THE WOMAN WHO CHOSE HER NEXT CHAPTER
For Natalie Brogna, transformation has never arrived all at once. It has unfolded through a series of decisions—changing careers, moving across continents, trusting her intuition before she had proof, and repeatedly choosing growth over familiarity.
Today, as the founder of Shift Magnetic, a transformational mentoring brand, she guides women through identity transitions, helping them reconnect with the version of themselves they’ve always felt called to become. The work reflects a philosophy she has lived long before she began teaching it. The name itself tells the story. “I chose Shift Magnetic intentionally,” Brogna says. “The shift comes first, and magnetism naturally follows.”
Raised in France, Brogna intentionally kept the French structure of the name, preserving a connection to her roots while expressing the foundation of her work. Lasting transformation, she believes, doesn’t begin with external results. It begins with an internal shift. Looking back, she sees that every defining chapter of her own life started with a willingness to embrace change. “For a long time, I let the outside world define who I was,” she says. “Everything changed when I began doing the inner work and truly embodying it.” Rather than trying to force change in the world around her, she began changing herself first. “That was the real shift: moving from living from the outside in to living from the inside out.”
TRUSTING THE NEXT STEP
Long before founding Shift Magnetic, Brogna was already exploring personal development. She became a life coach in France in 2003, at a time when coaching was still emerging. Even then, she sensed there was something more she was being called toward, although she couldn’t yet define it.
Her career would take her through different industries, countries, and experiences. Instead of seeing those chapters as interruptions, she now views them as preparation. “My intuition was never asking me to have all the answers,” she says. “It was simply asking me to take the next step.”
That perspective became especially meaningful during one of the most difficult periods of her life. In the middle of her divorce, Brogna made the decision to leave France and begin again in the United States. It meant leaving behind a familiar life, stepping into uncertainty, and eventually becoming both French and American.
Looking back, she no longer sees that season as losing her identity. “I wasn’t losing my life. I was making space for a new one.” The experience now informs the women she guides through identity transitions. Many are navigating career changes, relationship transitions, or the feeling that the life they built no longer reflects who they are becoming. Brogna understands those moments personally. “Transformation rarely begins with clarity,” she says. “It begins with the courage to take the next step before you can see the whole path.”
BECOMING MAGNETIC
Although manifestation has become a popular conversation, Brogna approaches it with balance. For years, she believed success required constant effort, chasing opportunities, and proving herself through action. Later, she experienced the opposite extreme—focusing on spirituality without taking meaningful action.
Neither created the life she envisioned. Everything shifted when her actions became aligned with the person she was becoming. “I stopped chasing. The right people, opportunities, and experiences started showing up in ways I couldn’t have planned.” To Brogna, becoming magnetic isn’t about controlling life or waiting passively for opportunities. It begins with an identity shift. When we become the person we’re meant to be, what we seek begins to meet us naturally. “It’s not something you do. It’s someone you become.”
That philosophy also shapes the way she approaches feminine leadership. She spent years working in environments where success was measured through performance, strategy, and constant productivity. While those experiences taught valuable lessons, they also convinced her that there was only one way to build a successful career.
Today, her perspective has changed. “I still make decisions, build businesses, and take action. But I no longer act from pressure or fear. I act from alignment, intuition, and trust.” For Brogna, feminine energy isn’t about stepping away from ambition. It’s about creating success without becoming disconnected from yourself in the process.
THE POWER OF PERMISSION
One of the greatest shifts in Brogna’s own life came through something unexpectedly simple: giving herself permission to stop waiting. For years, she believed she needed to perfect her English before sharing her message internationally. She questioned whether she knew enough, whether she was qualified enough, and whether the timing was right.
Mentors from around the world challenged those beliefs. “They helped me realize that your message doesn’t become powerful because your English is perfect. It becomes powerful because it’s true.”
Authenticity became more valuable than perfection. Today, Brogna guides women to stop postponing their lives while waiting to feel fully ready, embracing the identity transitions that allow lasting transformation to emerge from within. “I choose courage over perfection, trust over fear, and expansion over limitation.”
AN ABUNDANT LIFE
Brogna’s understanding of abundance has also evolved. Rather than measuring wealth solely through financial success, she now sees abundance in relationships, freedom, creativity, health, time, and the ability to create a life aligned with her values. “The moment we change the way we see our lives, we begin to experience them differently.”
That perspective became especially meaningful during last year’s 8.8 portal. She entered the period with a clear intention to reconnect with herself and create a life that reflected who she was becoming. Over the following year, nearly every area of her life transformed.
She moved, sold her home, left her longtime career, experienced significant personal growth, and met her life partner. Yet when she reflects on that season, it is not the external milestones she remembers most. “The greatest transformation wasn’t external. It was coming home to myself.” It is this return to self that now sits at the center of her work, where every identity transition becomes an invitation to remember who we truly are.
This year’s 8.8 carries another layer of meaning. Brogna will attend an international event in Paris, surrounded by mentors from around the world, an experience that feels symbolic after years of building her work internationally while living between cultures. To her, the moment represents possibility rather than certainty. “This year, I’m choosing to open myself to every possibility.”
UNLEASH THE GODDESS
At the heart of Brogna’s transformational mentoring philosophy is a simple belief: identity transitions are not something to fear. They are invitations to become more of who we truly are.
She believes the dreams that continue to call us are often invitations toward a fuller expression of who we are, and that identity transitions are not signs that something has gone wrong, but evidence that something new is ready to emerge. “My mission is to guide women through identity transitions so they remember that change is not something to fear. It is an invitation to become more of who they truly are.” If she could leave every reader of the GODDESS issue with one message, it would be this: “The possibilities for your life are truly infinite.”
“You don’t have to have all the answers before you begin. Sometimes, the first step is all life is asking of you.”
For Natalie Brogna, every new chapter begins the same way it always has—with the courage to trust the next step. Because every identity transition begins with a single decision: choosing who you are becoming. And from there, everything else becomes magnetic.
