How Claudia Kachina Is Helping Women Release Inherited Patterns, Trust Their Intuition, and Return to the Wisdom Already Living Within Them
Claudia Kachina has spent most of her life listening to things that cannot always be explained logically: the body before the mind, intuition before evidence, and the subtle signal beneath the obvious one. Long before she created BodyResonance™, and long before she would spend more than two decades working with trauma, energetic patterns, and human consciousness, Claudia already sensed that the body carried information the intellect could not necessarily access.
As a child, she experienced recurring dreams involving trauma she had never personally lived through. At the time, there was no framework for understanding them. There was simply the unsettling sense that something was being remembered through her. Later, her body would respond intensely to circumstances that appeared harmless on the surface. The reactions did not make rational sense, but Claudia began to understand that perhaps rationality was not the only language worth listening to. “My body told me that there was an ancient or transgenerational trauma that wanted to be seen.”
That realization became one of the foundations of her life’s work. Today, Claudia is the founder of BodyResonance™, an energetic healing methodology rooted in the belief that unresolved experiences (can) remain active beneath conscious awareness, shaping behavior, fear responses, self-expression, relationships, leadership, and the way a person inhabits their own life. To Claudia, healing begins when what has remained unconscious is finally allowed to become visible.
Claudia describes herself simply as a visionary. Her deeper mission is equally clear: she wants to help people move from fear and pain toward freedom and peace. For more than 26 years, she has worked at the intersection of energetic healing, consciousness, trauma, intuition, and embodiment. Her perspective is grounded in the understanding that the physical body is not separate from our emotional and energetic histories. It carries them, sometimes quietly, sometimes dramatically, and sometimes through reactions we cannot explain.
“What I can see over and over again is that trauma needs to be seen, recognized, and brought into the awareness of the conscious mind so that it doesn’t continue guiding us from the unconscious.” She describes unresolved trauma almost like a time-space capsule held within the body, containing information from emotional, mental, and physical experience. Some of that information may come from one’s own life. Some, she believes, may be inherited through previous generations. Either way, what remains unresolved often continues asking to be acknowledged. “Trauma repeats itself in one way or another to be seen.”
For Claudia, the body is not betraying us when it reacts. It is communicating. There were several moments in her own life when that communication became impossible to ignore. During her career as a professional dancer, she was involved in an accident during rehearsal that resulted in a brain bleed. Looking back, she remembers being asked to perform movements during improvisation that she did not truly want to do, yet she did them anyway.
Years later came another lesson. Before riding her motorcycle to an inspection appointment, Claudia had an unmistakable intuition not to go. Her mechanic had even offered to collect the motorcycle himself. Still, Claudia had given her word that she would bring it, so she went. A car hit her on a rain-soaked road. Miraculously, despite the impact, she did not suffer the catastrophic injuries the accident could easily have caused. No bones in her foot were broken, but she lost her pinky toe. Today, she describes the experience with equal parts reverence and clarity. “Now I have the daily reminder of a lost pinky to trust my intuition. Always.”
There is no abstraction in that lesson. For Claudia, intuition became something to honor before the mind could construct a convincing argument against it. This distinction matters deeply in her work because people often speak about intuition as a gut feeling, but Claudia finds that language insufficient. Fear is also a feeling. Anxiety is a feeling. Trauma responses can feel enormously convincing. One of the most common questions she receives is therefore simple: how do you know when something is intuition and when it is fear?
Her answer is not reductive. She sees intuitive development as an entire discipline. “To me, being guided by intuition still feels like magic.” She recalls one afternoon when, for no obvious reason, she felt an urgent need to call her mother repeatedly. Her mother normally slept at that hour. Claudia was approaching a tunnel where she would soon lose phone service, yet the impulse continued. She kept calling until eventually her mother answered. She was in the middle of a stroke. The timing mattered.
In another chapter, intuition guided Claudia away from plans to visit Sedona and toward Maui instead. She could not fully explain why. She simply followed it. She arrived shortly after the devastating Lahaina fires of 2023. Claudia understood fire personally. At seventeen, she had escaped a fire in her own home and lost everything. She also had decades of experience working with traumatized people. The convergence felt unmistakable. She remained on Maui for three months, volunteering with fire survivors and offering her energetic work at Honokowai Beach Park.
Sometimes intuition warns. Sometimes it redirects. Sometimes it places us exactly where our gifts are needed. For Claudia, embodiment as a woman does not mean rejecting masculine qualities. It means allowing the full spectrum of oneself to exist. “To fully embody myself as a woman means to fully express my feminine aspects as well as my masculine.”
Her own relationship with feminine connection has evolved enormously. When she was younger, she did not easily trust women. Depending on them did not feel safe. Over time, something changed. She experienced the power of sitting in circle with women, sharing honestly, supporting one another, and allowing herself to receive nourishment from sisterhood rather than interpreting other women through competition or protection?. “Holding space for each other is deep healing.”
This is part of what she believes women are reclaiming now. For generations, Claudia argues, women learned to hide parts of themselves in order to remain safe: their intuition, their gifts, their power, their sensitivity, their knowing. Coming back into relationship with the body can therefore become something far larger than wellness. It can become reclamation. “As soon as we start to re-listen to our body and our intuition, we come back to our innate power.”
That includes honoring rest, trusting one’s natural rhythms, choosing connection instead of competition, and remembering that sisterhood itself can be a source of healing. “In sisterhood, we thrive.”
Claudia is particularly interested in the women who know they are here to do something significant and yet repeatedly find themselves unable to move. They have the idea, the talent, the calling, and sometimes even the opportunity, yet something interrupts the action. They procrastinate, disappear, second-guess themselves, or talk themselves out of what they know they want and are meant to do. From the outside, it can look like a confidence problem. Claudia often sees something deeper. “The chance that this is a trauma response is extremely high.” Her work with women in leadership therefore begins beneath conventional strategy. She looks at the patterns that may be activating freeze, avoidance, self-sabotage, or fear. A woman may intellectually know that she wants visibility while her nervous system associates visibility with danger. She may want leadership while carrying an inherited pattern of fear around power. She may be living with an emotional response that did not even originate with her.
Claudia offers the example of a woman unconsciously carrying the fear of her grandmother. When that fear is finally recognized and released back into the past where it belongs, she says, something extraordinary can happen. The woman is no longer forced into the same automatic response. She can finally choose. “That is the energetic relief. Magical alchemy.” Even after 26 years, Claudia says the process still thrills her.
This is the world Claudia has built through BodyResonance™. She describes herself almost as a translator between unconscious pain and conscious awareness, a detector and a speaker for what has remained unspoken. Her role is not simply to identify that something hurts. It is to understand what the pain may be communicating. Within BodyResonance™, Claudia combines energetic work with what she calls FrequencyTalk, helping clients bring unconscious patterns into awareness so that new neurological and behavioral pathways can emerge more readily. The ultimate intention is not endless excavation. It is freedom. She does not believe healing always requires a person to repeatedly re-enter the most painful emotional terrain. Sometimes what is needed is recognition, redirection, and relief. The past can be acknowledged without becoming a permanent residence.
When Claudia speaks about the word Goddess, she does not describe perfection. She speaks about potential. “To me, it means bringing my highest potential to this earth.” It is the understanding that each woman carries something singular: a quality, a gift, a medicine, a form of contribution no one else can deliver in precisely the same way.
Being a Goddess, in Claudia’s understanding, therefore requires originality. “Being aware of my true God-given self and not copying anybody else.” She sees human beings as walking miracles precisely because they are different. Our power is not in reproducing the expression of another woman. It is in discovering our own. That belief is woven through the message Claudia wants women to remember most. “You came here with a special gift, a special medicine that you bring to this world.”
Now Claudia is entering a chapter of significant expansion. Her children are grown, and the work that has developed over decades is widening into a global vision. She is preparing to host retreats and large women’s gatherings internationally, alongside an online healing sisterhood community focused on the (healing) power of groups and the relief from transgenerational trauma.
A big part of this work will concentrate on women’s experiences of PMS and endometriosis because this area is point of all creation and if it´s wounded so many women are afraid to come to their creative power. She is also launching a YouTube channel and the SoulConnection podcast, broadcast between Germany and Hawaii. Two books are underway through a publishing partnership, and Claudia is founding a nonprofit, SoulConnection – Help Humanity Heal.
The ambition is intentionally large. She is interested not only in individual transformation, but in what happens when transformation reaches enough people to influence the wider culture. “Future researchers found that it needs three percent to set a new trend,” she says. Her response is immediate: “Let’s go.” There is something deeply consistent about the chapter she is entering. A woman who spent decades listening to what lived beneath the surface is now bringing that work into increasingly visible spaces. The body became the doorway. Intuition became the compass. Trauma became information rather than destiny. Sisterhood became part of the medicine.
Through all of it, Claudia returns to one essential belief: there is something inside every woman that the world is waiting to receive. Not once she becomes perfect. Not once she stops being afraid. Now. “You are needed. You are wonderful, a gift and a special treasure to this world.” Then comes the invitation: “Dare to share your magic. We are waiting for you.”
Perhaps that is the deepest expression of BodyResonance™ itself: to listen closely enough to the body that what has been buried can finally leave, to trust oneself deeply enough that fear no longer gets the final vote, and to become free enough to offer the world what was always there.
