Did you always know you were more intuitive than others?
I realize I was divinely guided on this journey. Despite the challenges I faced, personal development became my constant companion, helping me overcome every obstacle. Ever since I was a little girl, tapping into understanding therapy and getting to know myself more and more through challenges, I know that’s what got me to where I am today. I had to lead myself so that I could lead others.
Walk us through your journey of healing.
There are so many different chapters of my life that I can reflect on that got me to where I am today. It was an accumulation of things. However; it really started when I began to wake up to the realization that there is more to what I was seeing and I needed to make a change in my life; for me and for my boys.
The first instance where I know I had the most lessons came from my divorce. I was married for eight years, and then we separated. The whole process of separation took eight years. That, on its own, brought a lot of uncertainty. I was living in fear a lot of the time; fear of not knowing what was going to happen to the future of me and my kids. And there were times where I didn’t know if not being here was a better solution. I got to some really dark places. Even though I was still in the personal development industry, there were times where I didn’t see a way out. I thought if my kids weren’t going to be in my life or if I wasn’t going to be able to survive the divorce process, then there were no other alternatives. It was a very, very dark place.
One particular moment really stood out for me during the 8 years of my divorce. My lawyer at the time said to me, “This is a mind game; they’re going to mentally break you or they’re going to financially break you, or both. That’s the intention.” It was pretty much like, “Get your shit together,” and I remember that. It stayed with me and really helped me understand that I needed to be strong, not just physically, but that my mindset needed to be clear and tough. I even got a tattoo that reminded me to “stay strong” on my wrist. I learned to stand in my power. I learned to speak up and not hide in fear but to face it.
Prior to that conversation with my lawyer; I was at my lowest point. I had booked a hotel room; I was thinking about suicide. My brother and my mom found me, they reminded me of my “why” and purpose. They awakened that part of me that I couldn’t see; my boys and the legacy I want to leave behind for them. They said “You’ve got to think about them, and you’ve got to think about the life that you want to live after the divorce and after everything that’s happening.”
I had all these little and big wake up moments. Looking back, my mom and brother saved me; however, the world of personal development became my guiding light, showing me the way to heal and grow. I surrounded myself with positive empowering people, listened to uplifting talks daily, attended, worked and facilitated empowering seminars which continuously helped me see the light until I became a light for others. I embodied all of it and I put things into action everyday while I was going through this divorce process.

What advice would you give to women who are in that situation?
To women facing similar situations, I am here to empower and inspire you. Embrace the belief that there are alternatives beyond waiting for someone to save you. We are more than capable of achieving success on our own and TRUST that along the way, you will attract and encounter incredible individuals who will serve as guides, support and cheer you on along the way.

You can absolutely radiate confidence, happiness, and feel empowerment and sexy. You don’t need to choose one; you can have it all. So, embrace your potential, don’t settle and awaken your inner power to create the life you want..
What routines or practices do you do on a daily basis?
My daily routines and practices are essential for me and my success. I prioritize both morning and nighttime routines, as well as taking breaks throughout the day.
I believe in the power of pausing to catch my breath, express gratitude, and celebrate even the smallest moments, like stepping outside for a brief moment.
My morning routine begins with setting intentions and engaging in a short meditation session, even if it’s just five minutes. Before reaching for coffee, I hydrate with water, which I always keep on my nightstand. I enjoy starting my day with lemon water and I take a turmeric, ginger, and lemon shot, a healthy ritual that I also share with my boys. It makes me laugh when I share with others that I take “shots” with my kids every day.
I love being a mom and it brings me tremendous happiness; I take great pride in it. Despite the challenges we faced when the boys were younger, I cherish the conversations and connection we create together. I believe that motherhood and pursuing a business or career can coexist harmoniously. You don’t have to choose between the two; I’m living proof of that. I’ve intentionally designated my schedule so that I can have moments where I can take my boys to school or moments where we attend boxing classes together which provides us with valuable time together.
As a night owl, I thrive on energy throughout the day, allowing me to work until late hours. When it’s time for bed, I often enjoy a cup of tea. Journaling plays a significant role in my routine, both in the morning after dropping off my boys and at night when I sit with a different journal to script my desires as if they have already happened. Reflecting on those journal entries brings a sense of fulfillment.
These routines and practices have become such an important part of my life, nurturing my well-being, supporting my goals, and allowing me to embrace each day with enthusiasm, purpose and celebration.
How do you now embody this level of success?
People ask me, “What is a success coach? As a success coach, I define success based on what truly matters to me. Every morning, I wake up with a deep sense of gratitude. I look around and see my boys thriving, our needs met, and abundant blessings in our lives. This, to me, is success.
I no longer carry major worries. We are safe, content, and alive. I have the privilege of spending time with my boys; driving them to school, picking them up, and cherishing those precious moments. Connecting with incredible clients and pursuing my passion fuels me. Throughout the day, I intentionally take pauses, just a few minutes here and there, between calls. These moments are vital to celebrate and express gratitude. This is how I embody success – by appreciating the present, nurturing relationships, and embracing the meaningful work I do. Success is about living the life you choose to live and continually growing to new heights. It’s a journey worth celebrating every step of the way.
What do you do to maintain ease and flow?
For me, grounding starts in the morning when I set my intention. I have a little altar; I light my candles and do a little prayer. I like having white candles all over my house. It grounds me. As I’m lighting them, I’m setting intentions. I do sage, or Palo Santo which brings me back to the present moment. The lion and lioness in my logo symbolizes both feminine and masculine energy. The lioness part reminds me to embrace my feminine essence. As a single mom and businesswoman, I used to predominantly operate from my masculine side. Now, I prioritize being in my body, incorporating somatic work, and infusing playfulness into my days. Dancing in the kitchen, goofing around with my kids, and connecting with animals bring me healing and joy. It’s a reminder to reconnect with my inner child, always ready for play.
What course do you offer for women who want to join your space?
The clients who work best with me are those that are serious about scaling their businesses, overcoming obstacles in their organizations, increasing retention, want to create an extraordinary culture in their work environment and overall want to reach new levels of success.
There are typically three ways of working with me;
First one: If you have a brand; your brand will grow as fast as you grow! If you are a speaker or trainer and want to add a coaching division to increase your client’s overall success with a read-to-go coaching service that can be white labeled, marketed and sold under your brand.
Second: Unlocking your team’s full potential. If you are a business owner or a corporate decision maker and want to cultivate a culture of wellness and self-development within your business or organization.
Third: If you are an empowered enlightened individual and are serious about your growth and want to create something meaningful and purposeful in this life. I have very limited space for one-on-one life and business coaching and mentoring. You can find me on social platforms and send me a direct message to get on a call to see if we are a match.
What manifestations are you calling in now that we can co-create with you?
I am calling in enlightened entrepreneurs and influential corporate leaders who are ready to revolutionize the concept of leadership and foster a culture of empowerment, well-being, and personal growth. With practical applications and strategies, we bridge the gap between where you are to where you want to be. Together, we create an environment where employees flourish, brands excel, and clients thrive. We create a ripple effect of awakened potentiality, where individuals embrace their power and live fulfilled lives.
What do you want women to retain the most from the work that you’re doing?
What I want women to truly embrace from our work together is an unshakable sense of confidence and empowerment. It’s not about external appearances or fitting into societal norms of ‘sexy.’ It’s about owning your worth, standing tall, and exuding self-assurance in every room you enter.
Trusting yourself as you step into your leadership potential, and cultivate that inner lioness. It’s not about eliminating fear from our lives; it’s about building a muscle of courage to continue to show up. By building courage, we build confidence, allowing you to lead with power while feeling sexy.
What is your superpower?
My superpower lies in unlocking your team’s highest potential, transforming individuals into empowered leaders. I guide trainers, speakers, and brand owners in creating coaching divisions and programs that elevate their clients’ results. Through one-on-one work, I empower self-aware individuals driven to make a difference and leave a lasting legacy. My approach blends empathy and action, embracing both the hustle and the heart. A dance between our masculine and feminine energy; honoring our feminine essence to cultivate a thriving culture for employees.
My life experiences and professional background have shaped my belief in endless possibilities. I am a mirror for my clients, reflecting what they see and can not see. Live life without restrictions and break free from the illusion that you must choose between career, family, or financial freedom. You can have it all.
