Confidently Women by Selina Argast: Building Confidence Into an Empire

How she empowers millions of women to step into their most confident self – and built Confidently Women into a million-follower movement.

Selina Argast is the visionary founder behind Confidently Women and Confidently Moms, two thriving digital platforms that have impacted millions through empowerment, education, and entrepreneurship. In just a few short years, Selina went from building faceless online businesses to becoming the face of a movement that teaches women how to build wealth with integrity, confidence, and purpose.

Since launching Confidently Women in 2020, Selina has generated over $3.5 million in sales while helping thousands of women quit their 9–5 jobs, build online coaching businesses, and reclaim their time. As a mother of two, she knows firsthand the juggle between passion and parenting—which is why she created Confidently Moms, a space specifically tailored to help mothers build freedom-based digital businesses, often off just a few hours a day.

Her work is not just about money—it’s about meaning. Selina is driven by the ripple effect of impact: when she helps one woman, that woman helps many. Her mission is to remind every woman that she already has everything it takes to succeed—and that her story is enough.

With a decade-long vision of scaling her brands to a $10M+ empire, Selina continues to mentor, teach, and lead with heart. Her motto: “She believed her story was enough and built everything from there.”

So we’ve got Selina with us today. Selina, I would love it if you could take us back to the moment the idea for Confidently Women was born. What was happening in your life at the time and what made you say, this is what I’m meant to build?

Yes, thank you so much for having me! It was 2020—five years ago now. We had already built profitable online businesses, quit our jobs, and on paper, checked all the success boxes. But something was missing. We had a social media agency and a dropshipping business that made us tons of money, but none of it felt meaningful. It was like we were just selling something to someone without real purpose. I wanted to do something that inspired women to know they could achieve more and still make money doing it. I didn’t come from a wealthy family. I had no role models for entrepreneurship. And I thought—if I can do this, anyone can.

When you say “we,” do you mean your husband or other business partners?

Yes, originally there were three of us—my husband, myself, and a third business partner. Since January, it’s just my husband and I running the business.

How did Confidently Women go from an idea to a thriving brand?

We started with an Instagram quote page, and it just blew up! Within eight weeks, we had 10,000 followers and messages pouring in like, “You inspire me daily!” It was a sign we were onto something. Soon, people started asking how we built our business, so we created programs to teach them. That one program alone did over $3.5M in sales, and women were quitting their jobs and transforming their lives. It felt incredible.

What changed in you during this journey?

A lot. At the beginning, I just wanted to escape my 9–5 and make money. But as we grew, my focus shifted. Now, every idea I pursue is rooted in impact. Whether it’s our team, our clients, or our audience—I want to help people. We don’t just sell products. We build purpose-driven brands. That’s the evolution that happened in me.

What does confidence mean to you today, and how has your relationship with it evolved?

I wasn’t always confident. Confidence came when I made the decision to change my life. So many women think they need confidence before they start, but I believe confidence comes after you start. It grows with every small decision and every win.

You mentioned the faceless start of Confidently Women. When did you feel ready to step into your personal brand?

In the beginning, I hid behind the brand. It felt safe. But then people started asking, “Who’s behind this page?” The feedback was so positive—even without showing my face. That gave me the courage to step forward. Now, I’m both Selina and Confidently Women. It’s evolving.

Would you say Confidently Women and Selina Argast are now two distinct brands?

They are. I’m still the face of Confidently Women, but I’m also building my personal brand to reflect the deeper mentorship I offer. Confidently Women is about empowerment and tools; Selina is about strategy and brand-building. Both matter.

Tell us about Confidently Moms. What inspired that brand?

I’m a mom of two, and motherhood changed everything for me. Moms face different struggles than other women. So I created Confidently Moms to show that even with limited time, you can still build something powerful. We’re now at nearly 400,000 followers, and it’s my heart project.

How do your offers differ between Confidently Women and Confidently Moms?

Confidently Women focuses on high-ticket coaching, personal branding, and digital product businesses. For Confidently Moms, I emphasize passive income models—because moms don’t always have time for sales calls or one-on-one clients. I teach them how to build around their life, not the other way around.

Was there a breakthrough moment that redefined your path?

Yes—two. First, when my father got sick while I was still working 9–5. I couldn’t be there for him, and it broke me. I swore I’d build a life where I could show up for the people I love. Second, after giving birth and seeing other moms return to work so soon, I realized I have a responsibility to help moms create freedom. That’s when Confidently Moms became serious.

What advice would you give to: 1) a mom with a business inside her, and 2) a woman in 9–5 who knows she’s meant for more?

To the mom: You can do this. It may not look like traditional business, but you have wisdom and experiences that others need. Package it in a way that fits your time and energy. To the 9–5 woman: You don’t need 12 hours a day. You need clarity and a strategy. If you’ve been through something or learned something others are still struggling with—you have a business.

What do you hope every woman walks away remembering after being in your space?

That she already has everything it takes—and everything she imagines is possible for her.

Fast forward 10 years. What does the world of Confidently Women look like?

We’ve helped thousands of women build lives they didn’t even believe were possible. Financial freedom. Emotional fulfillment. Moms raising babies and incomes. It’s global, but the transformation is personal.

If your life could be summed up in one quote, what would it be?

“She believed her story was enough and built everything from there.”
