My online journey began over a decade ago. I started in network marketingwhile I was in grad school. I was working with students on college campuses when they were in distress, sometimes in crisis. I was also helping with leadership development, growth, and training — similar work to what I do now. I was going through a health and fitness journey at the time. For most of my life, I had an eating disorder that I recovered from when I started to do inner healing work. Nobody knew that that was part of my journey. From there, I realized I could create my own programs and my own products. I started to branch out and add different services, in addition to the network marketing stuff that I was doing back then.
The week that I decided to leave my full-time job — which everyone, of course, thought was crazy because I had just gotten my master’s degree and I was doing what I had set out to do — I was hit by a drunk driver.
The whole story was crazy, but it was one of those things where I was like, “Oh, no. Did I make the wrong decision?” But I knew in my heart that this is the work that I was meant to be doing. And that guided me into business and a lot of personal growth and inner work. I was working with a relationship coach at the time, and one of the things I started to realize I was outgrowing, in addition to the relationship, was the way that I was running my business. I had a belief system that the more I achieved, the more love I received and the more attention I got. And so I always put this pressure on myself to achieve the next thing, to be perfect, and to have it all together. That brought me into the world of subconscious work, which then led me into all the somatic-based work — which is all of the work that I blend in with my certification, coaching clients, as well as helping them run their business.
Walk us through your journey of awakening.
I was really burnt out; severe adrenal fatigue. I kept searching for the next strategy in business. I was like, “Oh, it’s gotta be ads.” “It’s got to be this…” “It’s got to be that…” And I just kept searching and searching and searching. Then I realized, “Okay, the strategy isn’t the next thing that’s going to save me, it’s going to have to be this internal work.” Once I started diving into that, everything really began to change.
What advice would you give to a younger version of yourself?
Find the safety within you instead of searching for the next external thing that you think is going to be the thing that changes everything.
How do you step into this higher version of yourself now?
I lean into integrity and embodiment. To be able to create a ripple, you have to go first. You can only take your clients as deep as you’re willing to take yourself. So always being on this journey of healing, growth, and expansion, and celebrate every step along the way. Because if you’re not anchoring it with celebration, then you’re chasing the next thing constantly.
What has been one of your biggest lessons so far?
I think one of the biggest lessons I’ve had in my business is around creating community. I work with a lot of different people between certification and coaching clients, and you’re supporting a lot of people with different life experiences and different traumas. To really understand group dynamics and how to support people in the depths of it, versus just the surface-level stuff, has taught me so much and it’s helped me grow so much. There have been things that I’ve had to overcome within that, too. Being open to feedback, setting boundaries, figuring out “how do we do this” as a “we” thing, versus a “me” thing” has been a really important lesson for me.
What daily routines or rituals keep you in ease and flow?
I bring in a lot of breath work and a lot of meditation. Something that I facilitate and also receive weekly which has been a game-changer for me — is what’s called the Adult Attachment Repair Model. It’s also known as “Stick Work,” and it’s all about healing the attachment system. When you’re able to do that, you feel safer to hold more and create more because you’re not dysregulated or running from an attachment wound. That’s been something that I’ve been receiving weekly for the last couple of years now and it’s definitely game-changing for my clients too.
What courses do you currently offer for women to join your space?
For QRE, which is the coaching certification, we usually enrol three times a year for our entry-level. Once they are in the program, then they can enrol in the second level or the third level. I also run a mastermind where we focus more on the energetics of business. We’re focusing on somatic healing, expansion work, embodiment work, attachment, and repair work.
I also have different retreats that I host. I usually host some in Sedona. I have a new program that’s also dropping. So there are usually some core things that are happening and then some random, more intuitive things that just drop through that I end up creating.
What is your BIG vision to manifest now?
The Energetics of Business live event will be taking place in January. I want to manifest having 200 people
attend, where they can get inspired and moved deeply to action. I would also like to manifest a book tour for my book and oracle cards — speaking all over the world, sharing the gift of going from burnout to breakthrough with people. I see those things reaching thousands of people, the same thing with the certification. I want to get this type of work to the people who really want to make a huge difference in the world, who want to go through their own healing journey and then take others on their healing journey too.
“A big thing that I always teach people with receiving is to just allow themselves to actually receive it. Anytime that you’re receiving something, remember to celebrate it, always saying, “Thank you, I receive that.” Really letting it land instead of bypassing it or chasing the next thing.”
What would you like your clients to retain the most from the work that you do?
I would want women to feel safe in their bodies. I want them to run a business in alignment with their body and their values. One that will be sustainable, long-lasting, and create BIG impact.
