Christie Sondergaard | The Embodied Architect of Wealth and Womanhood

Filed in:

How one woman transmuted science and strategy into soul, building a new standard for leadership, legacy, and feminine power.

There’s a serenity in the way Christie Sondergaard speaks — not the stillness of silence, but the peace that comes from alignment. She is the kind of woman who has walked through structure and surrender, intellect and intuition, and now stands at the intersection of both: an embodiment of grounded power.

Her story begins in Canada, shaped by northern winters and the steady heartbeat of practicality. She started her career as a physiotherapist, guiding others to reconnect with their physical bodies — a natural foundation for someone destined to one day teach energetic embodiment. “I’ve always been fascinated by the body,” she reflects. “The way it holds memory, truth, and resilience.”

But even as she mastered the science of anatomy, there was an entrepreneurial current running through her — a whisper that would not quiet. Inspired by her father’s work in financial services, she pivoted from the physical body to the financial body, entering an industry that demanded sharp intellect, discipline, and leadership. Over the next decade, she built a national financial team across Canada, mentoring hundreds of advisors and clients. It was a life defined by precision, performance, and success — at least from the outside.

Then came the shift. In 2023, Christie sold her company. “The business had changed direction,” she explains. “It no longer felt aligned with my values, and I knew it was time to lead myself somewhere new.” That leap would redefine everything.

From Hustle to Harmony

Christie’s introduction to feminine energetics came in 2022 through the Alpha Femme movement — a space that would catalyze the next evolution of her work. “I learned how to soften,” she says. “I began to experience fulfillment and joy not just on holidays, but every day.”

What she discovered wasn’t about escaping the masculine structures she had mastered — finance, systems, logic — but integrating them. “For so long, I believed success had to be earned through pressure,” she admits. “Now I see that success expands through pleasure. When we’re in harmony with ourselves, wealth flows differently.”

Her approach became a synthesis: the structure of strategy with the fluidity of spirit. A fusion of the left and right brain, the numbers and the knowing. “I’m still a licensed financial advisor,” she smiles. “I still value stewardship. But wealth isn’t only measured in accounts — it’s measured in aliveness.”

The Embodied Woman

Christie’s work today centers around energetic mastery — helping women release performance, claim their sovereignty, and embody wealth from the inside out. “Your body knows before your logic does,” she explains. “Everything begins in the energy. We don’t have to force or chase. We calibrate.”

Her clients are often women who have checked every box — career, marriage, success — yet feel disconnected from their power. “They’ve built lives that look incredible, but internally they’re exhausted,” she says. “I help them find their way back home — to their bodies, their desires, their truth.”

Through her mentorship, she bridges worlds that rarely coexist: the tangible and the ethereal, the spreadsheets and the soul. “It’s not this or that,” she insists. “It’s this and that. You can be the mother, the investor, the mystic, and the leader — all at once.”

Her daily life mirrors her teachings. She begins each morning slowly, with gratitude for the softness of her sheets, the quiet of her home. Movement is sacred — whether through weight training, nature walks, or simply breathing on her PEMF mat. Her days are structured yet spacious, an intentional rhythm between creation and rest. “Thriving isn’t about constant motion,” she says. “It’s about knowing when to pause.”

The Art of Surrender

For someone who once lived by deadlines, Christie now honors divine timing. “There was a time when I thought every spark of inspiration had to be acted on immediately,” she laughs. “Now I understand that desire is an invitation — not a demand.”

Her creative process has become one of surrender. “The magic happens in the build,” she says. “In the moments of contemplation, in the space between action and arrival.” It’s a philosophy she carries into her business, her motherhood, and her mentorship: the feminine principle of allowing.

And it was that same principle that guided her to say yes to her GOSS feature and photoshoot. “I had been asked several times before,” she admits. “But I wanted the timing to feel true — not forced. When I finally said yes, I knew it was from a place of embodiment.”

That decision marked a new chapter — one she calls her era of legacy.

The Legacy Era

“I’ve built wealth before,” she says softly. “But now, I’m building legacy.”

Her brand is evolving into a luxury division, one that integrates entrepreneurship, energy, and elegance. “Women deserve to lead from truth, not performance,” she continues. “My mission is to help them build businesses and lives that feel beautiful from the inside out.”

Christie’s philosophy on leadership is deeply feminine: “You don’t have to chase the room,” she says. “Your presence changes the room.” It’s a reminder that influence begins not in noise, but in resonance.

Her vision stretches far beyond business. She dreams of glass-walled homes surrounded by nature, spaces for writing and reflection, stages where she speaks barefoot to women ready to rise. “It’s not performance,” she says. “It’s truth. It’s energy that lands in the body.”

In the next decade, she sees herself publishing, mentoring globally, and building what she calls “a living art form of leadership.” Whether through wealth embodiment, storytelling, or creative expression, her mission remains the same: to lead women home to themselves.

The Name She Carries

Behind the scenes, Christie has been exploring a rebirth of identity — one rooted in her full given name: Christie Mary Victoria. “It came to me like a vision,” she shares. “Christie — the human, Mary — the divine feminine, Victoria — the queen. It felt like all the parts of me finally united.”

Her name, much like her work, is an invocation of wholeness. A reclamation of self through lineage, leadership, and love.

The Woman She Is Becoming

In every phase of her evolution — the physiotherapist, the financial leader, the mentor — Christie has followed the same thread: truth. It’s what led her through endings and beginnings, through burnout and bliss, through Denmark and back home to herself.

“Everything I teach now,” she says, “I had to live first.”

She speaks of wealth as a mirror, one that reflects not just numbers, but self-worth. Of energy as the new currency. Of leadership as devotion. And of womanhood — not as a role to perform, but a force to embody.

Her story is not one of reinvention, but of remembrance.

“I think we all come to a moment where we realize we’ve been preparing for this version of ourselves all along,” she smiles. “This is mine.”
