Katie Henricks is a seasoned and certified, expert Relationship and Intimacy Coach for women. With over a decade teaching women skills with relationships (of all types), body image repair and sexuality, Katie serves ultimate transformation for women ready to take back control of their lives, relationships, bodies and pleasure with discernment, confidence and healthy feminine energy.

She began to build a business in 2018. Being featured on over a dozen podcasts and articles, a featured guest speaker in women’s retreats around the U.S. and recently partnering with the biggest name in women’s wellness, Senada Greca (Kim Kardashian’s personal trainer), Katie now has a signature course with WeRise App.
In addition, Katie teaches courses that reprogram thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behavior that help women reclaim the power of their bodies. Katie’s work features courses like: INbody (body image repair), Boundaries Summer Camp (boundaries and communication), Boudoir (sexuality), Body Shame Detox (trauma healing) and many other programs throughout the year. While she’s known for her potent 1:1 client sessions, she also offers a variety of group programs for women who desire more community.

Having struggled with her own life post-divorce, muddling through single-motherhood, and navigating relationships again in her 30s and 40s, Katie adopted valuable life skills that she used to rebuild her own life, on her terms, as a fully embodied woman. Witnessing how potent these skills were in her own life, she quickly developed a structure to teach women the very tools she used to reclaim her own life and power.

At the center of her world is one role that means more than any other—being a mother. Her son, now nearly thirteen, is the heartbeat of her life. While she doesn’t share much about him on social media—intentionally choosing to protect his privacy from the harshness of the digital world—those close to her know that motherhood is her most sacred calling.

He came into her life during a dark chapter and became the light that guided her out. In many ways, it was for him—not yet for herself—that she found the courage to leave a dysfunctional marriage, step into intensive therapy, and begin the process of self-love. She often says that without her son, she might not have believed she was worth saving. But she believed he was. And that was enough to begin.

That journey led her to rebuild her life from the ground up: emotionally, spiritually, and financially. It gave her the fire to start a business, and eventually, to teach other women how to rise from their own rock bottoms. Her son became the reason she learned to love herself, to love her body, and to see life through a new lens—the sacred lens of motherhood.

She often reflects on the profound truth that while we may see ourselves as the teachers in our children’s lives, it is often our children who become our greatest teachers. Through him, she has learned resilience, softness, patience, and unconditional love.

In her early days navigating single motherhood, someone shared a piece of wisdom that would stay with her: The hardest part of motherhood is managing your own emotions while being triggered by your children. That resonated deeply. Learning to give herself grace in those moments became a daily act of self-love—and the greatest gift she could offer her son. It became her guiding principle as she built her business during a pandemic, healing while providing, and rising while nurturing.

Outside of work and motherhood, she finds joy in the little things that anchor her. She’s a national park enthusiast—last year alone, she visited five parks, with Olympic National Park in Washington next on her list. As a daily walker (and founder of a free walking group), she’s discovered how to blend movement with mindfulness, using nature to reconnect with herself and satisfy her lifelong curiosity about the world.

She’s also an avid home cook, often found preparing homemade meals and cooking her way through a stack of beloved cookbooks. And when she wants to truly unwind, she escapes to her happy place—the spa. Known among her friends as a self-proclaimed spa addict, she cherishes the sensual stillness and deep care a good spa provides. For a woman who gives so much, she’s learned the value of investing back into herself—nourishing her body, her senses, and her spirit. These are the things that bring her joy. This is the woman she has become. And every step of her journey has led her here—with a heart full of gratitude, a business rooted in purpose, and a life shaped by love.

Katie coaches through a combination of therapeutic modalities and skill-building in communication, pattern work, belief systems and boundaries. Serving women tools for transformation to live fully embodied, feminine-led lives that lead to connection, excellent self-worth, fulfilling relationships and kickass tools to do life better.

While her client testimonials often state that she feels very warm and skilled, her clients often share that she’s a straight-shooter, unafraid to give real and valuable feedback that goes far beyond talk therapy. From Heartbreak to Healing

Her entry point into the world of emotional intelligence and sexuality coaching came, like many transformations, through pain. “Heartbreak, of course. But really, I’ve always been drawn to the world of relationships and intimacy,” Katie explains. Childhood dysfunction and a difficult marriage and divorce became the crucible that shaped her path. “I rebuilt my life with the help of my therapist—but without a community, mentor, or guide. That’s what I now provide for other women. We need safe, shame-free spaces to explore the most personal parts of our lives.”

Katie became the very support system she never had.

Her Teachers, Her Truth

Katie credits two women in particular for igniting her expansion—personally and professionally. The first is Perri Chase, a mentor she describes as “potent medicine for personal growth.” With Perri, Katie stepped into the deepest work of all: truth-telling, confronting the performative, and embodying her fullest power. The second is Aubrianna Kay, her business coach, who helped steer the ship when Katie’s business went viral on TikTok. Together, they harnessed momentum into a sustainable, soul-aligned empire.

And though Katie has done the hard, gritty work of healing—she’s quick to point out that true liberation isn’t always about digging deep. “Sometimes, it’s just about having more fun. Playing more. That’s when things really begin to manifest.”

On Courage, Visibility, and Worth

When asked what she’d tell her younger self, Katie pauses. “Do what you’re scared of,” she says. “You’re worth what’s on the other side of fear.” She remembers wanting to audition for a school play in sixth grade—and not doing it out of fear. “Now, I feel like I’m finally on stage, and social media is that stage. Yes, it’s vulnerable. Yes, the internet can be cruel. But the rewards of being seen far outweigh the judgments.”

She also offers a potent piece of advice to all women: build your foundation first. “Have your own money. Your own joy. Your own career. Before you pour into a relationship—pour into yourself.”

Her Offerings: A Sanctuary for Women’s Power

Katie’s coaching work is multifaceted, with a deeply embodied approach. She currently offers:

    • BOUDOIR: A program devoted to erotic awakening and advocating for your own pleasure
    • ENBODY: For body confidence, embodiment, and thought reprogramming
    • HOME: Her membership space for ongoing support and connection
    • Monthly intensives (1, 2, or 3 months)
    • Two coaching groups: One for beginners and one for advanced students
  • WeRise Signature Course

And on the horizon? A special collaboration with one of the top names in women’s fitness and wellness—set to launch later this year.

What She’s Manifesting

Katie dreams of beauty, ease, and sacred simplicity. Think linen sheets, lavender gardens, baking bread, and deep soul sleep beside her beloved. “I want to own a bed and breakfast in Santa Barbara that doubles as a retreat center for couples. I’m also calling in another home in Los Angeles that supports our life of sustainability and joy.”

She describes it best as the Nancy Meyers life—feminine, aesthetic, nourishing.

Abundance Mindset, the Katie Way

Rituals ground her. Every morning begins with a self-love mirror moment: “Good morning, Katie. I love you.”

She believes in asking for help as a powerful, not weak, choice. “The most successful people have teams. Don’t hesitate to be resourceful,” she encourages.

And when it comes to protecting her peace, Katie is crystal clear. She practices energetic hygiene, only taking advice from people living the kind of life she aspires to. Her boundaries are strong, her standards high.

Her Magic Formula?

“Fill what’s empty and empty what’s full.”

That’s how she defines balance. Tuning in, recalibrating, honoring the moment with radical self-awareness.

In a world that glorifies hustle, Katie Henricks is living proof that healing, joy, and feminine power are not only compatible—they’re inseparable. She leads by example, and in doing so, lights the way for women everywhere to return to their bodies, their truth, and their worth.
