Alchemising wounds into wealth, love & impact
Natasha Leigh Bray is a globally recognized psychology expert, speaker, author, and the creator of the internationally acclaimed HeartHealing® methodology. Blending over 20 years of psychological expertise with spirituality, neuroscience, and subconscious transformation, she has pioneered a new approach to helping women heal the emotional patterns limiting their ability to receive love, wealth, success, and fulfillment.
After overcoming childhood trauma, poverty, abusive relationships, and becoming a single mother on minimum wage, Natasha built a multi-million-dollar global business while developing the groundbreaking concept of Receiving Wounds®—the unconscious emotional wounds she believes sit beneath self-sabotage, burnout, and the inability to fully receive abundance.
Today, HeartHealing® has become an international movement, with practitioners trained around the world and thousands of lives transformed. Her work has been featured in Joe Vitale’s Zero Limits film, and through her programs, speaking engagements, and writing, she continues to inspire a new paradigm of success—one where psychology meets spirituality, healing precedes achievement, and women no longer have to choose between wealth, motherhood, purpose, love, and personal fulfillment.
Natasha’s mission is simple yet profound: to create a global ripple effect of healed hearts, empowering women to transform not only their own lives but the generations that follow.
The Movement
Some entrepreneurs build businesses. Others build movements. Natasha Leigh Bray has done both. A globally recognized psychology expert, speaker, author, and creator of the internationally acclaimed HeartHealing® methodology, Bray has become one of the leading voices redefining what success truly means for women. Her work sits at the intersection of psychology, spirituality, neuroscience, and emotional healing, challenging the long-held belief that strategy alone creates extraordinary results.
Instead, she offers a radically different perspective. According to Bray, our greatest limitations are rarely found in business plans or marketing strategies—they live within the unconscious wounds that quietly shape how much love, wealth, success, and support we allow ourselves to receive. It is this philosophy that has transformed not only her own life, but the lives of thousands of women around the world.
Healing the Heart That Built the Business
Natasha’s story didn’t begin with privilege. She grew up surrounded by poverty, chronic childhood abuse, and domestic violence. Later, as a single mother working in social work on minimum wage, success felt impossibly far away. Everything changed with one decision.
“My son’s life became more important than my own fear,” she shares. She left her job, ended an unhealthy relationship, and committed herself to healing—not simply to build a business, but to break generations of inherited pain.
What she discovered surprised even her. As she healed the emotional wounds she’d carried since childhood—particularly what she calls her “mother wound”—her external life began transforming just as dramatically. Her business grew from earning $33,000 annually in 2017 to generating over seven figures by 2020. More importantly, she found lasting love, inner peace, and a completely different relationship with success. It became the foundation for one of her most powerful beliefs:
First comes love. Then comes money.
Beyond Achievement
For decades, women have been taught how to achieve. Very few have been taught how to receive. Bray believes this distinction changes everything. Many high-achieving women master productivity, discipline, and strategy while secretly struggling with feelings of unworthiness, over giving, perfectionism, or self-sabotage. Even when success arrives, they often find themselves unable to fully hold onto it. Rather than calling these “money blocks,” Bray reframes them as something much deeper. She calls them Receiving Wounds®.
Through years of clinical experience and work with thousands of clients worldwide, she observed that lasting breakthroughs rarely came from learning another business tactic. Instead, transformation happened when women healed the unconscious identities and protective patterns formed through emotional pain. As safety, worthiness, and self-trust expanded internally, external success naturally followed.
Where Psychology Meets Spirituality
With more than two decades immersed in psychology, Bray was originally trained within a deeply scientific framework. Yet throughout her own healing journey, intuition became impossible to ignore.
Rather than viewing science and spirituality as opposing forces, she sees them as complementary energies. Science provides the structure. Intuition provides wisdom. Logic grounds the vision. Together they create lasting transformation.
This balanced philosophy now underpins every aspect of her work—from business leadership and practitioner training to the immersive experiences she creates for her clients around the world.
Creating HeartHealing®
Witnessing the profound effect healing had on her own relationships, wealth, and emotional wellbeing inspired Natasha to create an entirely new methodology. Although trained in traditional subconscious therapies, she often found herself adding the emotional and relational elements she believed were missing. Over time, those techniques evolved into HeartHealing®.
Unlike conventional coaching or therapy, HeartHealing® seeks to identify what Natasha calls the Receiving Wound® beneath surface-level challenges, helping individuals rapidly access the emotional root of patterns limiting their capacity to receive more love, abundance, and success. Today, the methodology has grown into a global movement with practitioners around the world and has even been featured in Joe Vitale’s Zero Limits film.
Turning Pain Into Purpose
Bray speaks openly about childhood trauma, abusive relationships, infertility, and rebuilding her life from the ground up. Yet she doesn’t believe pain itself defines us.
“Healing is what shapes us,” she explains. She often describes her purpose as helping others climb the mountains she once had to climb herself. The wisdom gained through transforming suffering becomes part of our life’s work. With characteristic humour, she jokes that one of her greatest gifts is “turning shit into gold.”
Behind the joke lies a profound truth. Her leadership isn’t built on theory alone. It is grounded in lived experience, compassion, and the belief that every challenge contains the potential for transformation.
Redefining Success
Perhaps Natasha’s most revolutionary message is that women no longer have to choose. For generations, success has often been framed as a series of sacrifices: Career or motherhood. Money or spirituality.
Purpose or relationships. Bray rejects that narrative entirely. She believes true success is multidimensional—where wealth, love, family, purpose, spirituality, leadership, and emotional wellbeing coexist rather than compete. Her own definition of success has evolved dramatically over the years. What began as survival eventually became something much richer: Wholeness. The ability to give and receive love. Financial freedom without emotional sacrifice. A meaningful legacy that extends beyond personal achievement.
A Legacy of Love
As her international visibility continues to grow, Bray remains deeply connected to her roots in South Wales, where she still lives with her family. Despite speaking globally and building a multi-million-dollar business, she describes herself simply as “the small-town girl” who now happens to live in a much larger home. Grounded by motherhood, generosity, and service, her greatest ambition is no longer measured by revenue alone. It is measured by impact.
Currently pregnant with her daughter while raising two sons and writing her memoir, Natasha has been reflecting deeply on legacy. She believes that true legacy is not only what we leave behind—it is how we choose to live today. Her vision for the future extends far beyond her own career.
She imagines thousands of women healing their own hearts before going on to heal the hearts of others, creating ripple effects across families, communities, and generations. Her hope is that HeartHealing® eventually becomes larger than herself. That long after she’s gone, women will continue proving one timeless truth: Love really is the greatest catalyst for change.
