You are born absolutely perfect. Your value and worth are from the divine. They, and you, are not conditional to anything else but to Be.

And so I feel we should focus more on removing all that is not us at our core. Reflecting on every mistake and every lesson, so that we can let them go and let them guide us to our peace.

In writing this memoir, I dove into some of the darkest places of my life experience. I felt emotions that had been buried deep within my soul for decades. I closed doors and allowed others to open. I grieved a past version of myself, and I re-birthed a new layer of skin that feels thicker than water. Within these pages is where I was left to bleed, and, most importantly, to heal.

It is beautiful in all its misery. It is painfully heartbreaking and cathartic all at once. But it gave me so much more than it took. It allowed me to feel. It allowed me to heal. And, most importantly, it allowed me to love myself fully.

If I can leave you with one of my biggest and most important lessons to date, it would be to love more. To love deeper. To never regret the pockets of love you deposit in others. When you love someone, tell them. Shout it from rooftops, be absolutely vulnerable about your heart. Wear your heart on your sleeve.

You deserve to feel all the love, in its deepest, wildest expression. It is the only truth of the Universe.
