Can you tell us a bit about yourself that is not widely known from your online presence?

Certainly! I had a wonderful upbringing and a loving family, which gave me a positive outlook on life. At 22 years old I found myself in an abusive marriage for 13 long years. It was a devastating experience that took a toll on me financially, physically, and spiritually. Eventually, I made a hard decision and managed to escape with my children thanks to the police, who rescued us by helicopter from an Australian island. We were taken to a refuge where I began the slow process of rebuilding my life. During this time, I embraced a more masculine and assertive version of myself, which helped me navigate through the challenges I faced. However, I realized that there was more to personal growth than just hard work and productivity.

I delved into mindset work and started exploring my own thoughts, beliefs, and priorities. I discovered the importance of making sense of how our thoughts shape our reality. As I deepened my knowledge in this area, I ventured into coaching and found success early on, making a significant impact on people’s lives. I also noticed that many coaches were lacking a genuine connection with their clients. It seemed they had learned coaching based on a set of rules rather than leading with their hearts.

This realization motivated me to share my journey of embracing my feminine side and becoming more embodied. I began training and certifying coaches in Neuro Linguistic Programming, helping them connect with their true selves and establish a heart-centered approach to coaching. My training business grew into a multimillion dollar company that expanded into other areas such as Quantum Healing, Speaker Training, Vibrational Medicine, Breathwork, Spiritual Containers and more.

As my career progressed, I sought guidance from individuals I didn’t necessarily like  yet who were successful. I believed they possessed knowledge about success that I was yet to discover. Through genuine connections and heartfelt conversations, I learned valuable insights that propelled my journey even further. This path led me to co-author bestselling books alongside renowned individuals like Lauren Langmire, Brian Tracy, and Sharon Lecter, among others. I have published fifteen books thus far, with more in the pipeline.

What advice would you give to your younger self when you were in that abusive relationship?

If I could go back and speak to Elizabeth who endured those years in an abusive relationship, I would tell her to remain true to herself no matter what. It is crucial to hold onto your values, even when someone else tries to diminish your worth. Though I almost lost myself during that time, it was my unwavering commitment to my values that kept me grounded. Deep down, I knew I deserved better, and that realization gave me the courage to break free from that toxic situation. So, my advice would be to stay strong, trust your instincts, and remember that you are worthy of love and respect.

Can you explain the scope of your work and the services you provide?

In my training business practice, I initially focused on supporting women and have since expanded to work with both men and women. Our offerings include NLP Certification training at the practitioner and master practitioner levels, breathwork facilitation courses, spiritual and high-level coaching containers, as well as speaker training. We are also one of only two schools in the world to offer a Quantum Healing Certification, combining alternative healing methods with the medical system. This unique approach stems from my background in nursing and medicine, where I spent 21 years as a nurse and five years teaching in the faculty of Medicine at Sydney University. Additionally, we host challenges like the self-love challenge and the trust yourself challenge. Our goal is to empower individuals to embrace their authentic selves, find happiness, and develop meaningful relationships.

Could you elaborate on the work you do and how you help women and men find their true selves and happiness?

Initially, my work primarily focused on helping women find their true selves and happiness, and over time, it expanded to include men as well. I firmly believe that everyone deserves to live a fulfilling and authentic life. Through my training programs, retreats, and transformative experiences, I guide individuals on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment. I help them uncover their limiting beliefs, release emotional baggage, and cultivate a positive mindset. By delving into their past experiences and making sense of how those experiences have shaped their beliefs and behaviors, individuals can gain clarity and make conscious choices to create the life they truly desire.

One of the key areas I focus on is helping people reconnect with their true selves. Many people have lost touch with who we really are due to societal expectations, past traumas, or the demands of daily life. I encourage individuals to explore their passions, values, and desires, and to embrace their unique qualities and strengths. By reconnecting with their authentic selves, they can make choices aligned with their true nature and find a sense of purpose and fulfillment.

Another crucial aspect of my work is helping individuals cultivate self-love and self-acceptance. Often, people are their own harshest critics and carry deep-seated beliefs of unworthiness or not being enough. Through various techniques such as self-compassion exercises, mindset shifts, and inner child healing, I support individuals in developing a loving and nurturing relationship with themselves. This lays the foundation for healthy relationships, increased self-confidence, and a greater sense of happiness.

In addition, I offer guidance on developing healthy relationships both personal and professional. Many people struggle with setting boundaries because they hold outdated boundaries and end up compromising their well-being and happiness. I teach individuals effective communication skills, assertiveness techniques, and the importance of self-care to create and live a life that honors their desires and values.

Ultimately, my aim is to empower individuals to live authentically, embrace their unique qualities, and create lives that are aligned with their true selves. I believe that everyone has the power to shape their own destiny and find happiness and fulfillment. By providing guidance, support, and tools for personal growth and transformation, I assist individuals in their journey towards self-discovery, healing, and creating a life they love.

How do you integrate neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) into your coaching and transformative work?

Neuro Linguistic programming (NLP) is a powerful tool that I integrate into my coaching and transformative work. NLP is a field of study that explores the connection between our thoughts, language, and behavior patterns. It offers practical techniques and strategies to reprogram the mind and create positive change.

In coaching sessions, I use NLP techniques to help individuals identify and transform limiting beliefs that hold them back. We explore the language they use to describe their experiences and reframe negative self-talk into empowering and supportive inner dialogue. By shifting their language patterns, individuals can change their perspective, enhance their self-image, and create new possibilities for themselves.

NLP also provides valuable tools for making sense of and working with emotions. Emotions play a significant role in our lives and can greatly influence our actions and decisions. Through NLP techniques, individuals can gain a deeper awareness of their emotions, learn to regulate them, and transform negative emotional states into more resourceful ones. This allows individuals to navigate challenges with greater ease, make empowered choices, and cultivate emotional well-being.

Another aspect of NLP that I incorporate into my work is modeling excellence. NLP offers techniques to study and replicate the strategies and behaviors of successful individuals in a particular area. By studying and modeling the mindset, beliefs, and actions of those who have achieved what individuals aspire to, we can accelerate their progress and help them achieve their goals more effectively.

Overall, NLP provides a framework and set of tools that enhance the effectiveness of my coaching and transformative work. It allows me to work with individuals on multiple levels, including their thoughts, language, emotions, and behaviors. By integrating NLP techniques into my sessions, I can help individuals create profound shifts in their mindset and develop new patterns of thinking and behaving that support their personal growth and well-being.

One NLP technique that I frequently use is called anchoring. Anchoring involves associating a specific physical or mental stimulus with a desired emotional or mental state. Through this technique, individuals can learn to access positive states of confidence, motivation, or relaxation whenever they need them. By anchoring empowering states, individuals can overcome limiting beliefs, manage stress, and enhance their overall emotional well-being.

Another powerful NLP tool I use is reframing. Reframing involves shifting the meaning or interpretation of a situation, event, or experience. Many individuals hold limiting beliefs or negative interpretations about their past or current circumstances, which can hinder their progress and happiness. By helping individuals reframe their experiences in a more empowering and positive light, I support them in finding new perspectives, discovering valuable lessons, and creating empowering meanings that serve their growth and transformation. NLP also offers techniques for creating change at a subconscious level. One such technique is called the “swish pattern.” This technique helps individuals replace an unwanted habit, behavior, or thought pattern with a more desirable one. By utilizing visualization and mental rehearsal, individuals can reprogram their subconscious mind and create new neural pathways that support their desired outcomes.

Additionally, I use language patterns and techniques derived from NLP to communicate effectively with individuals and facilitate their self-discovery and transformation. These language patterns, such as embedded commands or presuppositions, can help individuals shift their thinking, expand their possibilities, and uncover their own inner resources and solutions.

It’s important to note that NLP is highly effective and is one of the many tools and approaches I use in my coaching and transformative work. Each individual is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet their specific needs and goals. By integrating NLP techniques with other modalities such as mindfulness, positive psychology, and somatic practices, I create a holistic and personalized approach to support individuals in their journey towards self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.

How long does it typically take for individuals to experience significant transformation through your coaching programs?

The time it takes for individuals to experience significant transformation through my training programs can vary depending on several factors, including the individual’s goals, commitment, readiness for change, and the depth of the issues they are working on. Transformation is a personal journey, and each person progresses at their own pace.

While some individuals may experience noticeable shifts and breakthroughs in a relatively short period, such as hour to days, others weeks, others may require more time to unravel deep-rooted patterns, heal past traumas, or make significant life changes. It’s essential to recognize that transformation is far from a linear process and that different aspects of one’s life may transform at different rates.

In my training programs, I work collaboratively with individuals to set realistic goals and create a roadmap for their transformational journey. We establish milestones and regularly assess progress to ensure that they are moving towards their desired outcomes. The coaching relationship provides support, accountability, and guidance, which can accelerate the transformation process.

It’s important to realize that lasting transformation often involves ongoing personal growth and maintenance. After completing a training program, individuals continue to integrate the insights, tools, and practices they have learned into their daily lives. This ongoing commitment to self-awareness, personal development, and self-care can further enhance and sustain the transformation they have experienced.

Ultimately, the duration of the transformational process is unique to each individual. Some may achieve significant shifts in a matter of hours, while others may require a longer period of time, such as a month or more, to achieve their desired outcomes. The key is to approach the transformational journey with patience, perseverance, and an open mind.

Throughout the coaching process, I provide continuous support, guidance, and feedback to individuals. We regularly reassess their goals, explore any obstacles or challenges they may be facing, and adjust our approach as needed. It’s important to maintain open and honest communication throughout the coaching relationship to ensure that individuals feel heard and supported.

In addition to the coaching sessions, I provide individuals with tools and exercises to practice outside of our sessions. These may include journaling prompts, mindfulness practices, visualization exercises, or specific action steps tailored to their goals. Consistent practice and integration of these tools into daily life can greatly accelerate the transformation process.

I also encourage individuals to cultivate self-compassion and celebrate their progress along the way. Transformation is rarely a linear path, and there may be ups and downs. By acknowledging and appreciating the small victories and breakthroughs, individuals can stay motivated and inspired to continue their journey.

It’s important to note that the transformational process is highly individualized, and the duration can vary based on the complexity of the issues being addressed, the level of commitment and engagement from the individual, and external factors that may influence progress. It’s crucial to approach the process with a continual mindflow and be open to the possibility of continuous growth and evolution.

Ultimately, my goal as a trainer and coach is to empower individuals to become the best version of themselves and support them in achieving their desired transformation. Whether it takes a few hours or a longer period of time, the focus is on creating sustainable change that positively impacts all aspects of their lives.

How do you measure the success of your training programs?

The success of my training programs is measured through a combination of qualitative and quantitative factors. While tangible outcomes and achievements are important, I also emphasize the subjective experience and overall well-being of the individuals I work with. Quantitative measures can include specific goals and milestones that individuals set at the beginning of their coaching journey. These goals can be related to various areas of their life, such as career advancement, improved relationships, enhanced confidence, or personal growth milestones. We regularly assess progress towards these goals and celebrate the milestones achieved. Qualitative measures involve assessing the individual’s overall satisfaction with the coaching process, their level of self-awareness and self-acceptance, their ability to navigate challenges and setbacks, and their overall sense of fulfillment and well-being. I often use feedback forms, reflective exercises, and open discussions to gather qualitative data and assess the individual’s experience and progress.

Additionally, I encourage individuals to reflect on their own growth and transformation throughout the coaching process. Self-reflection and self-assessment allows individuals to gain insights into their own progress, areas of growth, and the positive changes they have experienced. This self-awareness is an important component of measuring the success of the coaching program.

Ultimately, the success of my training programs is determined by the individual’s perception of their own growth, their ability to apply the insights and tools learned during coaching, and their sustained progress and well-being beyond the coaching relationship. It’s about empowering individuals to become self-directed, resilient, and capable of continuing their personal growth journey even after the coaching program concludes.

Can you give us some background about your experience as a mother?

Yes, I have two children of my own and four stepchildren. Additionally, I have donated eggs three times to a family where the woman experienced early menopause. So, they have three children who are genetically related to me.

That’s really sweet of you. Could you share more about your journey and the challenges you’ve faced?

One of the lowest points in my life was when I was extremely sick. I looked at the person who loved me unconditionally and realized that my illness was impacting his life negatively. It made me question my worth and even contemplate ending my life. However, I had a turning point where I realized that I couldn’t have been given this challenge if I was incapable of overcoming it. I saw it as a test of my strength and resilience, knowing that if I had survived years of abuse and protected my children, I could also conquer a disease. It was a matter of shifting my mindset and finding the necessary tools to overcome it.

Could you tell us about your daily practices and how they contribute to your success?

Each day, I prioritize certain practices that set me up for a successful day. Firstly, I believe it’s important to watch the sunrise and let the sun’s rays enter my eyes, which helps me feel present in my body. I also focus on conscious breathing to ground myself and be fully present. Movement is crucial for me, and I personally enjoy dancing as a form of expression and physical activity.

How do you embody the version of yourself that you aspire to be?

To embody the best version of myself, I consistently challenge the limitations I place on who I can become. Instead of holding onto rigid identities, I focus on my values and let go of predefined notions of who I am. I believe in the power of exploring and expanding beyond my perceived limitations, always seeking growth and self-discovery.

How do you maintain a state of ease and flow in your life?

For me, staying in a state of ease and flow involves connecting with nature and the elements. I find solace in spending time near the ocean and listening to the wind. These practices allow me to tap into my intuition and feel grounded. Rather than following specific rituals, I trust my instincts and follow what my inner guidance tells me I need.

What are your visions for the world and how do you believe women can step into their power?

My vision for the world revolves around creating a sense of safety for women. I believe it’s essential to allow men to embrace their masculinity, creating an environment where women can feel safe to be vulnerable. This, in turn, leads to the creation of safe and happy homes and nurtures the growth of empowered children. Women can step into their power by recognizing their role as nurturers, whether through financial wealth, self-care, or building supportive communities.

Do you have any specific goals or manifestations you aim to achieve?

While I have already made a significant impact on hundreds of thousands of lives through my teachings and trainings, my focus is not solely on the numbers. I believe in the power of one-on-one connections and individual transformation. Every life I change is worth it, and I aim to continue helping others realize their potential and create wealth in various aspects of their lives. I’m dedicated to assisting women in my team and beyond to thrive and share in the equity and profits we generate together.
