I would love for you to begin by giving our audience a bit of background about you. And this is the fun stuff that’s not usually on your social media.
The one thing I always think about is the kind of work that you can’t really visualize. Every morning, no matter what my schedule looks like—whether I have pickleball at 6 a.m., swim practice, or an early session with a client—I always start with meditation.
I spend my mornings doing the work: meditating, listening, and downloading. There are so many semantics around this—whether you call it mediumship, manifesting, or something else. Manifesting, by the way, is such a buzzword. Did you know it was the Cambridge Dictionary’s word of the year for 2024?
I was teaching my Monday barre class recently, and someone in the group asked me, “What should I be manifesting?” That question was so clear to me—there’s a real need to educate people in a way that feels safe and warm. I want to show people that they don’t need TikTok or the media to tell them what to do or think.
So, going back to your question, I do the work every single day. It’s not something you’ll ever see on social media because most of the time, I’m literally sitting in the dark, by myself.
Can you tell me a little about your background? You mentioned manifestation—were you always a child or young adult who believed in these things and was tapped into your gifts? Or did that come later?
One hundred percent, yes. Did I have faith? Yes. Did I trust it? Not always.
When was the big awakening or moment when you decided, “This is it”?
It started unfolding around 2015, 2016, 2017, during the end of Pluto in Capricorn. I’m a cardinal sign—an Aries—so I was born to lead and to be an entrepreneur. When you dive into my astrology and numerology, everything points to me being a healer, even a Jedi. But I didn’t trust the process back then. I struggled with imposter syndrome my whole life. Eventually, I had this realization: “Wait a second, I’m a woman who has completed two Ironman races back-to-back!” Please don’t think I’m some kind of superhero, though—it’s just something I had to do to prove to myself what I was capable of. Over time, I learned so much from people, relationships, and life experiences. I’ve always seen things very clearly. Manifestation is about clearing the path, and now I can help others clear theirs.
What would you say has been one of the biggest lessons you’ve had to learn to level up?
Mental health – understanding the delusional mind. I believe in ancestral lineage, the Akashic Records, and the multiverse. I was adopted and never knew my birth parents. I’ve gathered bits of information through things like 23andMe, but there are so many gaps. My adoptive parents both struggled with mental health issues. My mother lived with paranoid schizophrenia, and my father dealt with depression and unresolved trauma from being fostered during World War II.
He succumbed to suicide when I was 29, and my mother eventually passed due to complications from dementia in her 60s. Both of their journeys taught me profound lessons about trauma, grief, and the importance of mental health awareness.
That must have been so much to navigate.
It was, but it was all part of my initiation. I had to experience those challenges so I could help others. Now, I can speak openly about topics like suicide, mental health, and healing unresolved trauma.
When I teach yoga, I always start with the same verse: “This is a safe space. We’re going to raise the vibration to happiness and sadness.” Grieving is healthy—it’s a high vibration. Animals grieve, but they don’t hold onto fear, shame, or jealousy. Truly owning my power began when I understood energy medicine. Becoming a Reiki master teacher changed everything for me. Understanding energy, how it flows, and how it can transform was profound.
Do you still practice Reiki?
Absolutely. It’s the core of my business. I offer both in-person and distance sessions. I also work per diem at Cohen Children’s Medical Center in their holistic department, providing Reiki.
I’d love to know—over the years you’ve been doing this work, have you seen a shift in how mental health and wellness intersect, especially with the integration of modalities like Reiki?
Definitely. The fact that a healthcare center like Cohen Children’s Medical Center has a holistic department where I can provide Reiki is proof of that shift. We’re in the Age of Aquarius now, or as I like to call it, the Age of Expansion.
The last time we were in this kind of astrological era, we had the French Revolution, the American Revolution, and the Industrial Revolution—what they called the Age of Enlightenment. Today, it’s about expanding the mind, understanding neurodiversity, and recognizing the gifts and talents everyone has. Rather than marginalizing people for not fitting into traditional molds, we’re learning to embrace differences. It’s about relaxing the nervous system, understanding our brains, and practicing self-awareness. That’s why I teach practices like Tai Chi—it’s a moving meditation that helps people find clarity.
That’s beautiful. How do you help people “cut the path to clarity,” as you mentioned earlier?
In Tai Chi, there’s a moving meditation called “cutting the path to clarity.” You imagine a diamond in the rough between your hands. At first, it might seem dirty or unclear, but as you move your hands apart and back together, you refine it. You gain clarity about the problem or challenge in front of you and transform it into something beautiful. That’s manifestation in action—taking life experiences, no matter how tough, and turning them into opportunities for growth.
Do you believe in alchemizing pain?
Absolutely. Energy can’t be created or destroyed, but it can be shifted—from stress to vitality. Did you know that 80–95% of healthcare visits in the U.S. are stress-related? Or that we have 65,000–70,000 thoughts a day, most of which are negative? If we start our mornings programming ourselves with confidence and empowerment instead of letting external influences dictate our thoughts, we can transform stress into vitality. That’s what I focus on—teaching people to use their minds proactively instead of reactively.
That’s such an important message. What advice would you give to women who feel stuck and aren’t sure where to start?
Try. Be open to trying different things and exploring new modalities. That’s why I have so many tools in my toolbox.
I’ve worked with stage-four cancer patients who walk in defining themselves solely by their diagnosis: “I have stage-four lung cancer,” or “I have lymphoma.” Their minds are stuck in a loop of sickness and despair. The first thing I do is guide them into a meditation or manifestation session, helping them shift their mindset. Once they realize their bodies aren’t against them but are fighting machines capable of healing, everything changes. It’s about opening up their energy and helping them see the possibilities.
Do you conduct an energetic assessment when clients come to you?
Yes, but it’s more intuitive than verbal. When someone walks in, I can sense what they need, and I work from there. By the end of the session, most clients say it’s the most relaxing experience they’ve ever had.
What would you say to people who are hesitant about energy work?
I always encourage an integrative approach. I’d never tell someone to stop traditional treatments or medications. Instead, I show them how energy work can complement those treatments and empower them to make decisions based on their intuition. We all have psychic abilities; it’s just about expanding the mind and learning to trust our inner guidance.
For someone new to tuning into their intuition, what’s the first step?
Start with understanding light and energy. High-vibrational energy is key. For me, I had to go through a lot of darkness to understand the light—it’s all about balance.
In Tai Chi, for example, you practice harmonizing yin and yang by working with your “Tai Chi ball.” You learn what it feels like when energy is aligned and when it’s opposing. The same applies to life—you have to understand the dark to appreciate the light and vice versa.
Do you have daily non-negotiables to stay in harmony?
Absolutely. One of the most important practices is starting my day with clarity and focus. This year, 2024, is an 8-year in numerology—an abundance year. Whatever energy you focus on, you’ll have an abundance of it.
That’s why I tell my clients to be very intentional with their manifestations. Align your desires with your soul purpose, and you’ll create a life that’s truly fulfilling.
Speaking of alignment, what offers do you currently have for women looking to work with you?
For 2025, my goal is to get more people on a healing journey. One of my offers is a 10-session package, where clients commit to weekly or biweekly sessions over two-and-a-half months. It’s a beautiful container for transformation.
I’m also focusing on public speaking and corporate wellness. Companies need to move beyond just “checking the box” for wellness initiatives. By truly investing in their employees’ well-being, they can reduce sick days, boost productivity, and create a more harmonious work environment.
I love that. Are you actively manifesting any big goals for 2025?
Yes! I’m manifesting more public speaking opportunities, including TED Talks, to reach more people and inspire them to start their healing journeys. It’s not about personal fame—it’s about spreading awareness and empowering people to embrace the Age of Expansion.
That’s incredible, Constance. Your work is so impactful. What’s the one message you hope people take away from working with you?
Self-belief. It’s simple but so powerful. If you can believe in yourself, you can transform your life in unimaginable ways.
