Sacred Feminine : How women are embracing feminine leadership, increasing their wealth, deepening their pleasure, and creating lasting impact—from softness, not sacrifice.
Melissa Wells Jenkins is a portal. A prayer in motion. A living embodiment of sacred feminine leadership. She moves with grace anchored in truth. She speaks from womb-wisdom. She creates from softness and builds from stillness. Every offering, every breath, every initiation she guides is born from devotion.
She leads women home—to the body, to the heart, to the divine. Her presence awakens what has been forgotten. Her life is a testimony to the power of the feminine fully remembered. Melissa is a mother. A wife. A teacher. A creatrix. A voice that carries across oceans. She teaches embodiment not as a concept, but as a lived reality. She shows women how to stop performing, and start listening. How to stop chasing, and start receiving. How to lead empires without ever leaving the truth of who they are.
Her journey began in rupture. A long, aching war with her body. Years of control, force, and disconnection. Until one moment—on the floor, in silence—she surrendered. That surrender became the axis of her becoming. It wasn’t a breakdown. It was a homecoming. Everything she offers now arises from that place: surrender, self-love, and sovereign remembrance. She invites women into new paradigms of power. Power without pushing. Wealth without depletion. Creation without compromise. Love without condition.
Her work is rooted in intimacy. The intimacy between a woman and her body. The intimacy between a woman and God. The intimacy between a woman and her truth. Melissa builds her business like a temple. She designs her life like a prayer. She holds her family as her first devotion. She treats motherhood as spiritual mastery. She honors her clients as sisters in initiation. She is currently preparing to birth Milk of Venus—a sensual skincare line created as a sacred ritual of self-worship and daily feminine pleasure. Each product, a remembrance. Each ingredient, an invocation. Beauty as devotion. Pleasure as presence. Skin as altar.

INTERVIEW WITH MELISSA WELLS JENKINS
Mel, the world knows you as a powerful voice for feminine embodiment and sacred self-worth, but who is the woman behind the movement?
When the lights go off, I’m not a coach, a speaker, or a brand. I’m just a woman. I’m a wife. I’m a mother. I’m a lover. A daughter. A friend. I’m still figuring it all out. I’m curled up on the couch in my jammies, milk leaking from my boobs, makeup off, heart full. My happiest times are the slow, ordinary ones with my family.
As women, we can build these incredible empires—but what’s the point if we lose ourselves in the process? For me, I’ve always built with the intention to become more of a present mother and wife, not less. Now that I’m in that season, it’s about honoring that. It’s not about climbing the next mountain—it’s about living in integrity with what truly matters.
I’ve designed my business to be fluid. Spacious. Energetically aligned. My work flows in and out of my life like breath. I’m still building, but I’m building from softness, not sacrifice. And now that I have a daughter, it feels even more important to model that. I want her to see what’s possible. To know that she can lead with love, with vision, with grace.
“I lead from my womb, not my willpower.”
What was your earliest memory of softening into your feminine essence?
My path into feminine embodiment started with a deep rupture. I spent eight years battling a painful eating disorder. I was completely at war with my body. And then one night, on the bathroom floor, I hit my breaking point. I remember thinking: I can’t keep doing this. My way isn’t working. I surrendered—fully.
That moment of surrender became the turning point. I wasn’t religious, but I called out: “God, if you’re out there, I need help.” That was the first time I truly let go. And everything changed from that moment on. I started treating my body like my friend instead of my enemy. That’s when the feminine began to awaken in me.
Self-love and surrender became my north stars. Not because I read it in a book, but because I lived it. We’re not weaker when we soften—we become more powerful because of the trust it requires.
You often speak about the masculine/feminine dynamic in relationships. What have you learned through love?
So many women I work with are incredibly successful—but they’re still holding masculine energy in their romantic lives. They’re trying to lead everything, including their man. And that creates disconnection. We weren’t designed to be managing our partner. We want to be held, to be met, to be cherished.
I’ve learned that the way I lead my team and the way I lead in love is deeply connected. I hire leaders, not followers, because I don’t want to be micromanaging. I want to stay in my feminine and allow others to rise in their power too. The same goes for love. If we want to be in our feminine, we have to trust our partner’s leadership—and stop trying to mother him.
It’s not about doing less. It’s about holding it differently. You can run an empire and still melt into the arms of your beloved. You can have both. The feminine doesn’t cancel your success—it amplifies it.
If you could speak to your younger self, what would you say to her?
I’d tell her: You already have everything you need inside of you. Stop fighting yourself. Be your own best friend. And cultivate a relationship with something greater than you—God, the universe, whatever it is. Because when you carry it all alone, you live in control and fear. But when you trust in divine timing, in sacred unfolding, you breathe differently. You live differently.
Did that connection to something greater deepen through motherhood?
Absolutely. Motherhood has expanded me in ways I never imagined. It is the deepest spiritual work I’ve ever done. I see the divine in my children every single day. They mirror everything back to me—my love, my fears, my unhealed parts, my radiance. It’s constant initiation, constant devotion, constant surrender. It’s a masterclass in love.
Let’s talk about feminine fire and sovereign leadership. Why do you think so many women fear this part of themselves?
We’ve been taught that our sensuality is dangerous. Something to tame or suppress. That’s how powerful it is. But once we stop fearing it and begin honoring it, it becomes our source of magnetism, truth, and embodiment. We remember that our feminine fire is not a threat—it’s our greatest gift.
What does it mean to lead from the womb?
It’s leading from a place of deep knowing. From the wisdom of the body. From inner rhythm rather than external pressure. Womb leadership is about devotion, not force. It’s about trusting your pace and your pulse over the projections of the world.
What does feminine legacy mean to you?
It’s not just what we build—it’s how we build. It’s the energy we leave behind. The imprint in our children’s memories. The devotion that lives in our marriage. The softness that survives our success. I want my children to remember a woman who loved deeply and led with grace.
You’ve built a wildly successful brand. What does success mean to you now?
It means peace in my body. Love in my home. Spaciousness in my day. It means having time to kiss my babies, be with my husband, move my body, and create from joy—not pressure. That, to me, is wealth.

What is the next frontier for women in business?
Wholeness. No more binary. No more “girlboss” or “tradwife.” We’re both and neither. We are mothers, leaders, mystics, creatives, visionaries—and we’re building from softness and fire, from seasons and sovereignty. That’s where we’re headed.
Any final words to the woman reading this?
Being in your feminine is not weak. It is not passive. It is the most sacred, sovereign, and powerful place you can lead from. The world doesn’t need a harder version of you. It needs your truth. Your softness. Your heart. You don’t need to fight anymore. You are the power.
