Founder of The Femme CEO | Visionary of Magnibiz | Living the Legacy She Leads
Kim Hansson is not just building a business empire—she’s crafting a movement. A frequency. A way of being. As the founder of The Femme CEO, Kim has long been known for revolutionizing how women lead, sell, and scale in business. But her work has never truly been about business alone—it’s about identity. It’s about power. It’s about remembrance.
Today, her world has expanded into Magnibiz—a seamless tech solution born from a soul calling to merge divine feminine leadership with systems that serve the woman behind the brand. Kim has created more than an ecosystem—she’s built a living blueprint for how to lead with energy, embodiment, and deep self-trust.
In this exclusive GOSS conversation, Kim opens up about the evolution of her mission, the soul work behind her expansion, and what it means to lead with legacy—for herself, for her clients, and most importantly, for her daughters.
You’ve always spoken about guiding women back to their truth. How has that evolved within The Femme CEO world today?
When I first began, guiding women back to their truth meant helping them break free from traditional business rules and templates. What started inside Femmebiz has now been elevated into The Femme CEO—the work outgrew the old identity. It’s no longer just about business. It’s about becoming the woman who leads empires, who moves from energetic alignment, and who redefines leadership on her own terms. It’s about deep identity activation—anchoring into who they truly were before the world told them who to be. The biggest shift I see is that these women no longer need permission. They move from power. They sell from desire. They lead from embodiment.
How did the idea for Magnibiz come to life, and how does it support the vision you hold for feminine leadership in business? Was there a specific gap in the industry you were seeking to solve?
Magnibiz has been a vision of mine for the longest time. I’ve been teaching online for 15 years, and I’ve tried all kinds of all-in-one solutions, built apps, and tailor-made a solution that would fit my company. Now Magnibiz has become a reality. It merges magnetism with mastery—to build powerful businesses without compromising your time, flow, and energy.
I dreamt of creating software that would allow you to focus on what you do best—your soul mission—and not spend your time setting up all the technical stuff. With Magnibiz, you can launch and sell your courses and programs with ease. Everything is set up for plug-and-play. As I’m writing this, we are releasing new features and making templates for landing pages, which can even be customizable to fit your desires.
This makes it so aligned with feminine leadership, as it allows complete feminine energy into the structure of your business. I saw a huge gap in the current solutions, as none of them were a real fit for any of the businesses I had created. None of them matched everything I wanted. So I created Magnibiz in complete alignment with everything I teach. The women in The Femme CEO world already have access, and the features we are working on are going to be so delicious for everyone teaching and selling courses online.
You mentioned before that “we’re not here to follow; we’re here to lead.” How has that mantra shaped the way you structure your leadership programs and mentorship now?
That mantra is a pillar in everything I do. I don’t teach formulas—I activate identities. Every leadership experience I create is designed to strip away the noise and reconnect women with their own codes of power.
Leadership isn’t about mimicking what works for someone else. It’s about unapologetically embodying your own truth and then creating from there. Inside my mentorships, I hold the mirror, I calibrate the room, and I invite my clients into radical self-leadership. We dissolve the need to be validated. We delete the obsession with doing it ‘right.’
The women who enter these spaces stop asking how and start asking who am I here to be? Leadership becomes natural when you’re no longer performing it. That’s the shift. That’s the standard now.
The balance between doing and being is one many women in business struggle with. How do you personally honor your feminine energy while building such scalable, sustainable platforms?
My entire business is built on honoring the rhythms of my body, my creativity, my cycle. That’s the beauty of feminine business: you get to scale sustainably while being deeply nourished.
I follow my energy. I follow my desires. I go with what feels like a YES and leave the rest. I have never been more in love with my life because of this. I don’t seek balance—I create it by honoring myself at all times.
I am aware of when I am in my masculine and when I am in my feminine energy, and I love both. I embody both. I know that nothing good comes out of hustle, forcing, shoulds, and endless to-dos. I do what I said I would do—always—and I make sure my cup is overflowing. And in this energy, I am able to both give and receive.
I feel so grateful for everything I have and everything I create and the people in my spaces.
You’ve built a truly magnetic brand—one rooted in embodiment, energetics, and deep self-trust. What inner work has been required from you to expand into this next-level version of yourself?
So much. Releasing control. Healing the part of me that wanted to be liked by everyone. Letting go of everything and everyone that was not good for me. Stopping being a people-pleaser and wanting everyone to be happy. That was a big one.
People cheer for you in the beginning, and people will judge you as soon as you become wildly successful. That was so difficult for me to go through, and I had to heal wounds within me that I was not aware existed.
I think we all begin this journey with a fair amount of innocence and a belief that “I’ll do it differently—everyone will like me.” Well—I’m not here to be liked by everyone. I am here on a mission and to love and be loved by the ones that matter.
I deepened my capacity to hold more—more clients, more income, more attention—without leaking energy. And above all, learning to trust myself more than any strategy. Allowing myself to trust myself. Who I am. What I am here to do.
My brand became magnetic the moment I stopped trying to be liked and chose to be fully expressed.
Looking at the legacy you’re building—not just for your clients but for your daughters—how has your definition of success shifted over the past year?
Success used to be about milestones. Now it’s about embodiment. My legacy isn’t just what I build—it’s how I build it.
My daughters are watching, not just the business I create, but the woman I am while doing it. My biggest moment was when my oldest daughter told me that I have become a better mom because of what I am doing and who I am becoming. I was in tears of love and gratitude.
My second child even follows me on social media and loves the power. My youngest told me what she wanted to be when she grows up… “I want to be my own boss. Like you. I want to do something important for the world.” She’s 9.
That’s the real legacy. That’s the new metric for success: peace, pleasure, and power coexisting. They learn that they can be, do, and have it all. And my teachings in The Femme CEO have never been more powerful. We are redefining what it means to be a woman who leads, and my clients are enjoying the journey of building their empires.
From 1:1 mentorships to scalable digital platforms, you’ve created a full ecosystem for women in business. What’s next on the horizon for you and The Femme CEO?
We’re entering a new era. One where luxury meets legacy.
My vision is to keep the work potent, personalized, and deeply activating even as our reach expands. The Femme CEOisn’t just a brand. It’s a frequency. A movement. A reclamation of feminine power in business.
We’re stepping into a new era of leadership—one where strategy supports identity, and where luxury, truth, and legacy coexist.
What’s next is global expansion. More evergreen ecosystems that allow women to calibrate to this energy anytime, anywhere. More high-level proximity spaces for leaders. More bold, unapologetic offers that dissolve the rules, challenge the norms, and activate a new standard for what’s possible.
This next chapter is about being more. More expressed. More impactful.
Personally, I am anchoring deeper into my own expression, allowing myself to be seen not just as a mentor—but as a leader, a mother, a brand, and a living permission slip.
The Femme CEO is a movement for women who are no longer available for anything less than full alignment and luxurious expansion.
The most luxurious masterpiece she ever built…was herself.
