GOSS Develops builds 55 doors in Gatineau for their first residential project, MIA. Our new division, GDG in partnership with Canada’s Housing Association is embarking on a mandate to build 10,000 homes by 2030. This project will span all over North America — touching the greater parts of Quebec, Ontario and Vancouver throughout.

MIA ; italien for home. This project is a female based development the first of its kind in Quebec.

“To be able to offer these people a roof over their heads and a place to live, has been a dream of mine for years” says President of GDG Group, Rebecca Perez.

This is also the first project in North America to create opportunities for women in the construction field. From the team of builders, to the construction group, all the way to the women on the ground. This project will surpass over 55% women in its construction. GDG will unite and bridge the gap between what it means to be in construction for women. As well as empower women in the construction industry.
