I Am the Woo | Remembering Who You Really Are with Lizzie Siegel

Filed in:

In a world that often celebrates hustle and conformity, Lizzie Siegel is a soul-led renegade. She’s the kind of woman who doesn’t just walk into a room—she anchors light into it. A multidimensional teacher, energy healer, subconscious guide, and gridworker, Lizzie has spent the last 17 years living across 70+ countries, tuning into portals of power and reweaving energetic lines across continents. Originally from Canada, her journey into soul mastery began not with ease, but with resistance—a profound disconnection from her own truth that manifested in chronic illness, burnout, and emotional collapse.

But Lizzie didn’t stay down. Instead, she made a sacred vow to the Divine: if she could find her way back to health, vitality, and purpose, she would dedicate her life to guiding others back to their truth. And that’s exactly what she has done.

From the lush spiritual landscapes of Thailand’s Koh Phangan—where her first awakening ignited the seeds of her life’s work—to the ancient portals of Egypt, where she recently returned for a full-circle activation of her divine tech, Lizzie’s path has been anything but ordinary. Her life is a dance between the earthly and the etheric, the shadow and the light, the chaos and the remembering.

Lizzie works with clients across the world through her signature offerings: Soul Alchemy Sessions, subconscious rewiring using PSYCH-K®, Divine Source Code activations, group experiences, gridworking adventures and retreats, and intimate soul mentorship, designed to hold the deepest expansions. Whether she’s guiding a woman through a subconscious reprogramming or holding space for a leader remembering her original soul blueprint, Lizzie’s presence alone is a transmission.

She doesn’t believe in “fixing.” She believes in remembering—and this, she says, is the most sacred act of self-love.

“The most powerful thing you can do is remember who you already are,” she tells us. “Before the world told you to shrink. Before the conditioning, the shoulds, the shame. There’s a version of you that never left. And I’m just here to guide you back to her.”

Lizzie’s story isn’t just one of healing. It’s one of homecoming. After shedding over 100 pounds—both physically and energetically—she let go of a long-term relationship, walked away from a career that once defined her, and released every limiting belief she inherited from family, society, and systems designed to keep women small. What emerged was not just freedom—it was sovereignty.

She now teaches women to move beyond shadow into integration, reminding them that healing isn’t about erasing the past. It’s about honoring it. As she puts it: “We don’t get rid of the shadow. We love it. We witness it. And from that place, we rise.”

Through her sacred work—like her group experience The Sovereign Shift, her one-on-one Heart’s Home Sanctuary, and her popular Soul Alchemy Sessions—Lizzie helps women alchemize the unseen into the extraordinary. She’s currently calling in four one-on-one clients, twelve members for her group program, and dozens of souls ready to remember who they are.

Her upcoming book, a poetry anthology titled I Am the Woo, is a love letter to every version of herself—past, present, and future. The title is no accident. It’s a reclaiming of the word “woo”—a word once used to diminish spiritual women, now fully owned by one of its fiercest embodiments.

“I am the magic. I am the woo. I’ve always been.”

When asked about her daily practices, Lizzie doesn’t talk about discipline. She talks about devotion. Gratitude, nervous system regulation, subconscious rewiring, movement as medicine, and rest—deep, intentional rest—are her non-negotiables. Her days begin with slow, sensual mornings and end with journaling under the stars, her soul held in rhythm with the cosmos.

And the future? It’s already here.

Lizzie sees herself living by the water, surrounded by soul family and aligned co-creators. She’s leading sacred retreats at Earth’s chakra points across the globe. She’s speaking on major stages, writing bestsellers, and continuing to live out her prayer: a life that turns others on to their own divine truth.

“I already am the woman I once prayed to become,” she says. “Now, I just get to expand.”

For the women ready to walk this path—those who feel the call but need the mirror—Lizzie is here. As a guide. As a witness. As a reminder. Because this life? It’s not just a journey. It’s a return.
