Can you tell me a little about the fun stuff—quirks or hobbies people wouldn’t typically know about you from just your Instagram?

I feel like this actually ties into my business because I’m a Pisces 12th house, which connects to a lot of psychic energy. My Lilith placement is in Sagittarius, which is all about being unconventional, especially around themes of religion, spirituality, and connection.

One quirky thing about me is that I love observing how planetary transits show up in pop culture, like TV shows or movies. For example, not many people know this, but I watched all the Marvel movies in chronological order. What I found fascinating is how they align with spiritual themes—like the idea of the planet being seeded or the intergalactic wars between species. That’s one of my favorite quirks!

What initially brought you into this field and your healing journey? Was it something you were naturally inclined toward as a child, or did it develop over time?

Both, really. I was a super sensitive child and always felt a deep disconnect from my body. My gifts were an inherent part of who I was and developed as I reconnected with my body over time through life experiences and self-discovery.

How did you first get into fitness, and how did it lead you toward a deeper understanding of mind-body connection?

Honestly, I got into fitness because someone in my youth group mentioned you could make $65 an hour as a personal trainer. At 19, that sounded incredible, so I jumped right in. But over time, I realized fitness was so much more than just a job—it became a calling.

As I worked in the field, I started noticing the deep connection between stress, childhood trauma, and how it manifests physically in the body. My own journey took a turn when I was diagnosed with PTSD, forcing me to confront how my childhood had shaped my mental and physical health. Along the way, I faced additional health challenges, each leading me to explore deeper answers through experts in the mind-body-spirit space.

There’s only so much medication or cortisone you can take before asking, “What’s really happening here?” That question sparked a curiosity that pushed me to uncover the emotional roots of physical ailments. Having navigated severe challenges myself, I became passionate about helping others identify these underlying issues and find solutions more quickly.

It seems like your journey requires you to deeply reconnect with your body. What was that process like for you?

It’s a process of healing the psychosomatic split that happens when we experience attachment trauma between the ages of zero and three. At that age, we’re supposed to be in nervous system-to-nervous system regulation with our parents. But when something traumatic occurs—something our minds can’t process—we disconnect.

The mind separates from the body, and we start living in our heads, focused on survival: “Let’s never feel that emotion again. Let’s make sure we stay alive.” That’s exactly how I lived. For me, it started early. I had a severe allergic reaction as an infant after an incident where the neighbors sprayed pesticides, and the fumes came into our house. My mom said I started foaming at the mouth, turned blue, and had to be rushed to the hospital. That was likely my first trauma.

Later, I had a psychosomatic injury—two herniated discs in my neck—without any physical event to explain it. That injury was a turning point. I was around 30, and it pushed me to dive into the connection between the mind, body, and emotions.

What did you discover about this mind-body split and its impact?

When we suppress emotions due to trauma, they don’t disappear—they’re stored in the nervous system and impact how our entire body functions. Even though the mind tries to disconnect from the pain, those emotions remain active energetically, lingering in our aura.

The identity we had at the moment of the split—whether it was a sense of fear, helplessness, or anger—continues to operate on a chemical level in the body. Our brain keeps releasing degenerative molecules of emotion that contribute to chronic illness.

That’s incredible and so eye-opening. How do you work with people to help them bridge that gap and reconnect with themselves?

It starts with understanding the relationship between stored emotions and physical health. By guiding people to release repressed emotions, we can address the energetic and physiological imbalances they cause. It’s about reconnecting the mind and body and creating a pathway for true healing.

When you look back on your healing journey, were there moments when it all started to click for you—when you began to truly understand the connection between your emotions, body, and healing?

Yes, absolutely. Looking back now, it seems so obvious, but at the time, it felt overwhelming. I was dealing with things like migraines and other chronic conditions, and I couldn’t figure out why I felt so awful. The big shift came when I had my neck injury. I started exploring the work of Dr. John Sarno, who explained how repressed emotions—what he called primitive emotions—are connected to early childhood experiences, especially from ages zero to three. He says we develop deep-seated anger and feelings of neglect from things like not being fed, held, or cared for as an infant. He continues that these emotions drive behaviors like overachieving, which I saw so clearly in myself. For women especially, we often push ourselves to the brink, only stopping when we’re sick or injured. His work gave me insight as to why it was so frustrating to hear people tell me to “just be happy” or “try harder” when I was struggling the most. I wondered, How do you heal what you can’t even feel?

That realization must have been profound. How did you start working through those repressed emotions?

It was a process of peeling back layers. At first, I didn’t even know about things like Reiki, sound baths, or chakra healing. I had to figure it out on my own. I began by examining the parts of my body that weren’t functioning or that I didn’t like. I started asking myself what meanings and emotions I associated with those areas.

Eventually, I dove into my psychic abilities and studied the chakras, learning how they connect to different developmental stages. By doing this, I could slowly chip away at the emotions buried beneath the surface. I changed how I viewed my body, food, and exercise, which gave me insights into how I was holding onto emotional pain.

Would you say your neck injury was the catalyst for your growth and transformation?

Definitely. That injury was my “dark night of the soul.” I remember lying on the couch in excruciating pain, feeling miserable with my life. I was in a marriage where I didn’t feel supported, managing all the responsibilities of being a stepmom, and I just felt stuck.

When I learned about primitive emotions from ages 0-3 and how they shape our personalities, it was like everything clicked. I saw how my overachieving, workhorse mentality came from these deep-seated wounds. I rarely rested, and when I did, it was only because I was sick. But understanding this allowed me to begin unraveling it.

That’s such important work. How did examining your physical body help you unpack those emotions?

It’s about using the physical body as a focal point. For example, if I looked in the mirror and thought, I hate my thighs because they’re too fat, I’d ask myself, Why does this make me feel unworthy? What beliefs do I have tied to this?

That kind of reflection opens the door to understanding the deeper emotional and spiritual meanings behind our physical perceptions. The body becomes a mirror, showing us what we need to heal emotionally and energetically.

If you could give advice to your younger self or someone who feels stuck in their healing journey, what would it be?

Keep going, no matter how slow or painful the progress feels. Healing is a process tied to divine timing. We are spiritual beings having an earthly experience, and some things are simply beyond our control.

For instance, if someone had told me 16 years ago that Pluto was in the cardinal signs and would essentially dismantle everything in my life that wasn’t aligned with my soul, I might have understood my struggles differently. There’s a synchronicity to soul growth and the planetary cycles that guide us.

That’s such a powerful perspective. And now, you’re offering the kind of guidance you needed back then. What are the programs or courses you currently offer to help others in their healing journeys?

I’ve created programs designed to meet clients where they are and deliver results quickly. I offer a six-month group program and a 12-month one-on-one option, focusing on connecting the dots between astrology, human design, and attachment trauma to heal from the root and align with one’s highest self.

These programs go beyond typical diet, fitness, or inner child work by channeling energy into intentional eating and exercise as manifestation tools. Moving your body purposefully signals the universe to align with you, creating energetic and physical shifts. Clients learn to break the binge-restrictive cycle, enjoy their favorite meals guilt-free, and use exercise to clear energy blocks that impact health, self-worth, and follow-through.

We incorporate astrology, current transits, and human design insights to uncover suppressed emotions and address the root causes of sabotage and poor health. This approach balances masculine and feminine energy while fostering self-perception, body image, and self-worth transformation.

Ideal for driven women seeking a structured plan, the programs address wellness on psychological, physical, energetic, and spiritual levels. It’s not just about getting in shape—it’s about reconnecting with your soul, transforming your mindset, and living your best life in a female body.

That’s incredible. Let’s shift gears a bit—let’s dream big. What’s the vision for your life and impact in 10 years? And what are you calling in now?

On a broader level, as Pluto moves into Aquarius, I see an opportunity to help usher in the next golden age. We’re watching old structures crumble, and I’m calling in women who want to shift the power dynamics—women who are ready to build a life rooted in collaboration and abundance. Like Melanie Ann Layer says, we’re normalizing “big money in the hands of women.” When women are empowered, everything changes. It’s not about returning to the matriarchy—it’s about creating a balance where humanity thrives.

That’s such a powerful vision! Do you see your work expanding globally?

Definitely. My expertise aligns most with helping high-achieving women reconnect with their souls. But I see my work extending to a broader audience over time, especially as I call in my life partner who shares this global mission. Right now, my focus is women, particularly those who are successful in business but feel disconnected from their physical or emotional well-being.

Lastly, what are some of your personal rituals or non-negotiables for maintaining an abundance mindset?

Oh, I love this question! One of my daily non-negotiables is tuning my aura…  I tune my aura every day with tuning forks for masculine and feminine energy. It’s such a powerful ritual. My daily focus is always aligned with eating and exercise—both are non-negotiable for me. And here’s the thing: I love food. I love Mexican food, burgers, fries, donuts—you name it. I enjoy all of it consistently.

But the key is intention. It’s not about restriction or guilt. It’s about aligning with abundance. When I eat and move with purpose, it’s not just for my body—it’s for my entire energetic framework. I know that by being intentional in these areas, I’m reinforcing my ability to manifest. My physical actions become a reflection of my alignment with the bigger picture. If I can stay disciplined and intentional with eating and exercise, I know I’m building the container for everything else I’m calling in. It’s such a powerful practice.

“Energy first, material second. It’s my daily reminder that everything starts in the energetic realm. Manifestation is about aligning your energy before expecting physical results.”
