Since then, she’s built a business that supports her family, honors her values, and creates transformation in others. Her flagship programs include the year-long Holistic Master Coach Training, the 3-month Life Coach + Leadership Training, and the Masterful Coach Collective membership. She also offers a small group private mentorship for high earning female entrepreneurs.
Molly’s current mission is to redefine leadership for women, merging personal healing with professional impact. She is preparing to launch a transformational leadership book and is manifesting the creation of a retreat space nestled in nature—where women can reconnect with their truth and reclaim their power. With daily rituals grounded in wellness, family connection, and mindset work, Molly walks her talk, living each day with intention, alignment, and joy. Her message is simple yet profound: Who you are matters. What you want matters. And your life can be everything you imagine.
What’s something unexpected about you we wouldn’t know from your online presence?
I love to be outdoors—hiking, rock climbing, and just moving my body. In fact, I skipped work this morning to go to the climbing gym! Online, I usually show my polished side, but there’s an adventurous part of me in leggings and a tank top that lives for movement and nature.
How did your entrepreneurial journey begin?
I was always entrepreneurial. At seven years old, I made flyers for cleaning and babysitting services. I’d even drag my older brother along to jobs! Creativity, helping others, and earning my own money were always in me. When I became a mom, I searched for a way to merge meaningful work with being present for my kids. Coaching was that answer.
Was there a defining moment where coaching changed everything for you?
Yes. I was struggling—chronic fatigue, depression, my marriage falling apart. A friend asked me to try a practice coaching session, and in that moment, I saw my life from a new perspective. It lit a spark. I trained as a coach, certified quickly, built my website, and dove headfirst into the field.
Who do you serve now, and how has your work evolved?
I started with overwhelmed moms, then moved into training other coaches and leaders. Now, I train coaches in high-level transformation through my Holistic Master Coach Training and lead leadership training for women. My work centers on helping others shift internally so they can change the world externally.
What is your vision for the future?
I’m working on a leadership book that brings feminine wisdom and emotional intelligence into the conversation. I’m also calling for a retreat space in the forest—a sanctuary for women to reconnect with themselves and their power.
What are your favorite personal rituals?
Every morning: gym, walking, journaling. Every Sunday, I journal for hours by a trail or beach—a 10-year non-negotiable practice. I also cold plunge and sauna weekly, and spend time hiking or climbing to stay grounded.
How do you balance entrepreneurship with motherhood?
I prioritize presence. I’ve had breakfast with my daughter every morning for years—7-7:30 AM is our sacred waffle time. I build my schedule around my kids and show up fully for their moments. It’s not about doing it all—it’s about doing what matters.
What’s the magical formula for a harmonious life?
Know what you value. Believe it matters. Lead your life from that place. Ask yourself: What do I want? Why do I want it? Let that guide you. That alignment brings true harmony.
Mantra you live by?
“What if you could just have that? What if you could just be that?” It breaks the limitations we place on ourselves and opens us to new possibilities.
Final message to women everywhere?
Who you are matters. What you want matters. Your needs and feelings matter. Allow them to guide your life. Everything changes when you do.
