Tell our readers a bit more about yourself, especially the parts not known on social media.

I’m Turkish-Italian, My name is Kara Deniz which translates to “Black Sea” in Turkish. My dad grew up in the Black Sea region of Turkey. They named me in homage to his homeland. He passed in March of 2021 in his own bed, with my brother and I holding his hands as he took his last breath. I miss him every day.

I am a published author. My first book, “Keep Showing Up: A Memoir and Powerful Guidebook for Empaths
to Embody Self-Love, Self-Empowerment and Self-Worth” is available on Amazon. 

I am a homemaker. I love to make a home. I love to cook; I value providing nourishment to those I love. I really love nurturing and cultivating a very safe, sacred home space. I’m pretty transparent in my online presence, I share a lot about my life.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

Turn inward and respect yourself more. Looking back, to identify what my needs were in different situations and not be so caught up in people-pleasing patterns or making life easier for everyone else. The advice I would give my younger self would be to love, honor, and trust myself first. That said, I do believe that everything happens for a reason and I wouldn’t change a thing. There are beautiful lessons even in the perceived failures. There is always a silver lining. Gratitude can be found in all of life’s experiences.

How do you embody success in your daily life?

To me, presence is huge. Being able to be present with what I’m doing and with people I am with-personally or professionally, putting down any distractions conveys a level of love and respect that matters to me. Confidence and poise are a huge piece of this also. What gets reflected in that confidence and poise is our energetic signature which is broadcast out to the universe. It’s energy; it doesn’t lie. That is felt by others. There is a depth to it. I embody success by staying connected to my heart’s desires, living with intention, in alignment with my Big Picture Vision, appreciating the wealth, freedom and abundance I get to experience every single day. Living fully expressed in authenticity and integrity with myself, doing/being/having what feels like it’s a full body “Yes!” for me screams success! I am an introvert by nature. I love stability. I am highly sensitive to others as a clairsentient. Practicing discernment in all areas of life that require healthy boundaries is also very important to me.

What routines or rituals do you implement regularly to stay in ease and flow?

Every morning, I do a quick tidy-up. I diffuse essential oils, light incense, get my morning pre-workout drink then I sit down to write in my journal. I love writing; it is important to me for my own grounding and reflections. Movement is a vital routine — I work out every morning followed by my own personal yoga and meditation practice. I have to!! Maintaining this lifestyle is part of my nervous system regulation. If I don’t have that movement and discharge the excess negative energy, it gets pent up and anxiety pervades my days. Personal development is a must. I love learning every single day, whether it’s different courses that I’m enrolled in as a student, listening to audiobooks, or watching something on YouTube. I’m a nerd at heart in so many different ways.

How can women join your space now?
Connecting on social media, particularly Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or YouTube are the best avenues. Direct messaging through my profiles will have the fastest response. My website provides a general overview of the vibe but my most current offerings are shared on aforementioned platforms, to my email list or Community text line. I have a variety of evergreen programs that can be purchased for immediate access. I often run free or low-cost masterclasses, launch group programs, have an upcoming Expansion Mastermind and upcoming in-person Spiritual Luxe Retreat this fall, as well as various 1:1 options for short or long-term coaching or mentorship.

When it comes to manifesting, what is your vision for the future?

Manifestation has been a huge part of my life since I found yoga. As far as my vision for the future, continue building my empire to leave a legacy, having a custom-built home with my love and our young men, being able to buy my next vehicle outright, traveling to beachfront destinations with my loves, exploring National Parks while temporarily living out of an RV and growing my investment portfolio are the main things. Continuing to nurture my high-quality relationships, quality time for them, space for myself, and space to continue to be creative and aligned with what my heart desires.

I love to be impacting millions of humans and I have income goals of 100K months. I feel good about those numbers but at the same time, I’m not putting any limits on them. 

What would you like your clients to retain the most from the work that you do?

I would love them to experience deep peace and excitement for life! Unshakeable confidence, inner knowing of their truths, contentment, gratitude AND a thirst for more, a deeper connection with themselves and their own soul assignment, aligned with their heart’s desires. Bringing what’s on a subconscious or unconscious level to their conscious awareness so as to facilitate lasting change is big. I would love for them to know, with certainty, that they can unlearn and relearn anything they
set their mind (and heart) too. 

Balancing their own sacred masculine and feminine energies, awakening the goddess within, tapped in, tuned in, turned ON by life. Living as their fullest expression, with me holding space for their empowerment, as well as co-regulating their nervous system during their growth and expansion. I want them to feel they can love and trust themselves. No one else knows what that looks like besides them. If they want to improve intimacy in their relationships, I can help them do that. If they want to be growing, scaling, and leveraging their soul-led personal branded business, I can help them do that too. Re-birthing a new version of themselves, I can help with ALL that!
