GOSS Editorial Rights & Usage Policy

At GOSS, we take immense pride in the creation and curation of our editorial content. Every article, interview, photograph, cover, and feature is developed through intentional creative direction, strategic vision, and collaboration with our global network of talent.

This body of work represents the GOSS legacy. As such, all editorial content produced by GOSS, including but not limited to GOSS Magazine and all affiliated platforms, remains the exclusive intellectual property of GOSS.

Ownership

All GOSS content is and will remain the sole property of GOSS.

Ownership is never transferred. Participation in, contribution to, or payment for a feature does not grant ownership rights over the final deliverables, including but not limited to photographs, written content, interviews, cover imagery, and layouts.

Licensing

Usage rights are granted strictly through limited licensing.

A license provides permission to use content for approved personal, promotional, or professional purposes, as defined within the agreed terms.

All licenses are non exclusive unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.
All licenses are non transferable and may not be sublicensed, assigned, or resold.
All licenses are time bound, for example one year, unless otherwise specified.

All usage must preserve the integrity, positioning, and exclusivity of the GOSS brand.

Usage Restrictions

Without prior written consent from GOSS, content may not be altered, edited, or modified in any way.

Content may not be used in connection with unrelated offers, advertising, or endorsements.

Content may not be recontextualized in a way that misrepresents the original feature.

GOSS reserves the right to monitor usage and enforce these restrictions at its sole discretion.

Attribution

All approved uses must include clear and visible attribution to GOSS.

This ensures proper recognition of the platform and maintains the editorial credibility of both GOSS and the featured individual.

Brand Alignment

All licensed usage must remain aligned with the values and positioning of GOSS, including exclusivity, integrity, empowerment, and global influence.

GOSS reserves the right to revoke licensing permissions if usage is deemed misaligned with these standards.

Summary

GOSS offers access to a powerful editorial platform designed to elevate visibility, authority, and legacy.

However, GOSS editorial content is not sold.

It is licensed, never owned.

This distinction preserves the long term value of every feature and ensures that GOSS remains a respected and enduring authority in global media.
