Hannah Feldt | The Harmony of High-Ticket

How she built a global brand by simplifying success, scaling smart, and leading with presence.

Hannah Feldt is a business strategist and advisor to coaches, consultants, and service providers ready to scale with high-ticket offers and magnetic personal brands. With a background in nursing, marketing, and luxury real estate, Hannah blends health, mindset, and marketing to help women build freedom-based businesses that support their lives—not steal from them.

Based in Sweden, she lives in her dream home with her husband and two young children. While she treasures home life, Hannah has designed a location-independent business that allows her to lead from anywhere. Her business model is simple, scalable, and rooted in wellness, wealth, and motherhood.

After scaling her marketing agency to seven figures, Hannah co-founded a real estate business designing and selling luxury homes across Sweden. But her true passion lies in coaching. Through her signature mentorship program, she helps entrepreneurs create one high-ticket offer, a powerful sales system, and a premium brand—replacing hustle with harmony.

She also teaches clients how to invest their profits, build passive income, and prioritize wellness for sustainable success. Hannah’s clients don’t just learn to sell—they learn to lead iconic, freedom-first brands and become sought-after leaders in their space.

Tell us about yourself beyond the online brand.

I grew up in a small Swedish town, raised between a single mom on sick leave and weekends on my dad’s farm. I learned independence early. Helping my dad in the barn taught me hard work, but I knew I didn’t want to live in constant grind. That planted the seed for the freedom-focused business I have today.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, I worked in healthcare for over a decade—earning two master’s degrees and leading teams as a nurse specialist. It taught me empathy, problem-solving, and how to lead under pressure—skills I now use in business coaching.

Behind the brand, I’m a health lover, nature enthusiast, and interior design nerd. I walk in the forest most mornings, do yoga on our terrace, and blend smoothies for my kids. The polished strategist people see online is also the mom in leggings doing school drop-offs.

What brought you into the coaching and business world?

Freedom. Even though I had a “successful” career in healthcare, I felt creatively stifled. In 2016, I took a leap and launched my brand and marketing agency. I worked late nights from my kitchen table and eventually scaled to seven figures. That proved I could build on my own terms.

Later, my husband and I co-founded a real estate business, designing high-end Scandinavian homes. It combined creativity, strategy, and investment—and was incredibly fulfilling. As my businesses grew, people began asking for advice. I realized I loved coaching.

In 2019, I launched my first coaching program, right after becoming a mom. I needed more flexibility and craved deeper impact. Coaching gave me both. Now I serve clients globally while staying present for my family.

What has been your greatest catalyst for healing and growth?

Simplifying everything. Early on, I burned out trying to do it all. Narrowing my focus to one premium offer and one powerful sales system changed everything. It brought clarity, energy, and exponential growth.

Automation was key. With systems running in the background, I make sales while I sleep or play with my kids. I deliver through Voxer coaching, work online, and lead a remote team—all by design. My business doesn’t require me to be tied to a desk. That freedom has been my biggest win.

Motherhood didn’t slow down my business; it clarified it. Having a powerful “why” made me focused. I now run my company in 4-hour workdays, honoring my energy, my clients, and my role as a mom. The result? More success with less effort.

Mindset was the other key. You can have the best systems, but if you doubt your worth, you’ll block success. High-ticket success is an energy game. I teach clients to cultivate confidence and alignment so they attract dream clients with ease.

When you operate from alignment—where strategy meets self-trust—you become unstoppable.

What would your twelve-year-old self be proud of?

That I followed my dreams and didn’t play it safe. That I traveled, built multiple businesses, and did it all while being present for my family. She’d be proud I found my voice—mentoring women, speaking with confidence, and creating a legacy of impact.

Tell us about High-Ticket School.

High-Ticket School is the culmination of everything I’ve learned. It’s for women ready to build high-ticket offers, premium positioning, and automated sales systems. We help you design one irresistible offer, build a high-converting funnel, and become known in your niche.

But it’s not just modules—you get real mentorship. I coach via Voxer, and my expert team supports you on copy, ads, mindset, and health. We help you build wealth and well-being at once.

One client went from charging by the hour to confidently selling a $15K offer and reclaiming time with her kids. That’s the transformation we create. High-Ticket School isn’t about more work—it’s about smarter structure and magnetic energy.

What are you actively calling in?

Global expansion. I’m calling in a wider impact, more aligned clients, and a future book that blends memoir and strategy. I also dream of a second home by the beach—winters in the sun, summers in Sweden. My family running barefoot by the sea while I mentor from a hammock.

Above all, I’m manifesting ease-filled expansion. I affirm daily: “Success flows to me with joy and ease.”

What are your rituals for abundance?

  • Morning gratitude and visualization
  • Affirmations like “I am worthy of limitless success”
  • Daily movement to shift energy
  • Protecting my environment and energy
  • Celebrating every win and giving generously

I work 4 focused hours a day. Once key priorities are done, I rest. That rhythm fuels me—and allows me to show up fully.

Fast forward: your dream life has arrived. What does a typical day look like?

We wake up in our oceanfront home. I do sunrise yoga, sip coffee, eat breakfast with my family. I spend a few hours mentoring, writing, or dreaming up new offers. Then I unplug.

Afternoons are for exploration or rest—traveling, enjoying nature, or being fully with my kids. Evenings are family time, full of laughter, rituals, and presence. How do I feel? Aligned. Free. Deeply fulfilled.

The magical formula for a harmonious life?

My four pillars are ; inner peace, presence, purpose  and simplicity.

I prioritize health, stay present, and lead with purpose. I run a lean business, serve at a high level, and protect my energy. Harmony doesn’t mean perfection. It means flow. When you design your life with intention, everything expands. That’s true magic.
