Sonia, your work spans spirituality, consciousness, the body, and multidimensional awareness. For someone entering your world for the first time, where does it all begin for you?
It began with sensitivity. From a very young age, I could feel everything—people, spaces, energy. I didn’t have the language for it then, but I knew there was more happening beneath the surface of reality. Over time, that sensitivity became awareness, and that awareness became exploration. Eventually, it became a relationship—with my higher self, with consciousness, with God, Source, the universe. At a certain point, I stopped seeking answers and started learning how to listen.
Your physical body has also been part of your spiritual initiation. How did your rare heart condition shape your work?
I was born with a rare, one-in-a-million condition within the electrical system of the heart. From a young age, I experienced intense cardiac episodes that required me to stay present inside sensations most people could not understand. At the time, it looked like a limitation. But later, I realized it was part of my training. It taught me how to hold immense power in my body, how to stay conscious inside intensity, and how to anchor a field for others. What once seemed like a condition became part of my superpower.
You’ve described interacting with higher intelligence and different layers of yourself. What does that experience feel like in your reality?
It becomes natural. At first, it feels extraordinary, as though you’re accessing something outside of you. But over time, you realize it’s all you. I’ve mapped different layers of my own consciousness—different expressions of self that exist across what we call time and space. When people say time is an illusion, they’re right. When you begin to move multidimensionally, you realize everything is accessible: past, future, parallel experiences. They’re all happening.
How does that level of awareness change the way you experience life on Earth?
It simplifies everything. You still love life. You still create, build, connect, experience beauty. I love this planet. I love being human. But you stop attaching meaning to things in the same way. Drama dissolves. Other people’s projections don’t land the same. Opinions and distractions lose their weight. You understand that everyone is moving through their own perception, and nothing is personal.
You mentioned abundance becomes something different at that level. What does that shift look like?
Abundance becomes identity. You realize abundance is who you are, not something you chase or acquire. So even when something ends or shifts, there is no fear attached to it. You know you can create again. Zero is not lacking. Zero is potential. It is the reset point. When you understand that, your relationship with money, success, and even failure completely changes.
Let’s talk about flame consciousness. What does that mean?
For a long time, humanity has worked with light. Light is information. It is awareness, awakening, activation. But when you hold enough light, it intensifies. When it concentrates through a coherent body, it becomes flame. Flame is embodied. It lives inside the body and reorganizes everything—your nervous system, your spine, your structure, your field.
Was your ski accident part of that discovery?
Yes. From the outside, it may have looked like a physical collapse, but I recognized it almost instantly as divine timing—a new directive and a breakthrough moment. It was hard, but I knew God was meeting me there with something new. I was in bed for months, and during that time, I went deeper into the body than I ever had before. I began mapping my spine, vertebrae, nervous system, and energetic ignition points. Through that process, light became flame.
So the body becomes something much more than physical?
The body is the most advanced technology we have. We are only beginning to understand it. When your DNA activates, when your energy centers align, when the system becomes coherent, the body becomes a conduit. Information flows through you. Creation flows through you. Divinity moves through form. That is why I say the body is the temple.
You’ve used the phrase “living divine circuitry.” What does that mean?
It is the way consciousness moves through the body when the system becomes coherent enough to hold it. It is not just energy in the aura. It moves through the marrow, the bones, the nerves, the spine, the entire structural body. It is living divine circuitry—a higher octave of consciousness expressed through the human form.
And coherence is restored through activation?
Through activation and deep remembrance. Healing is part of it, but the deeper work is remembrance. The body remembers. The soul remembers. The field remembers. We are not becoming something foreign to us. We are restoring what was always there.
You’ve said you are the prototype of the divine human. What does that mean to you personally?
It means I am here to embody it first. To live it, test it, refine it. I am not repeating teachings. I am discovering them through direct experience.
I’m sealed in my mission and purpose. The whole universe is with me on it because we are in a slice of Earth time where universal consciousness reconciliation is available through physical divine embodiment. That’s my job on this planet. To be that prototype archetype of the divine human. When I say I am the prototype, it is because I am building the framework in real time. I walk it first, then I bring it back so others can access it too. Like no one knew they would need smartphones before Apple created the first iPhone, I believe bringing online the Divine Human will fundamentally change the way humanity experiences consciousness and reality itself.
What is the divine human in your words?
The divine human is the next evolution of consciousness. A being who is fully integrated, whose divinity has descended into the body to fully merge into the human, because the body can hold it at full capacity, not just as remembrance.
There is no separation between success and spirituality, the physical and energetic, the human and divine. We were always set up for this through dormant DNA and unutilized brain capacity. Now it all comes into play, into coherence. Our divine intelligence knows how to operate those spaces that have been dormant and bring the new divine circuitry online. You hold all of it. You build, create, lead, expand—but from coherence, awareness, and alignment.
You work with high-level clients behind the scenes. What are they actually seeking when they come to you?
Truth. At a certain level, you have built what you thought you wanted. Then the questions shift. It becomes about purpose, meaning, alignment, and your role in something much larger.
What does wealth look like in your life today?
Wealth is time. Presence. Connection. Soul deep joy. Being able to sit with my parents and have meaningful conversations about life and beyond life. Sharing adventures with my boyfriend. Traveling the world in luxury without planning ahead. Creating new realities, new experiences, and making them available for people. Loving my clients. I love my work.
Feeling fully aligned with how I live every day. When my flame was restored and my internal architecture strengthened, prosperity became a rhythm that organizes life—not a pursuit. I love beauty, fashion, luxury, and creation—but those are expressions. They are not the source. The source is coherence within yourself.
Why did this moment feel right for you to step forward more publicly?
Because it is time. For a long time, this work has been happening behind the scenes. High-level people are already having these conversations privately. Now more people are ready to hear it. I feel complete in what I have built internally, so it is time to express it externally. People rarely like my posts or comments. But they are watching, and when they are ready, they inevitably come.
When you look at the future, what do you see for humanity?
I see a world where we remember who we truly are, and we live in embodied divinity. In crystalline bodies that are able to move interdimensionally. This is the phase after the flame body.
Right now, if we want to “go have an experience on Venus” we astral project there. We go in our astral bodies, while we are fully present in our physical body. Everyone can do this, it just requires practice and very precise energetic focus capacity to do clearly and safely and in a way that gives us not only epic expansive experiences, but a clear understanding of higher remembrance and a grounded integration of this knowledge in practical everyday life.
In the future, we will move ourselves inter-dimensionally and become crystalline body interplanetary travelers, so we will actually go there and return in a more physical way. Much like now we go on vacation on a plane to a beautiful destination on Earth and then return home. Same thing, through our Solar System and Milky Way galaxy. I call it the Divine Human Era. I call it the Eden Codes. The Harmonic Celestial Grid. It is a return to harmony at a higher level of awareness and of participation in the greater galactic systems. A resourced future that is harmonious to the depths of our soul. Like a beautiful symphony finally composed in perfect harmony.
And your role in that future?
To build the blueprint. To create the architecture that allows people to access that level of being.
Final question. Who are you, at your core?
I am the embodiment of the work I teach. I am here to reconnect divinity with humanity. And I am building the path as I walk it.
