Destiny’s journey into coaching began over a decade ago during one of the darkest seasons of her life. Tired of merely surviving, she made a life-changing vow: to become everything she once needed for herself—and to empower other women to do the same.

Over the past four years, she endured the unimaginable loss of four generations of women in her family, including her mother who she honored as her full-time caregiver. Tell us about yourself, especially the parts that are not so known from your online presence?
Beyond being known as the confidence queen, I was once a quiet, introverted, low-key perfectionist. As I grew, I realized the influence I had on others, even as an introvert. My journey into inspiring others started with expressing myself and empowering others through inspirational blogging—I’ve always been a writer first, especially as an introvert. Writing is my deepest form of expression. I am currently working on my 5th book.
Surprisingly, bodybuilding also became part of my journey. I’m a five-time bodybuilding bikini champ and former NPC nationally qualified athlete, which also helped me build the confidence I now share with other women.
When it comes to your own personal journey of deep healing and liberation, what has been the catalyst for your growth?
Over seven years ago I found myself alone in an office I was working from at the time, balled up under the desk having an anxiety attack. I was depressed, headed to divorce court, and had no idea of my identity anymore. I made a vow to God that if he helped me through this, I would be to other women everything I needed for myself. At that moment, I came to the realization that enough was enough! I no longer wanted to continue to spend my life relinquishing my power to others and living a life I did not love. This moment became the catalyst for my own journey.
What inspired you to focus on confidence coaching?
I realized as a high-achieving woman and professional who built impressive careers and businesses still struggled with low self-confidence and insecurity beneath the surface. I learned many ambitious women mastered the art of external success while suffering with limiting beliefs and unfulfillment.
What advice would you give women who feel stuck?
Identify your true identity and who you really are. When you become self-aware, you realize that everything you need is already within you. You have the power to reinvent, redefine, and realign your life at any moment. Just make the decision. You’re never really stuck.

I currently have two exciting programs:

The Inner Power, Outer Success Private Coaching — A one-on-one experience for high-achieving women who desire not just external success but ready to harness their power and experience true fulfillment and freedom while building a life they genuinely love.
What is your vision for the future?
My vision is creating the Queen Counsel Empowerment Center, a safe space for women to heal emotionally and spiritually after overcoming trauma. It’s about creating a sanctuary and resource center for reconnection, growth, and community.
