Can you share with our readers something about yourself that isn’t widely known from your online presence?
I used to be a shy, artistic, and creative little girl who loved fairy tales, sports, and playing teacher. At age seven, I proudly declared, “My name is Rachel, and I am a nice pink fairy.” But as a teenager, I couldn’t even speak to boys I was attracted to—I would turn as red as a tomato. By the time I was a young adult, I’d had enough. I decided to overcome my shyness. I found a book at my grandmother’s house in Germany about improving oral communication, and it challenged the way I saw myself.
From then on, I explored different fields—communications, translation, ceramic art, public relations, events, and fundraising. I had a fun life filled with invitations to fantastic events, networking, and meeting interesting people. Gradually, I realized I had a natural talent for creating connections between people and opportunities.
In my mid-thirties, I embarked on a deeper inward journey. I decided to channel all the energy I had been giving to others into my own personal development. The fairy in me chose to own her magic, and I realized that the magic wand was within me. I transformed many aspects of myself and, as a ripple effect, began to ignite transformation in others.
When did you first realize it was time to step into your calling?
In 2010, I ended a long-term relationship with my boyfriend. It was the perfect moment for me to rediscover myself—who I truly was and what I genuinely enjoyed—because I had been feeling unhappy and unfulfilled. My tastes, hobbies, and preferences had become blurry, and I felt disconnected from myself. I needed to feel more authentic, grounded, and explore who I was on my own. Shortly after the breakup, I subscribed to Yoga Journal and started practicing yoga regularly. Yoga was a revelation for me, opening up a whole new world of possibilities. It allowed me to observe myself more deeply, expand my consciousness, and bring more balance into my life.
Around the same time, I was struggling with significant pain during my periods and became determined to address it naturally, without medications. This led me on a journey of scanning my emotions, lifestyle, diet, and overall well-being to improve my health. Over time, my relationship with my body shifted—I went from hating and cursing my periods to honoring my “moon time,” a term used by traditional cultures to describe menstruation. This process deepened my connection to my feminine energy and helped me embrace my body in a completely new way.
Is this something you now teach other women?
Yes, absolutely. My personal experiences with gynecological challenges and my journey of self-love and womb wisdom have been incredibly transformative. Through this, I discovered the immense power of feminine energy. This inspired me to become a coach and share this knowledge, empowering women to shift their mindsets, improve their well-being, and embrace their feminine power. I’ve learned how to turn challenges into growth opportunities—turning “mud into gold,” as I like to say. As a coach, it’s incredibly fulfilling to help women with dreams, passions, and goals cross the bridge to their desired futures.
What has been the biggest catalyst for your growth?
The death of my mom when I was 18 completely transformed how I see life. After a period of self-destruction, sadness, and deep grief, this loss pushed me into a new level of leadership. I turned my mourning into fuel to live a more responsible and purposeful life. It gave me wisdom and made me realize how precious life is—you should always say “I love you” to the people who matter and be grateful for every moment. As the eldest of five children with an irresponsible father, I chose to rise above the pain, uncover my hidden strengths, and grow stronger.
I was inspired to create my online course after training with Amy Porterfield, the queen of online course creation. My course, CFO—Chief Feminine Officer, is designed to help ambitious women become the CFO of their own lives by merging leadership with the power of femininity. Typically, CFO stands for Chief Financial Officer, but in my course, it represents achieving success by embracing and amplifying your natural feminine energy.
CFO is not just another personal development program; it’s an empowering coaching adventure that helps women unlock their inner treasures. Built on three foundational pillars—positive mindset mastery, feminine energy embodiment, and well-being wonderland—it offers a deep and transformative journey where women become the heroines of their own stories. Whether through one-on-one coaching or the online course, I provide practical lessons, heart-opening exercises, and empowering tools to help women elevate their energy and every aspect of their lives
What are you manifesting and co-creating with the universe right now?
At the moment, I’m manifesting three things: impacting more people and transforming more lives, more travels to beautiful places with my beloved, and a bestselling book. By the way, if you had asked me the same question two months ago, I would have added a 4th point : a beautiful oceanfront home in Panama. But thanks to the power of manifestation, this one is done!
What do you hope your clients take away from the work you do?
I want them to transform their current mindset and fully embody the queen they truly are. My goal is for them to stop struggling, shift their mindset, and tune into their feminine energy, leading to a life of more grace, flow, and abundance. This transformation is about igniting the gifts they already have within, allowing them to live more empowered, fulfilled lives.
Who is the ideal client you’re calling in?
I’m calling in women who are already open to personal development: they can either start from scratch or evolve further on their journey. These women can be entrepreneurs, or might be successful in the corporate world but feel burnt out from operating in a predominantly masculine energy. They’ve achieved incredible things, but now need to understand that femininity isn’t a weakness—it’s a profound source of power. Whether in the corporate world or as entrepreneurs, they’re ready to tap into their feminine wisdom and lead their lives in a new way.
Do you have any personal rituals and practices?
I have several cherished rituals: practicing gratitude, creating vision boards (by the way, GOSS Magazine was on my vision board!), meditating, positive affirmations, exercising, moving my body, and dancing. I also take sacred care of my body with natural products, supplements, and nourishing foods. It’s essential for me to remember that I am abundant, and I honor that through my daily practices.
What is your magical formula to living a harmonious life?
My magical formula evolves as I do. Currently, it’s a blend of breath-work, meditation, movement, gratitude, vision boards, honoring my body’s feminine cycles, spending time in nature or with my beloved, friends and family, and also nourishing myself with wholesome foods. One key practice for women is journaling during their moon time—reflecting on the past month, connecting with their inner wisdom, and processing any challenges. It’s a powerful way to tune into your feminine energy and personal growth.
I believe we’re in a beautiful era where women are reclaiming their divine feminine energy. It’s not about competing with men or trying to be like them. Instead, it’s a time for women to fully embrace their power in a way that’s authentic to who they are.
How do you achieve balance in your life?
I practice self-care rituals that nourish my feminine energy, like self-massage, using floral waters and skincare oils, and indulging in nourishing face masks. Balance also comes from my entrepreneurial lifestyle, which gives me the freedom to honor my own rhythms, rather than conforming to a 9-to-5 schedule that doesn’t align with me. This allows me to flow naturally and stay in tune with my needs.
Become your own superhero and create your own superhero story. Discover your inner treasures and embark on the greatest adventure of your life.
What advice would you give your younger self?
Dear younger self, you are beautiful. I love you, and I am so proud of you. Trust yourself—you already know the right decisions to make. Don’t be afraid, because anything is possible. Trust your gut, your instincts, and your “golden ovaries”—they work like a powerful GPS guiding your life. Spend time alone to connect with your intuition and learn to listen to your inner wisdom.
Is there anything else you’d like to share?
I believe we’re in a beautiful era where women are reclaiming their divine feminine energy. It’s not about competing with men or trying to be like them. Instead, it’s a time for women to fully embrace their power in a way that’s authentic to who they are. We’re building a wonderful community of empowered women, and your magazine plays an important role in fostering that connection. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to be part of it.
