You’ve scaled Alpha Femme into a $100M empire organically in the last five years—that’s a staggering accomplishment. What’s the secret behind that kind of success?
Alpha Femme was built as proof of concept for everything I teach. I have dedicated the past decade of my life to uncovering and mastering the most advanced frequency practices of our time. Crossing nine figures wasn’t just a financial milestone; it was a consequence of coherence with the body of work I have curated and the impact it has had and continues to have—on the world.
You speak of the feminine frequency of leadership and energetic strategies. For women who have built their businesses in a masculine paradigm and are feeling the pull toward a different way, what would you say is the first step toward making the pivot and unlocking the satisfaction and freedom they desire?
To truly answer this question the Alpha Femme way, the truth is that there is important work in energetics before the “first step” even matters. We must understand that it’s not just what we do… it’s who we are when we do it. This means the reason for choosing to pivot matters just as much—if not more—than any action taken, including choosing the pivot itself.
This isn’t “the easier way” or “the better way”… it’s the way.
If someone is leaning into energetics because they hope it will work better, or because they’re tired of working hard in masculine energy, the outcome they desire will feel so close they can almost taste it… yet unreachable, as if it exists in another dimension.
But if someone pivots because they feel the pull to elevate themselves—because they are present to the importance of their work, their leadership, and their capacity to rise in a more refined way—if they are called to meet themselves in a greater power and sense that this is the move that will inevitably lead to their most genuine success, fulfillment, and satisfaction… then the outcome they desire is already in motion.

Society is still so driven by the desire to succeed with a “10-step process,” yet you—and the companies and entrepreneurs you work with—create results that seem “unrealistic” by conventional business standards without all of that. How is this possible?
What I have found—for myself and for the clients who work with me privately and semi-privately—is that every business concept that stems from a person’s purpose has an energetically aligned roadmap. One where the company’s founder or leader and the fulfillment of the business’s mission are linked by a unified frequency.
When we click into that unique energetic field, everything the brand requires to thrive begins to be drawn in, seemingly effortlessly. The challenge, in order to experience the compound effect of this phenomenon, is to remain locked into it through the different stages of growth without fracturing under pressure.
These sound simple but they are, in fact, the most sophisticated obstructions I had to overcome along my journey. This is in big part what led to my consistent unrealistic achievements, and much of what my most successful 7 and 8 figure clients hire me to help them master.
What has been the driving force behind your conviction in the Alpha Femme way? What has kept you going through the highs and lows of your career thus far?
When I was beginning my journey as an entrepreneur, I felt a deep longing to be seen not as someone trying to build something, but as someone who was undeniably building something.
No matter how great the teachings I found were, no matter how fascinating the content was, it always felt as though the energetics I experienced from the coaches and mentors I manifested implied that I needed them. I needed their way, their method… because if I really wanted to build something, then I had to learn how from someone who “knew better.”
I remember, early on, knowing I had uncovered a blind spot in the personal and business development world:
“Beginners” don’t always experience themselves as beginners.
Sometimes “beginners” are far ahead of their time. They are world leaders in calibration—and nothing about their energetic field is a match for being seen in an infancy stage.
They are the masters, the gifted, the artists, the prodigies… simply attuning to the remembrance of their soul’s knowledge.
They do not develop at their own speed when limited by a process to follow. What is most supportive for them is an environment that expects their greatness and can help them hold the pressure of their inevitable becoming.
Some souls come here ready far earlier than society expects—and their experience of life from a young age is that something is bursting to be birthed through them.

What are some of your favorite “I made it” moments?
There are so many… I feel like I intuitively knew these moments would be important for me to anchor in—not just to live them in the moment, but to remember them in the future. Moments like these create identity shifts across all timelines.
Being recognized by people when I’m traveling in truly epic places and feeling the love in real life. Being invited to exclusive parties and Haute Happenings like Vanity Fair/Golden Globes parties,high-end fashion events, sporting events, movie premieres… Those moments have all blown my mind.
Flying my mother’s side of the family from England and ringing in the New Year together for the first time in 20 years, in the most beautiful log cabin I had ever seen (2019).
Giving my dad his dream Cadillac Escalade for his 60th birthday (2022).
Covering all the expenses for my brother’s wedding (2021).
Giving my sister a globe and a pin for Christmas… she could choose wherever she wanted to go in the world- We ended up taking a coastal euro tour!! (2018)
When I rented the presidential suite at the George V in Paris, shopped until I could shop no more, and after spending a month in Paris living a life I never could have imagined just a few years before… I hauled all of my shopping back to Canada on a private jet.

There are so many…
Competitors have often attempted to copy and scrutinize you. How have you held your center?
It has been a process, learning to metabolize the feelings that came with these experiences. The copying is normal to some extent when people are first finding their voice… There is “Haute Couture” and there is “Prêt a porter” and the runway always inspires the “ready to wear”. I would however love to see more honor amongst people who create work that is inspired by mine, I believe this would be a big step forward for womankind. As for the scrutiny, at first I feared it meant I needed to explain myself better or differently…but the overwhelming positive feedback and client testimonials told a very different story.
Over time, I realized some people are simply infuriated by what they cannot control, copy, or explain. Alpha Femme can’t be reverse-engineered because it’s an energetic coherence, not a tactic.
In the end, truth is unbreakable. People either join forces and amplify—or they try to tear down what they don’t understand. Either way, the right people have always found me, and that’s what matters most.
If every woman reading this could remember one truth from you, what would you want it to be?
If you knew your house key was in your purse, you wouldn’t give up looking for it just because it wasn’t easily found. If you knew it was there, you would quite literally turn the bag inside out before you started “outsourcing” and looking for other solutions or strategies to get into your house.
You might be willing to ask someone to shine a light into your bag.
You might be willing to ask someone to hold the bag while you search through it.
You might even accept help emptying the bag and putting everything back in.
But if you knew the key was in the bag, the fear that you might be wrong would never be enough to stop you from looking for it.
You hold the key to your purpose within you. It’s in the bag.

At the highest level, the people and companies that hire me have transcended the initial motivation to constantly chase financial success and are understanding life and business in a far more meaningful way.
