Charon Normand-Widmer @Relationship_Alchemy is a trauma specialist, somatic coach, and sacred sexuality guide helping women reclaim their voices, bodies, and personal power. With a deep background in massage therapy, mental health, and spiritual embodiment, Charon weaves science with soul, blending her clinical expertise in trauma and neuroscience with intuitive wisdom rooted in the sacred feminine.

Having grown up in a fundamentalist religious tradition, Charon’s personal journey of healing religious and sexual trauma has become the foundation of her life’s work. Today, she supports clients through emotional, psychological, and relational healing—offering a safe space for transformation and liberation. Her work is anchored in the belief that our bodies are sacred, our pleasure is powerful, and our healing is possible.

Charon’s signature program, Elevate Your Love Life, supports women in reconnecting with their authentic selves and creating deeper intimacy with both themselves and their partners. Through her private sessions, group broadcast channel, and somatic-based practices, she helps women release shame, awaken to pleasure, and experience a life of emotional freedom and embodied joy. Whether working one-on-one or guiding couples through deeper connection, Charon’s approach is both grounded and expansive—bridging the practical with the mystical. She is on a mission to help thousands of women across the world rise into wholeness, power, and self-love. When she’s not working with clients, you can find her immersed in a book, lifting weights, walking her animals—or blasting heavy metal music in her home sanctuary.

We’re joined today by Charon Normand-Widmer—therapist, coach, and a powerful guide in trauma healing, sacred sexuality, and somatic liberation. Let’s begin with the fun stuff: the quirks and unexpected layers of who you are beyond your online presence. What are some fun quirks, hobbies, or things people might not know about you?

Oh wow—fun quirks! I always think I’m boring, but here’s a few: I actually love to work out. It might not seem quirky, but it brings me so much joy. I’m also an avid reader—my world is surrounded by books. Something people likely don’t know is that I grew up in a fundamentalist religious tradition, which I left as an adult. That background shaped my worldview in so many ways that might not come across online. And one more thing: I’m a metalhead. The heavier, the better. I love heavy metal music!

That’s amazing! Now tell us, what drew you to the field of healing? Has it always been a part of you?

I’ve always felt drawn to healing and supporting others. But looking back, I can see three distinct threads that led me to this exact path. The first was coming to terms with religious trauma as an adult. That awakening made me want to help others who were dealing with similar forms of deep, often hidden, pain.

The second thread was deeply personal—my husband and I have been together for 25 years, and some time ago, he had a medical issue that impacted our intimacy. Finding support during that time was difficult, but when I finally connected with someone who could help us, I knew I wanted to become that kind of person for others. Someone who holds space for healing around religious, sexual, emotional, and psychological trauma.

The third path is my foundation in bodywork. I was a massage therapist for many years, and that really rooted me in the importance of the mind-body connection. When I transitioned into mental health, I carried that understanding with me—and today I work as a somatic therapist and coach.

So powerful. In your own journey of healing and liberation, what would you say has been the biggest catalyst for your growth?

It was learning that my worth isn’t tied to my deeds or accomplishments. That my value is inherent—just because I exist. That realization allowed me to let go of old beliefs that no longer served me. My voice had been deeply repressed. Growing up in a patriarchal structure, I internalized so much. I hated women. I hated myself. I thought femininity was weak, shameful, and dirty. But through healing, I came to see the truth: as a woman, I am inherently valuable. My voice matters. My presence matters.

It sounds like you’ve also done powerful work around healing the sisterhood wound.

Yes—though for a long time, I didn’t even know there was a sister wound. But once I became aware of it, I started seeing all the subtle (and not-so-subtle) ways it had shown up in my life. Healing that has transformed how I connect with other women, how I trust, and how I hold space in friendships and community.

If your 12-year-old self could see you now, what would make her the proudest?

Two things: first, my authenticity. At 12, I had no idea who I was. I was so repressed and focused on compliance. Seeing the woman I am now—fully expressed, fully me—would probably make that little girl cry with joy.

Second, my curiosity. Even as a child, I was interested in so many things. I didn’t know then that all those paths—history, healing, psychology, herbs, nutrition—would one day converge into this incredible work. My 12-year-old self would be in awe of that.

Let’s talk about your offerings. What do you currently have available for those looking to work with you?

Right now, I primarily offer one-on-one sessions. My signature program is called Elevate Your Love Life 1.0. It’s for women who want to explore their sexuality, work through trauma or sisterhood wounds, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. Then there’s Elevate Your Love Life 2.0, which includes their partner. Together, we explore intimacy, energy, and sacred sexuality—guiding couples toward deeper connection and healing. I also run a broadcast channel with a monthly membership fee, where I post daily energetic insights, mantras, or reminders—whatever comes through as aligned with the group that day. It’s a beautiful space to stay connected and inspired.

Currently on the line up we’ve got The Conscious Couple Mastermind, The Love Portal (for couples), The Love Portal (for singles), 7 Session Package and the Broadcast Channel.

Let’s manifest! What are you actively calling in—financially, energetically, or in terms of impact?

I’m currently experiencing consistent 10K months, which I’m proud of. But I’m ready to expand. I’m calling in aligned clients who deeply value the work and are ready to go there—to invest and transform. That’s what will take me to my next milestones—20K, 30K, 40K months and beyond. As for impact? I would love to touch the lives of every female-identified person on the planet. Truly. I believe women are powerful catalysts for change, and when we come into our wholeness, we uplift the entire world.

So good. Now let’s talk about your daily abundance rituals. How do you stay in flow and feminine energy?

My day starts the moment I open my eyes. I literally ask myself: What am I manifesting today? That one question sets my frequency. I’ve also designed my mornings to be slow and intentional. I nourish myself, walk my animals, move my body, and stay present with my feelings. That shift from rushing to receiving has changed everything. My rituals are about leaning into joy and letting pleasure lead.

“Take up space”

Now fast forward to your future self—when everything you’ve envisioned has come to life. What does a typical day look like?

It still starts with slow mornings! I know now how essential that is for my nervous system and creative flow. I imagine spending my days on powerful calls with aligned women, feeling nourished by my work, my meals, and my connections. I see myself surrounded by love—deepening relationships with loved ones and clients. I feel awe. Even now, when I pause, I feel awe at the beauty in the world. That will always be a part of my days.

We love to ask women about their relationship with the word “balance.” How do you claim it?

Balance is my core word. When I hear it, I picture the Yin-Yang symbol. It’s about embracing both effort and ease. To me, balance is about listening to how I feel. I call it “adulting with pleasure.” Yes, there are tasks and responsibilities—but I always check in: How do I want to feel while I move through this? My emotions are data. And positive ones—joy, gratitude, pleasure—they tell us: Do more of that. So that’s how I move toward balance. Through feeling, not forcing.
