Rebecca Inès Perez’s journey from personal adversity to entrepreneurial success exemplifies resilience and empowerment. As the founder and Editor-in-Chief of GOSS Magazine, she has created a global platform that unites and inspires female leaders across diverse industries. At just 19, Rebecca faced profound challenges, including the absence of parental figures, which compelled her to take on responsibility for her younger sister. This pivotal period ignited her purpose and drive, leading to the creation of GOSS Magazine—a thriving community dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs.
Under Rebecca’s visionary leadership, GOSS Magazine has flourished into a multifaceted publication that stands at the intersection of lifestyle, entertainment, fashion, and celebrity news. Beyond her editorial endeavors, Rebecca is a certified private pilot, skydiver, scuba diver, real estate investor, NYT Best-Selling Author, and GRAMMY Award-Winning Musician & Composer, epitomizing versatility and fearless ambition.
Rebecca’s philosophy revolves around leading with authenticity and embracing limitless possibilities. She champions the belief that adversity is the catalyst for greatness, as navigating life’s obstacles cultivates resilience. Her unwavering dedication to empowering women is evident in her ongoing efforts to establish an incubation platform for female entrepreneurs—a space designed to help women launch and grow their businesses, connect meaningfully, and feel empowered. Through GOSS Magazine and her multifaceted career, Rebecca Perez continues to inspire women to embrace their passions, overcome challenges, and transform their dreams into reality.
Tell us more about the vision that you have for GOSS and its sister brands?
“At first, my mission was simple — let’s create a platform where women can shine, can be celebrated, and can feel seen and valued for who they are at their core,” Perez reflects. “I wanted women to feel expressed in their feminine divinity.”
This simple yet profound vision quickly gained traction, bringing both opportunities and challenges. As Perez grew through the movement, she began to uncover deeper truths about the struggles women face. “I realized the core reason women were not feeling accomplished or lacked worthiness is because they themselves had not participated in creating something of value, for themselves,” she explains.
Historically, women have often sacrificed their self-care, well-being, and even identity to support family life—whether through marriage, motherhood, or protecting their loved ones. Perez poses a revolutionary question: “What if they could do that, but also feel deeply satisfied and creative, as human beings? As women.”
Through GOSS Magazine, Perez provides not only a voice but also a community for women to rediscover their worth, cultivate creativity, and forge meaningful contributions to the world. By leading from authenticity and embracing limitless possibilities, Rebecca Perez continues to inspire women to turn adversity into opportunity, celebrating their unique journeys as powerful, creative beings.
Can you tell us about the new ventures that have come up from this movement?
Over time, this vision expanded as these women began achieving extraordinary success, generating six, seven, eight, nine, and even ten figures through their unique talents and brilliance. The question then became: where are women still not fully seen, valued, or represented?
I identified significant gaps in three industries in particular—women in STEM (science, technology, engineering and math), including aviation, automotive engineering, and real estate development. These fields hold incredible potential for women to not only break barriers but also to redefine what leadership and innovation look like in traditionally male-dominated spaces.
“I knew someone had to go first”, she continued. So I took the leap, and got my developer license to start building. Then I became a pilot to understand the rules of the sky. We now have issues highlighting women in those industries, and I took it a step further by saying… What if we built the brands that don’t yet exist, what would that look like?
@GOSSDEVELOPS came to life to set that vision into motion: real estate around the world, developed by women, for women. It became more than just a platform—it became a movement to reshape entire industries, proving that women could lead at the highest levels. These community type builds around North America and beyond would have Grounding Pods™, Vertical Agriculture to be completely self-sustainable and go green from the inside out.
From there, GOSS X SPACE emerged, breaking barriers in STEM and venturing into uncharted territory: space exploration. With bold pink and purple spacecrafts, we made a statement to the world: we are here, and we belong. We are not just participants in this journey but pioneers. Soon, we’ll be building our own space shuttles and spacecrafts, rewriting what it means to innovate in STEM.
And then came GOSS MOTORS, a leap into the future of transportation. This initiative includes flying cars and advancements in hydrogen-fueled technology, paving the way for sustainable, groundbreaking innovations. It’s about more than developing new technology—it’s about driving change, both literally and figuratively, for a better, more inclusive future.
We didn’t just create jobs for women or open doors for innovation—we gave women the power to leave an indelible mark on history. It’s no longer just mankind; it’s HUMANkind. And the groundbreaking discoveries, the life-changing inventions, the monumental achievements—they deserve to carry the names of the women who made them possible.
This is my mission. This is my journey. This is my life’s purpose: to empower women to claim their rightful place in history and to lead with vision, courage, and creativity. We are here and the time is now.
How do you balance leading such ambitious initiatives across multiple industries?
I have incredible passions that fuel me to wake up and own the day, each and every day. From piloting, to sky diving, to scuba diving, to journaling, to pilates, my hobbies and self-care lists are long. I’m always working on a new book or a new idea so it is very important that I get the rest and mental clarity to focus on my next project.
Ways to help me finish a task at hand :
- Dress code : I need to be in a specific outfit to do a specific task. This is easy of course when you think of going to the gym, or going to the spa, but what about journaling on a thought VS. selling or strategy emails? This will change, and needs to be adapted to. I balance between when I need to wear heels, put on a blazer or do it in a glam dress and my cues are intuitive based.
- Times of day : I notice my best “working hours” are very early in the morning or lat in the afternoon/evening. I like doing catch up emails in the afternoon but the heavy lifting must be in the morning. My evenings are meant for romantic writing. I fall in love in the nighttime, with myself, with my views on life, and with my visions. I also practice dancing techniques after dinner.
- FULL focused ambiance : This usually means, I am in my “office” VS backyard, or rooftop terrace. I have designated areas in the house depending on what I want to do or call in.
- All phones / iPad, laptops on DND : This is very important as I tend to get really distracted by a text or an email. So I make sure to remove all of these, and focus on the task at hand. I check my phone occasionally throughout the day but always take 24-48 hours to respond so that I am in proactive mode versus just being the effect.
- MINI BREAKS : Get up, move, breathe, nature, Grounding Pod™ and back to mining.
- Celebrate, daily : I don’t wait for anniversaries, birthdays or any type of social gathering to celebrate ME and my life. I do it daily, multiple times a day. Did I accomplish an incredible task? Pause. Take yourself to Louis Vuitton for a present. Did I just hit my monthly financial goal in a week? Pause. Go to the beach, take the rest of the day off. This allows me to ground into the moment, and re-create them quickly.
How do you measure success in your journey—by the impact you make, the barriers you break, or something else entirely?
Success to me is entirely measured by energy lifting. How I uplift a person, make someone’s day better or brighter, just sit with someone and I can feel their pain dissipate from my presence. It goes from these little moments to the much grandeur ones such as ; going viral, hitting financial milestones in the business, getting investors to believe in my mission. It is all connected to me. The legacy that I am building will be looked at from a much bigger part than just my person, it’s so much bigger than me. It is everything else around me. Leaving this world much better than I found it. That brings me so such joy.
What is the legacy you hope to leave behind through GOSS and your broader mission?
When I think of GOSS as a brand, the name immediately evokes a sense of fearless leadership, visionary innovation, and an unyielding commitment to empowering women. She embodies the transformative power of turning adversity into opportunity, using her experiences as fuel to create platforms that amplify the voices and talents of women globally. I understand the power that it comes with. This incredible mission is being led by the vision of doing great things for our world, and I am proud to be the voice to lead such a mission.
How many women do you want to reach with your mission and vision?
I know this is the work of my life, a mission that will take a lifetime to bring to fruition. My vision is to impact 5 billion women across the globe, shifting them through this message, this energy, and these principles. By doing so, we will transform the way men think, feel, and behave, creating a ripple effect that touches the entire planet.
But my work doesn’t end here. Once the world has shifted, the journey continues—to the stars. It will be time to communicate with other worlds, sharing what we have built using these formulas. This is a ripple effect of boundless genius, rooted in love.
In a perfect Utopia world where all your dreams have come true, what have you accomplished and how does the world look now?
The world was once perfect before mankind tainted it with envy, greed, ego, and lust. Yet, the world will return to its natural state of perfection, as it was always meant to be. Nature is immaculately precise—every detail is pre-determined and unfolds with purpose, and this will always remain true. The change we create in the world is directly proportional to our growth as human beings and the quality of our collective experience. By embracing simple principles—to nurture, to love, to grow—we can enhance not only our own lives but also the entire ecosystem, from the birds to the trees, down to the smallest particles.
Imagine a limitless world where everything arrives in perfect timing. A world where gastronomy is a shared, living experience for all; where money no longer defines status or symbol but serves as a means of inclusion and self-enrichment. Picture a place where you can dream fully, grounded in the reality of your presence—a world that feels vibrantly alive in every sense.
This is the vision I am working toward. A future where we no longer harm animals, where we honor nature, and where humanity exists in complete harmony with all that surrounds us. It may seem distant from our current reality, but it is our undeniable truth and birthright. I am claiming it for all of us now, through the Portal of ORA.
