This pivotal moment, coupled with her own marriage struggles, ignited her passion for guiding women through their relational challenges.
Sophie specializes in working with women who are navigating difficult relationships, offering programs designed to foster self-love, connection, and communication. Her flagship offering, the Relationship Miracle Method, focuses on deep transformation for women on the brink of divorce or seeking to overcome relational obstacles. With aspirations to write a book and reach women before they face crises, Sophie aims to provide a lighthearted yet spiritually rich perspective on relationships, helping others cultivate joy and connection in their lives.
Tell us something about you that people would not necessarily know from your online presence.
For ten years, I was a yoga teacher, and I had the incredible experience of teaching yoga all over the world. I’ve been passionate about personal development since a young age. I started practicing yoga at 12 because of my older sister, who was always ahead of the curve in wellness trends. She’s eleven years older than me and introduced me to this transformative practice.
When did you start to go deeper into your own healing and step more fully into the work?
I was into personal development during college and well before it became mainstream. I was that person who attended hot yoga classes and did breathwork sessions in people’s basements when everyone else thought it was bizarre. Healing and personal growth have always been part of my life. It’s truly my purpose.
What was the catalyst for your growth or awakening?
There have been multiple turning points in my life, but the biggest one in the last decade was when my younger sister was diagnosed with terminal cancer. We had a difficult relationship, and I didn’t want to carry unresolved grief like I did after my dad passed away. I found a coach through a grief podcast, and working with her allowed me to transform how I showed up in that relationship before my sister passed. It was hard but powerful. Around that same time, I faced a crisis in my marriage and sought coaching to turn things around. I realized that when you invest your energy, time, and intention into something, true transformation is possible.
What offers do you have available for women?
My most popular program is the Relationship Miracle Method. It’s a transformative three-month program designed for women who feel stuck in their marriages or relationships, whether they’re facing divorce, separation, or persistent roadblocks. The goal is deep, lasting change.
Tell us about your journey to self-love and finding inner joy.
It’s been a long journey, but I can now say I’ve found inner peace. I understand that my happiness is my responsibility. Yoga, meditation, continuous learning, and self-care are part of my daily practice, and they help me stay grounded.
Having been married for a decade now, what one word comes to mind when you think of a happy marriage?
Having fun! I know it sounds simple, but so many people forget to have fun in their marriages. Life’s daily grind can pile up, and suddenly we’re frustrated and burnt out. Marriage needs to be nurtured, like a plant that requires water and care to thrive. Fun and connection are more important than rigid plans. When your marriage is thriving, everything else in your life—children, career, friendships—tends to flourish.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
It’s funny; I often felt my future self guiding me during challenging times. I would tell my younger self and any woman in a difficult place to be mindful of where they focus their energy. If you want to transform your marriage, you have to commit fully. Once you do, the universe aligns to support your journey.
What are you actively calling in for this Manifest issue?
I want to be part of a movement that helps women recognize their power to create their reality and relationships. My dream is to write a book about my journey of healing my relationships, including the loss of my sister and the transformation of my marriage.
What rituals do you have for an abundance mindset?
I meditate daily and gain clarity on my goals. Clarity accelerates manifestation. I pray each morning to serve my clients and be my best self. Gratitude is also a big part of my practice—I express it when I pay for something or interact with my team and clients.
What would you like women to retain the most from the work that you’re doing?
I want them to know that what they seek externally is already within them. They are powerful creators, and when they harness that ability, they can create the life they want.
