But her life truly transformed at just 16 years old, when her sister handed her a copy of The Secret. “I remember the exact moment,” she shares. “I saw the universe in an entirely new way. Energy – the unseen force driving everything – is just as real as the laws of chemistry I was learning about.”
This discovery sparked a deep passion in her, leading her to the Quantum Coaching Academy, where she mastered NLP, Reiki, EFT, and Time Techniques. Today, she helps clients across the globe break through their emotional blocks, heal deep wounds, and manifest the life they truly desire. Tell us about yourself, especially the parts that are not so known from your online presence.
While many know me as a Quantum Life Coach, not everyone knows that I’m deeply rooted in science. I spent years studying chemistry and physics, and this scientific approach informs everything I do. I’m also a wife, a sister, and a passionate lifelong learner—always curious and always diving into books or writing my thoughts down. My work blends science and spirituality, creating a practical and deeply transformative experience for my clients.
What led you to the field of personal development and energy work?
It started when I was 16 and read The Secret. That book opened a door I didn’t even know existed, leading me into the world of energy and manifestation. As I continued studying science, I began to realize that energy isn’t just a concept—it’s real, it’s tangible, and it’s what drives everything around us. Healing, I discovered, is all about harmonizing this energy, and that understanding has been the foundation of my work ever since.
What has been the catalyst for your personal growth and transformation?
The turning point was realizing I had been living a life based on other people’s expectations. I was constantly trying to “fit in” and “check boxes,” but I was deeply unfulfilled. It was only when I shifted my mindset and began to focus on what I truly wanted that everything changed. This was the moment I stepped into my authenticity, pursued my dreams, and ultimately became a Quantum Life Coach.
Advice to your younger self? To women feeling “stuck”?
To my younger self: Trust yourself. You are not meant to live according to other people’s rules. Everything you need is already within you. To women who feel stuck: Start small. Even tiny shifts in how you think, speak, and act can create ripple effects that lead to big, life-changing transformations. And don’t be afraid to ask for help—you don’t have to do this alone.

My signature program, Neodolateľná žena: Mindset & Manifestation, is a transformative journey for Slovak women to reconnect with their inner power and manifest the life they’ve always dreamed of. For women outside Slovakia, I offer The Next Level You, a global membership where women from all corners of the world are diving deep into mindset shifts, manifestation techniques, and personal growth. I also offer 1:1 coaching sessions, where we combine modalities such as NLP, Reiki, EFT, and Time Techniques to create deeply personalized transformations.
MANIFEST WITH US: What are you calling in right now?
I’m calling in a world where women feel empowered to embrace their authenticity and step fully into their power. On a personal level, I’m manifesting the launch of my podcast, the success of my upcoming book, and transformational conferences that create real impact and lasting change.
What are your rituals and practices for fostering an abundance mindset?
Gratitude is my anchor. I begin and end each day by reflecting on what I’m grateful for. I also practice intentional visualization—imagining my desires as if they’ve already come true. Journaling, affirmations, and energy-clearing techniques are part of my daily routine to stay aligned with abundance.
What’s your formula for living a harmonious life?
My formula is simple: Alignment + Gratitude = Harmony. When your actions align with your core values and you nurture a grateful heart, life becomes a flow of ease and joy. Harmony is about making intentional choices and protecting your energy.
What are your words to live by?
“Your desires are your destiny.”
This profound truth reminds me that the desires you hold in your heart are not a coincidence. They are a call from your higher self to step into your full, radiant expression.
