GOSS & SPACE | When Vision Threatens the Status Quo

SpaceX Tries to Shut Down GOSSXSPACE—Because They Can’t Compete With the Future

In a move that can only be described as both comical and telling, SpaceX—the aerospace giant founded by Elon Musk—has officially taken issue with GOSSXSPACE, a trademark application filed by GOSS Club Inc. Their claim? That our brand, dedicated to expanding human potential and innovation, somehow threatens their rocket business.

Yes, you read that correctly. A company that launches rockets is apparently worried about a brand that launches ideas, expansion, and consciousness.

In an official legal notice, SpaceX insists that GOSSXSPACE is “confusingly similar” to its own branding. They claim our name could mislead consumers into thinking we are associated with their aerospace empire. We have one thing to say to that:

If our vision is so powerful that SpaceX itself believes it threatens their market share, then we must be doing something right.

Why This Move Says More About SpaceX Than It Does About GOSSXSPACE

For years, SpaceX has branded itself as the ultimate disruptor—the company that broke through the bureaucracy of space travel and made the impossible possible. But the moment someone else dares to think big, suddenly they want to shut it down?

This legal challenge isn’t about trademarks. It’s about control—and the fact that SpaceX sees innovation happening outside of their own monopoly. They want to own “Space,” both literally and figuratively. But here’s the truth: The future doesn’t belong to any one corporation. The future belongs to those who are willing to expand.

GOSSXSPACE Was Never About Rockets—It’s About a New Era of Expansion

Unlike SpaceX, GOSS has no intention of competing in aerospace engineering. Our focus has always been about expanding human consciousness, connection, and creativity. We are pioneering a new vision of what’s possible—not just in space, but in reality itself.

SpaceX may be focused on launching satellites, but we are launching an entire new paradigm.

So, if they see that as a threat? Good.

A Message to SpaceX: You Can’t Trademark the Universe

To SpaceX, we say this: You don’t own space. You don’t own expansion. And you certainly don’t own the future.

Your opposition only proves what we already knew—GOSSXSPACE is a movement, not just a name. And no amount of legal intimidation will change that.

Stay tuned. The future is being rewritten, with or without permission.
