Lisa Duncan is the definition of a Coastal Southern Belle. Born and raised in Wilmington, North Carolina, where she still resides, she has spent her entire life building a legacy rooted in femininity, family, and entrepreneurship. At 54, Lisa embodies a new era of womanhood—one where confidence, fashion, and self-expression take center stage.
Her journey began over 16 years ago when, inspired by Sex and the City and her love for beauty, she launched her YouTube channel. Unlike many who narrowed their focus, Lisa built her brand around herself—authentic, evolving, and magnetic. Her audience has followed her through motherhood, health challenges, fashion transformations, and now into her role as a feminine energy coach and entrepreneur.
Lisa’s entrepreneurial spirit has always been at the heart of her success. She runs a thriving website where she sells her pre-loved clothing, shoes, and curated products. This is how she first began—by contacting companies she loved, buying wholesale, and selling items she was truly passionate about. Over the years, she’s worked with beloved brands like Rachel K, Jenny Bird, Louis Young, Sheila Fajl, and Blow the Belt. Today, she continues to expand her collaborations, including jewelry collections like Victoria Emerson’s Golden Tiger Ring (soon to be restocked in silver alongside the White Tiger Ring), and an exciting upcoming brush set with Louis Young—where she’ll also be launching her own lip products. Adding to the beauty of it all, Lisa’s 25-year-old daughter helps run the website, has her own YouTube channel, and serves as her assistant—making the business a true family affair.
Passion is Lisa’s guiding light. She believes in living from overflow, giving without sacrifice, and embracing each season of life with confidence. For younger mothers, she reminds them to treasure the years with their children without losing their identity. For women her own age, she champions unapologetic boundaries, reigniting romance, and curating life with intention. “Every stage is beautiful,” she says. “It’s just about adjusting the percentages of what you give to.”
Her story hasn’t been without hardship. From facing online criticism to watching her children bullied because of her public presence, Lisa had to release the need to be understood. In doing so, she found her greatest strength: confidence. Today, Lisa merges her natural feminine energy with a sharp entrepreneurial edge. She calls it her balance of passion and “inner badass”—a duality that fuels her thriving courses, her brand collaborations, and her role as a mentor. At 54, she says she feels more confident and magnetic than ever before.

What does the future look like for you?
I’m creating more courses on feminine energy, entrepreneurship, and lifestyle. My goal is to reach women globally—help them step into confidence, magnetism, and overflow. I want to hit seven figures with this passion-based business, but most importantly, I want women to know: you can have it all.
