Priyanka Venketesh on breaking ancestral cycles, hearing the voice of God, and building a sovereign empire for women in business with The Biz Goddess
Priyanka Venketesh is the visionary behind The Biz Goddess Company, a brand that exists to awaken the divine CEO within every woman. Once a lawyer navigating a life that didn’t feel like her own, Priyanka experienced a spiritual awakening that set her on a mission to break the generational patterns that had defined her lineage. Today, she blends ancestral healing, business energetics, and deep spiritual channeling to help women move from survival to sovereignty.
With training in NLP, hypnotherapy, Reiki, astrology, metaphysics, and more, Priyanka guides women into the fullest expression of their soul’s timeline—one that is divinely designed, financially free, and wildly expansive. In this intimate conversation with GOSS, she shares her awakening moment, the real meaning behind success, and what it truly takes to embody divine leadership.
What inspired you to create the Biz Goddess brand, and what does the name mean to you?
It started the day I met with an astrologer to ask about my future. I was in the middle of a really bad relationship and transitioning from law into something completely unknown. The astrologer told me I’d be fired from every job I’d ever have, that I’d fight with every boss, and that my fate in love and marriage would be worse than any woman who came before me.
At that moment, I heard the voice of God. It said, No. No to that fate. No to every broken promise. No to this projection. And from that moment on, I decided: whatever I create will come from my will, from faith, from my own hands. I didn’t have the name yet, but I knew “Goddess” would be part of it. Later, when I became a coach, I kept meeting the most powerful women—leaders, matriarchs, visionaries—and all I could think was: you are a goddess. And so, as an ode to our legacy and divinity as women, The Biz Goddess Company was born.
Would you consider that moment with the astrologer to be your awakening?
It absolutely was. That was the moment I heard a voice louder than anything I’d ever known—divine, clear, unmistakable. When someone speaks a curse over your life and you know it’s not yours to carry, that’s awakening. I knew something higher was guiding me, and I was being called to listen.
Was that your dark night of the soul?
Yes. The dark night of the soul happens when the world you’ve built—based on others’ expectations and old programming—starts to fall apart. It’s when your soul begins to whisper, “There’s more.” And you start to realize that the world you’ve been living in wasn’t yours to begin with.
For me, that astrologer said my relationships would be left in ashes—unless I paid her 15K rupees, to reverse it. That’s when I knew it was a scam. But it still pierced me deeply because of my lineage. My grandmother was married off at 16, my great grandmother at the age of 11, leaving a trail of generation patterns where the women in my family suffered in silence. That moment sparked a fire in me that said, This cycle ends with me. I will walk through fire if I must, but I will not pass this down.
When did you realize you were meant to help women in business?
Right then and there. I realized that no one had given the women in my family a real choice. They weren’t allowed to work or were forced into roles that stifled them. I wanted to help women create not just money—but freedom. I wanted to build something that gave women their own throne, their own kingdom where they are free to make their own choices. We were always meant to be sovereign and so we are building a new legacy of womanhood now.
You often talk about embodying your higher self in business. What does that look like in practice?
It means checking in with your heart every step of the way. Asking: Is this in integrity? Is this ego, or is this essence? If something is just for self-aggrandizement, I don’t do it. My compass is truth. My practice is alignment. That’s how I embody my higher self daily.
How do you help women shift from survival mode to overflow in their business and life?
I go deep into their subconscious and ancestral line. I clear out anything that doesn’t belong—curses, beliefs, identities that were never theirs to begin with. I use NLP, hypnotherapy, astrology, energy healing, metaphysics, and human design to locate and extract the root. When we do this, a woman returns to her original timeline. The one she was destined for. The one that was prophesied for her.
What is the biggest myth about success that you want women to unlearn?
That success makes life easier. It doesn’t. But it does bring more ease to your soul. The more successful you are, the more responsibility you carry. But when you know you’ve stood for something real, when you feel that alignment in your body—that’s ease.
How do you approach the energetics of money in business differently from traditional strategies?
At first, I thought I had to hustle constantly. That I had to earn twice as much to get half as far. But when I returned to my roots—astrology, God, ancestral healing—I remembered: money comes from source. And source is infinite. There is nothing too big to ask for.
When I’m rooted in mission, strategy becomes secondary. Every aligned action becomes magnetic. That’s how I move now.
What has been your most aligned Yes and your most powerful No in business so far?
My most aligned Yes was working with Melanie Ann Layer. She is the embodiment of divine mentorship. That one yes changed my life.
My most powerful No was to someone who wanted me to work for them—as an employee. Even then, I knew I was building something sacred. That No made space for every divine Yes that followed.
What daily ritual keeps you grounded while running a powerful brand?
I talk to God. Morning, noon, night. It’s my lifeline. I don’t move without listening. That connection keeps me grounded in service, not ego. In soul, not noise.
How do you define wealth beyond money?
Wealth is freedom. It’s health in my family. It’s reconciliation with my parents. It’s deep, soulful friendships. It’s living a life that feels like poetry. Yes, money gives you choices. But everything else gives you freedom.
You built a brand that blends feminine energy with business strategy. How do you balance the two?
I don’t. I used to think I had to. Until one day, I got a divine download and realized: God is both. Now I don’t label it. I just follow the call. Whether it feels masculine or feminine doesn’t matter. It’s all union. It’s all source.
What offers do you currently hold space for?
I offer The Channel, a one-week Telegram experience where I prophesy—not predict—your original timeline, through the voice of God and your chart.
I also have a group coaching program called CHOSEN: The Freedom Codes where we do deep ancestral work—healing lineage trauma, restoring your sovereignty and shifting from the identity of the cycle breaker, into the identity of The Chosen one. The new cohort starts in the first week of July 2025 .
Can you share your insights on mentorship?
Mentorship is not a transaction—it’s an offering. A declaration to God and to yourself: I believe in me. It’s a sacred YES to your future. You’re not paying someone to save you. You’re investing in your becoming.
What would you say to the younger version of yourself?
You’re doing everything right. Even your mistakes are part of the masterpiece. Don’t waste energy doubting yourself—it’s all guiding you somewhere sacred. I’m grateful for you. You made me.
Where do you see The Biz Goddess brand evolving in the next few years?
I see it becoming a global movement. I see women across every continent saying: It ends with me. I want this brand to ignite the chosen ones. I want it to plant flags in places where women still aren’t allowed to build. I want it to be the line in the sand that says: no more. And I pray it reaches every soul that’s ready.
If women take one thing from your journey, what do you hope it is?
That your mistakes are not detours—they’re divine recalibrations. Everything is pointing you back to your prophecy. Not a prediction. Not an opinion.
A prophecy. And it will come true.
