The Origin
Monika Kinga Bagińska is a master healer, spiritual leader, and guide in self-leadership and embodied truth. Born in Poland during a time of profound political and cultural transformation, her life has been shaped by both resilience and rebirth, foundations that now inform her work on a global scale.
With a multidisciplinary background spanning the arts, education, and therapeutic practices, Monika’s path has never followed a linear trajectory. From dancer and creative visionary to special education teacher and advocate, each chapter of her life has contributed to the depth and precision of her current work. Her early experiences, including raising a child with disabilities, led her to pursue formal training in special education and therapy, while simultaneously deepening her intuitive and spiritual connection.
Today, Monika is known for her ability to guide individuals into profound alignment with their inner truth. Her work centers on self-trust, internal communication, and the activation of what she describes as the “original signal” within each person. Blending intuitive intelligence with embodied practices, she creates transformative spaces that bridge the physical and the spiritual, allowing her clients to access clarity, power, and deep personal sovereignty.
Her mission extends beyond individual transformation. Monika is devoted to activating a new generation of conscious leaders who are willing to reshape systems, industries, and global paradigms from a place of higher truth and integrity. Through her work, she invites others to reconnect with their essence and step fully into the frequency of who they are meant to be.

Let’s begin at the origin. Tell us about your background and the journey that brought you to your current mission.
My life path is one huge story of love and devotion. It is a becoming, in both feeling and experience, of all the intricacies of self-leadership, self-trust, self-worth, and internal communication with yourself and with the divine on every single level.
I was born in communist Poland, and for the first few years I lived in a 31-square-meter apartment with my family of five. But what truly shaped me was not just the environment. It was the energy of it.
Poland was rebuilding itself. Only four decades earlier, my hometown, Warsaw, had been completely destroyed and then recreated by people who refused to disappear. That resilience, that ability to rise again, became an important part of my arc.
I was a very joyful, creative child, deeply seen and supported, but also someone who was exposed from a very young age to the complexity of life.
I moved through arts and science. I was a dancer, a makeup artist, I created handmade jewelry, and I hosted events for young designers. Later, I studied to become a special education teacher and therapist for children with disabilities.
My spiritual path began first for myself, and then led me to serve others. Every single thing I ever tapped into has shown up in my current life. Even what I now call healing work began when I was a child, through dance, movement, and imagination. It created a foundation that allows me to access deeper realms in a very embodied way.
At what point did you realize you were building something greater than just a business?
In some ways, I always knew it, as there was a cetain pattern ever present in my life.
Everything I started from a pure spark of joy or a personal need, no matter how small, quickly grew in scale, and it always transcended from a private passion into a collective service.
I started making simple handmade jewelry while breastfeeding my second child. Two years later, I was hosting large events for young designers, with over 60 vendors and billboards across the city.
Supporting my daughter in her disabilities led me to study special education. Soon after, I found myself on national television, representing the interests of children, parents, and teachers, and advocating for systemic change. Whenever I follow what feels true — what ignites me from within — it expands into something far greater than I could have ever imagined. It is simply in my nature. It’s who I came here to be.
In today’s world, building a brand requires more than visibility. What creates a powerful and lasting brand?
It all starts with the truth — a clear inner signal of what is real, authentic, and alive for you. It is followed by absolute faith, conviction, and determination to honor that truth at every step of your creation. A brand is not just visibility. You can be seen everywhere and still have no impact. Impact comes from embodied alignment. When you move from that place, you create something that has a long-lasting effect in the world.
How did you learn to trust your decisions, especially when there was no clear path?
This is the core of my life’s work. From a very young age, I learned to listen to myself, even when it went against what I was told. I remember being diagnosed with asthma and prescribed medication, but something in me felt it was not right. I chose to follow my body, my intuition, and I healed through movement and breath.
Later in life, I was learning the same methods at the university. What I had intuitively practiced as a child was real. At that time, I began to study those moments of self-trust deeply, almost like a scientist, wanting to understand what feeling led to what outcome.

In moments of the unknown, when there were no answers or when there were too many possibilities, I learned to come back to center and lead myself from there.
Now, I operate from a place where I move even when I cannot see any path. It feels like walking in the dark, blindfolded, but with every step, the ground appears just beneath my feet. That is the level of trust I live by.
There is often tension between visibility and alignment. How do you navigate that today?
It always comes back to knowing yourself. Every time, I ask myself a simple question: “Does it truly represent me now? Is this something that I stand for?” If yes — I fully commit to it. When you are deeply connected to your own signal, you can filter out the noise and create from a place of uncompromised authenticity.
When you do so, there is no need to choose between one or the other — visibility becomes a natural byproduct of alignment, not a strategy.
If your brand had a frequency, what would it be?
There are two core frequencies embedded in every part of my creation. The first is Truth, with a capital T — the original coding of your essence. The second is the frequency of God, not as a concept, but as the pure force that started it all.
Truth is the signal, and God is the strength that helps you follow that signal, to move with it unapologetically, and to act upon it with courage, no matter the circumstances. In my work, I help people connect with both of these energies on an entirely new level, bringing them into ever higher embodiment.
What does it mean to you to be part of this Manifest issue?
It feels like a magical cherry on top of the incredible, multilayered cake of what my life has been thus far.
The work of manifestation has been a big part of my personal journey, and now it accompanies me every single day. It is very important to understand that in my line of work, I am entirely accustomed to the most elaborate and unimaginable synchronicities and manifestations one can ever experience. And yet, I was blown away by the energetic perfection of how and when this invitation came to me.
Being here now, in this space, with all the other amazing women, makes my heart sing. It feels meaningful, and it feels aligned. It is a great completion of one chapter and a beautiful beginning of another.
What legacy are you stepping into now?
My vision is very clear. I believe in a world of peace, the end of poverty, clean oceans, and real harmony between all species. I believe in true happiness on Earth, and I do not see it as a fantasy.
But building a world like this, without repeating the hard lessons of the past, requires a massive change.
My work is about activating fierce leaders who are willing to transform systems from within, while holding the highest ethical and energetic standards — people who will not compromise their integrity for personal gain or an easy win. The ones who can bring the vision into reality. I am calling humanity ever higher, and I encourage you to do the same.
