I’m married to the love of my life. We’ve been together for over ten years. Our anniversary date is actually my first son’s birthday, which is kinda cool. And for somebody who’s very much into numbers, I was so excited when I found out my due date was the date that we got engaged — and his birthday ended up being our actual anniversary, which is so aligned for someone who’s obsessed with manifestation and all things spiritual.
Walk us through your journey into the coaching space.
I hit a rock bottom at my corporate job in January 2019. I was working as an Executive Assistant in a hedge fund and the finance industry in New York City. I hated it. It was horrible, but it paid the bills. I came home one day, and nothing necessarily bad happened at work, but I was just like, “Is this literally my life? What the h*ll?” I remember staring out at the East River from our apartment and I had that ugly cry meltdown.
I knew I had to do something different because I’d spent the better half of a decade trying to reach some sort of goal and hitting the same wall every single time. I ended up doing what normal people do when they are totally bored at work, and I started stalking and scouring the internet for answers and different ways out of my job.
I ended up falling into a 30-day personal development program and I was able to redefine success for myself and I was able to learn a little bit about the mind. In those 30 days, I was able to reshape my own mindset so much that I wanted to share my knowledge with other people. That’s how I got into the coaching space. I believe that the only way you can lead someone is by first going through it yourself. I was first the client and then I went into becoming the coach. I got Master-Certified, I became a trainer, and now I consider myself a Manifestation Expert coming from the scientific perspective of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Walk us through your journey to enlightenment.
The lowest point in my journey was a little over ten years ago. I was addicted to drugs, and I was also really sick with an eating disorder. I had this moment where I felt like, “I can’t go on like this anymore,” and I found recovery. Since then I’ve been clean from any drugs or alcohol for almost ten years now.
I’ve also been clean from any eating disorder behaviors for almost ten years too. That whole experience of feeling like I couldn’t go on anymore was the lowest spiritual low that I ever felt. I remember looking at myself in the mirror and not even recognizing the person looking back at me and going, “How did I end up here?” I was just so over it. I remember feeling pain in every part of my body, but mostly in my heart, for the little girl I was and the person that I had become.
Nobody dreams of becoming a drug addict. It was during those moments that I made the decision to live life to my fullest, which I happen to do. Then once I found coaching, I was able to really understand what it meant to shift perspectives and shift my mindset. I always showed up and had the most fun, being the life of the party, but when I found coaching I was able to learn how to really shift the way that I saw things.
How do you embody success in your daily life?
Kissing my babies, and laughing those big, belly laughs. I think every season of your life comes with this new level of embodiment. The energy that I’m embodying right now is a lot like that MILF energy. I’m not a vanilla person, I’m just a straight shooter. I like to say it how it is.
I am in this season of my life where I just had another baby, I am a mom of two, I am a business owner, I am a wife, and I want to feel like a f*cking MILF, literally, all the time. I want to look in the mirror and feel so proud of the body that I’m living in. It created these two beautiful children. I love what I see when I look in the mirror now. I love my husband and I want to really embody that porn star energy when it comes to the bedroom.
I have those big, belly laughs with my children. They look at me and they adore me and they love me so much, and it’s because I show the f*ck up for them. I go to their Halloween parade, the Gymboree stuff that my son loves. I really want to create that Pinterest-worthy house that every PTA mom wants.
For me, it’s literally all about embodying the overall mom that every mom wants to be, the one that they’re like, “Is her life real?” It really is just about defining who that is — who my Posh Spice is, who is that version of me that wears crotchless panties? I found myself getting stuck in the cycle of, anytime my husband would playfully slap my ass I’d be like, “Eww, what are you doing? Get away from me. I just had a baby, leave me alone.” That is not someone I ever want to ever be.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
“You f*cking deserve it. All of it. ”
What routines or rituals do you implement regularly to stay in ease and flow?
It all comes down to my morning ritual, setting the vibe for the whole day. I’m not talking about a nine-hour morning ritual or anything like that, I’m talking about just a couple of quiet moments before the sun comes up, if it’s possible, or before my toddler wakes up. Just taking those quiet moments to be present in my body while enjoying a steaming hot black cup of coffee out on my front porch, in the crisp air.
That brings me back. I remember who I am and what I’m doing. There’s this practice that I do where I connect with the 80-year-old version of myself and think back on the legacy that I’ve created. Because right now I’m the younger version of my 80-year-old self.
What courses do you have for women who want to join your space?
What I’m most known for is the Sparkle System Certification where we certify new coaches specifically working with just women, people who are wanting to start their coaching business and who are wanting to embody leadership and really step into self-mastery in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, time techniques, Emotional Freedom Techniques, mindset coaching, and hypnotherapy. That’s my Signature Program.
In mid-November, I’m going to be launching a program called Your MILF Energy. It’s a six-week program that is focused on all areas of your life but truly embodies the version of you that you commit to every new year and just don’t do. So it’s that energy of, “It’s your time.” It’s all about mindset and manifestation with the MILF energy in mind. I only work with one one-on-one client at a time. I do have one space opening up next January.
What would you like your clients to retain the most from the work that you do?
Honestly, it’s not about learning and it’s not about training, it’s all about embodying. Even if it feels like you already know it, reimplementing the work that they learned and going back to basics, is where the real quantum leaps happen — in those simple, little 1% actions.
It’s not about the big goal, it’s about the small celebrations along the way that lead up to the big goal. Everything deserves to be celebrated. You deserve to be celebrated. The magic is in the little things.
When it comes to manifesting, what is your vision for the future?
I am manifesting a New York Times best-selling book. I am manifesting TED Talks. A five-year goal would be to have two books out and to have really big speaking engagements. One day I’d like to sell out a stadium like Tony Robbins, but we’ll see. I’m working on the first book now. Stay tuned!
What is your superpower?
I manifested this life. Everything I put my mind to, it happens. I feel like it’s stretching your limits so much that you’re achieving goals that you don’t even believe are possible, living your life beyond the wildest dreams because what you’re dreaming up, it’s better than that. I mean, of course, it’s about the money, the luxury, the traveling, the five-star vacations, but the other day I was at Costco with my husband and the kids and I was like, “Wow, this is so simple. We had an amazing day. This is life.” How cool is it that I can find joy in just being?
“The magic is in the little things.”
