Wanda, what’s been happening since our last conversation?

It’s been a transformative journey! Two years ago, I was pursuing a degree in clinical mental health counseling while training as a sex therapist. Since then, I was accepted into a PsyD program in Clinical Psychology, which was a proud moment. I completed my first year but realized psychometric assessments weren’t my calling. Instead, I pivoted to studying Human Sexuality, where I feel truly aligned. Alongside this, I’m completing a master’s in Developmental Psychology, deepening my understanding of relational dynamics.

A highlight has been being selected to study with Thomas Hübl, an Austrian author and trauma-informed leadership advisor. This opportunity is both exciting and enriching as I integrate these teachings into my work.

What have you learned through your academic and spiritual studies?

I’ve developed a newfound appreciation for Freudian psychoanalytic theories, especially concepts like defense mechanisms and projections. While some of Freud’s ideas are dated, his insights into the subconscious remain relevant. This work inspires me to guide individuals into their “shadows” to uncover hidden fears and attachments, facilitating profound healing and transformation. My biggest takeaway is that facing pain opens doors to unparalleled joy, majesty, and love.

How do you merge science and spirituality in your practice?

I see them as complementary. Science provides empirical grounding, while spirituality offers access to deeper truths. For instance, I combine shamanistic practices like soul retrieval and energy work with modern psychological techniques. This allows me to address chronic stress, trauma, and physical ailments holistically, particularly for women navigating pelvic pain or hormonal imbalances.

What shifts are you experiencing as you grow?

I’m focused on maintaining a high vibrational frequency and aligning with my highest intentions. Whether navigating challenges in finances, relationships, or career, I prioritize staying grounded and present. This mindset helps me transcend illusions and create a life in harmony with my purpose.

What tools help you navigate misalignment or chaos?

I’ve practiced Nichiren Buddhism for 30 years, chanting and meditating daily. I also honor my lineage and ancestors, inviting their guidance in my journey. These practices strengthen my ability to support others while transforming intergenerational patterns.

Can you share a client success story that illustrates your approach?

One client came to me paralyzed by betrayal in her marriage. Through somatic exercises and vagus nerve mapping, we reframed her narrative, moving her from self-blame to empowerment. She reclaimed her sense of worth and began to manifest abundance in all areas of her life. Witnessing such transformations is deeply rewarding.

“Facing pain opens doors to unparalleled joy, majesty, and love.”

How do you inspire growth in corporate environments?

I encourage executives to invest in personal growth initiatives for their teams. Thriving employees drive innovation and retention. As a Lean Six Sigma-trained professional, I focus on “Gemba”—observing workplaces to gather insights and foster authentic growth.

What role do shamanism, Tantra, and ancestral healing play in your work?

These disciplines add profound depth to my practice. Shamanism offers tools like drumming and soul retrieval, while Tantra helps clients harness sexual energy for healing. Ancestral healing uncovers intergenerational trauma and embedded epigenetic patterns, enabling powerful transformations.

How do you balance professional and personal fulfillment?

I align my lifestyle with my values, balancing academic rigor with family, travel, and leisure. Whether crafting a workshop or savoring a Michelin-starred meal, I ensure my life reflects the abundance I teach. Recently, I developed a workshop called Perception, which shifts individuals’ vibratory fields to align with their highest potential.

What is your core message for women working with you?

I guide women to build sovereignty and self-confidence while embracing vulnerability as a power source. High-achieving women often over-rely on masculine energy to succeed; I help them soften, receive, and align with their feminine essence. By addressing patterns around trust, intimacy, and abundance, women unlock extraordinary potential. My mantra, “Command from the throne,” serves as a reminder to embody their sovereignty and let life meet them at their fullest power.

What are your words to live by?

“There is a world that belongs only to you; you must understand it deeply.”

Stay grounded, flexible, and open. Command your throne with confidence and let your crown guide you. True sovereignty comes from standing firmly in your power.
