallorca to Costa Rica, where she speaks on feminine leadership, spiritual sales, and the evolution of entrepreneurship.

As host of The Cosmic Babes Podcast, she teaches listeners how to “become the rich man your mom always wanted you to marry,” infusing astrology, business, and embodiment. Through her work, she pioneers a new paradigm—where spiritual alignment and strategic success are not opposites but essential counterparts.

Her mission is simple yet revolutionary: to help entrepreneurs honor their divine design while building empires rooted in ease, abundance, and truth. Her vision is a world where women lead not by hustling harder but by embodying their feminine essence—proving that you can be deeply spiritual and wildly successful.

It all began with what she calls her “unfair advantage.” But for Cato Vermeulen, that didn’t mean wealthy parents or a privileged network—it meant astrology. At just eleven years old, while her classmates memorized multiplication tables, her mother was teaching her the movement of the planets, the meaning of moon phases, and the language of birth charts. Astrology became her second language, her compass, and eventually, the foundation for everything she would one day build.

After earning her master’s degree in communication sciences, Cato faced the quintessential crossroads between conventional success and soulful purpose. “I could climb the corporate ladder,” she recalls, “or I could help people understand their soul’s blueprint.” The choice was obvious. She began as a professional astrologer, charging €15 for women’s circles—believing that passion alone would pay the bills. It didn’t. But it was the spark that ignited what would become her life’s mission: building a business where intuition, strategy, and soul alignment coexisted as equal partners.

The Early Days: Burnout and Breakthroughs

Cato’s first years in business were a whirlwind of ambition and exhaustion. She worked ten-hour days, serving fifteen to twenty clients a week, juggling astrology readings and multi-day retreats for minimal rates—all while telling herself she was “making it” because she had technically hit six figures. But beneath the glossy exterior, she was running on fumes.

“I was proving my right to exist through hustle,” she admits. “Classic unhealthy masculine energy.” Her body started to reflect the imbalance—hormonal issues, cystic acne, and total burnout. The overwork forced her to confront the deeper truth: success built purely on effort was not sustainable.

Then came what she calls her “niche-hopping era.” Healing, relationships, tantra, business coaching—Cato tried it all. “I changed focus 92,747 times,” she jokes. But in the chaos, something began to take form. “I realized that working harder wasn’t the answer. Working smarter was. I started aligning my astrological blueprint and menstrual cycle with my business strategy—and that’s when everything changed.”

The Blueprint of a Soul-Led Empire

Growing up with astrology as her mother tongue gave Cato a rare perspective. She learned to see potential before others could see it in themselves. “My mother didn’t just teach me planets,” she says. “She taught me that everyone has a unique blueprint—a soul purpose waiting to be unlocked.”

Cato had no trust fund or inherited empire—just intuition, curiosity, and a sharp intellect. Her degree in communication sciences became the bridge that allowed her to translate complex energetic concepts into practical, actionable strategies for entrepreneurs. “Your circumstances don’t determine your success,” she explains. “Your systems and your alignment do.”

It’s that fusion—strategy and spirituality—that birthed her signature approach to business. “You can’t build a sustainable empire from only one pillar,” she insists. “If you’re all flow with no structure, you’ll drift. If you’re all structure with no soul, you’ll burn out. The masculine gives foundation—the systems, team, and million-dollar messaging. The feminine gives vision—the creativity, intuition, and healing.”

Through this integrated philosophy, Cato founded Souled Out Mastermind, a transformative container that blends astrology, strategy, and trauma healing to help entrepreneurs build six-figure and multi-six-figure businesses aligned with their essence.

The Feminine CEO

To Cato, leadership is not about dominance—it’s about integration. True feminine leadership, she says, is “having such a strong masculine foundation that your inner visionary can thrive.” She lives by this principle. Her days are structured but spacious. Her business systems are airtight, allowing her the freedom to take a spa day on a random Tuesday without guilt.

“I use nonviolent communication as my coaching style,” she shares. “Because real power comes from making people feel seen and valued—not dominated.”

Cato embodies a new kind of CEO: one who leads with both strategic brilliance and deep compassion, who honors intuition as much as metrics. She is proof that leadership can be both powerful and nurturing, grounded and ethereal.

The Dance Between Intuition and Strategy

Ask her where her best ideas come from, and she’ll tell you—always from her feminine flow. “It’s when I’m in the shower, playing with my baby boy, walking in nature, or making love to my man,” she laughs. “That’s when the universe downloads the juiciest ideas.”

But inspiration is only half the equation. “I don’t just wait for downloads. I have a morning marketing ritual where I capture those ideas, and then I use my masculine pillar—my knowledge of sales psychology and business strategy—to turn them into content that converts.”

It’s a dance she’s mastered: the feminine receives, the masculine executes. “That’s how you create those effortless $30K to $50K months,” she says. “When you’re working with your natural rhythm, not against it.”

Her rituals keep her anchored. EFT tapping to clear resistance. Morning content creation while her mind is sharp. Afternoon playtime with her son. Evening Epsom salt baths with zero phone time. These are not luxuries, she insists—they are necessities. “Without self-care, my resilience and determination are below zero. Honoring myself is how I sustain my business.”

When Life Tests You

No story of growth comes without its trials. For Cato, one of her greatest tests came the week she invested $25,000 in coaching—and found out she was pregnant. “I was terrified,” she remembers. “I thought, ‘How am I going to be a present mama and an ambitious CEO? What if I have to choose?’”

Instead of collapsing, she built. She implemented everything she’d been taught, scaling to $20K–$40K months while pregnant and eventually stabilizing $30K–$50K months as a full-time mother. “That moment taught me that we can have it all—we just need to build it differently,” she reflects.

Her story is a masterclass in resilience. “Entrepreneurship is personal growth on steroids,” she laughs. “Your stuff is going to come up—it’s not if, it’s when. But I’ve learned to alchemize my pain into power, to see breakdowns as invitations to rise higher.”

The Evolution of a Healer

Perhaps Cato’s greatest transformation has been within herself. She no longer operates from the wounded masculine energy that once drove her to prove her worth through endless work. “I was trying to heal my father wound through success,” she says softly. “Now I operate from integration—strong systems and boundaries that create space for creativity and intuition.”

This harmony allows her to thrive as both a mother and a CEO. “I’ve learned that rejection is redirection, that I’m not in control of what happens—only how I respond. Power lives in surrender.”

Legacy and The New Paradigm

Cato’s mission is clear: to prove that you don’t have to choose between soul alignment and financial success. Through her work, she’s pioneering a new era of entrepreneurship—one that replaces hustle culture with alignment culture, competition with collaboration, and pressure with peace.

“I want to be remembered as the woman who proved that business can be both spiritual and wildly profitable,” she says. “That you can build a company that honors your astrology, your energy, your motherhood, and your bank account.”

Her vision stretches far beyond her own business. “In ten years, I want to see thousands of my clients running soul-led businesses that light them up. In twenty, I want their children to grow up seeing that work can be joyful. In a hundred, I want the paradigm of ‘suffer for success’ to be completely obsolete.”

The Woman Behind the Empire

Behind the accolades and the success lies a woman deeply devoted to self-mastery. Her favorite book, Nonviolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg, taught her the language of empathy and influence. Her daily rituals—morning marketing, gym sessions, tapping, baths—are her anchors. And her mantra? A whisper to the universe each morning: “Surprise me in the most unexpected way. I’m open to receive. Show me how good it can get.”

That’s the essence of Cato Vermeulen—an alchemist of the modern age. A woman who turned ancient astrology into strategy, pain into purpose, and motherhood into her ultimate manifestation. Through her, a new generation of leaders is rising—ones who understand that divine alignment is the strategy, and that the truest wealth is built from the inside out.
