I am an enneagram Type 8, which is the leader or challenger archetype. I’m also a Manifesting Generator in human design. I think those two personality traits play well together. Although those are not qualities I explicitly post about, I think it comes through in what I write about and embody. Another thing that most people don’t know is that I’m getting started in stand-up comedy. I love comedy. I love humor. I figured, why not take it on stage to help other people learn about themselves while having a laugh along the way? It’s actually the name of one of my podcasts — Heal Through Humor – another project that I’ve been working on.
On a more personal note, weightlifting is essential to me. I like embodying my masculine energy at the gym, and through my physical strength. That helps keep me grounded. Also, I’m obsessed with reading books and listening to podcasts. I consume on average 5-10 hours of podcast per week and aim to finish one book as well. Other than that, there’s not much I haven’t shared at some point or another. I am more of a private person, I think, with my online presence. I wasn’t even expecting to have this presence, and the people I love in my life definitely didn’t sign up to be in the public eye. I keep my family and relationships pretty close to the chest.

When I was younger, my experience in therapy was so life-changing that it inspired me to become a therapist myself. I later opened a coaching business. Both generate multiple six-figures a year, though, in the beginning, they did not. I had a pivotal conversation with my brother after graduate school that highlighted self-doubt and uncertainty from ancestral money wounds that I had yet to clear out. I remember early on in business hiring a mentor who helped guide me on more of the energetics and abundance frequency of business, rather than strategy and structure because I had the genetic blueprint for business acumen already inside of me.
Once I worked through my money wounds and changed my scarcity mindset to that of an abundance mindset, everything changed. I had a hunger for success from the beginning. Month after month, year after year, I would blow quarterly goals out of the water within a month, and so I’d have to set new ones. And then annual goals would collapse within six months, and I’d have to set new ones. I never stopped believing in myself. I now have more money than I know what to do with. The amount of abundance I’ve been blessed with in so many areas of my life is beyond my wildest dreams. I would say that believing in myself and having other mentors who believed in me was the secret to my success. The mindset is everything.
“Increasing your self-worth will increase your net worth.”
What advice would you give to your younger self?
I would say, “It gets so much better than you ever imagined. Just be patient. Don’t let other people tell you who you are or try to clip your wings. If you’re sharing what your goals and dreams are and they are not believing in you then you can believe in yourself, regardless.” Also, I would say, “The guy you’re crying over is definitely not your soulmate. You’re not too much for whoever you’re dating, you’re just dating the wrong people. Once you heal your self-worth, you’ll find an amazing man who you’ll spend the rest of your life with.” And, to not give up. If I could go back and talk to the younger me, I would tell her, “You’ll be the founder and owner of multiple successful businesses and you’ll empower other women to do the same.”
How do you embody success in your daily life?
I embody success by living my purpose and living through my gift, which is to empower women to be their most confident and assertive selves. I own my own business so I show up every day ready to serve my clients and be present with them as they change their lives. I also adhere to a pretty strict schedule that works for me and nourishes me. So I set myself up for success on a daily basis.
What routines or rituals do you implement regularly to stay in ease and flow?
I have a morning ritual that sets me up to “be more” instead of “do more” throughout the day. That includes going to the gym, getting a lift in, and then going for a walk. I like to channel my masculine energy into my workout and then I ease in the rest of my day on my walk. I’ll answer Q&As, emails, and things that get me more in the work mindset. I also do at least 30 minutes of mindfulness meditation a day — morning, noon, and night. I’m quite religious about that practice because it helps keep me sane. I use either a pre-recorded one or I use an app to help guide me through it. Non-negotiables for me are making sure I don’t give the first hour of my day to anyone except myself. So I’m not on my phone except for turning on a podcast at the gym. I’m not on social media or scrolling. I like to avoid being overly stimulated by media and news so I limit my screen time, which helps me stay regulated as well.
What courses do you have for women who want to join your space?
I work with a limited number of private clients in one to one coaching and VIP days. I have a new program launching next year – Be More / Do Less – which helps high-performing, female entrepreneurs learn how to slow down, ease into their feminine energy, and feel safe being vulnerable in order to have a fulfilling relationship and an abundant business. For now, I have The Insight Masterclass, which aims to help women identify their subconscious beliefs and learn real-life skills to rewire them in order to feel more confident, empowered and understood.
When it comes to manifesting, what is your vision for the future?
I’m currently expanding my business acumen to real estate. I’m also expanding my therapy practice. My big visions in real estate are multiple investment properties that cash flow easily. I’ve held the vision of expanding my practice before I ever opened it years ago. I’m currently working on building an analytic training center to train other female therapists who want to learn how to run successful therapy practices. The biggest vision I hold would be retiring by 35, or at least having work be optional. And then once those big goals happen, it will be time to expand my family.
Finish this sentence : “My gifts to the world are…”
To empower women to have great boundaries, contagious self-confidence, to feel safe being vulnerable, to feel strong and empowered, and to be understood and loved by those around them.
